Alarm bells be a'ringing.

A Computers check DC10 to disable the local security grid. The place is made up of eight main rooms and six smaller auxillary rooms. Glow came in through the back door of the compound. The surveillance room Glow's in is just across and fourty feet away from the two prison cells, both occupied and sealed. There are two cameras, four high-ranking guards and a light artlillery robot in her path. A ventilation system that extends into the cells and the surveillance room, not to mention a secret passage network that leads to just outside the first cell, provide alternate routes.

Their opposing Sense-Motive roll: 16-2=14. Success!

GM Net Fly: There was a pregnant silence as the robots in the ship considered what Net Fly had said, their spokesbot's eyes dimmed, presumably from the energy it was using to calculate the new information. After several seconds its eyes returned to their default luminosity and it spoke again, as tonelessly as before "we had not comprehended that previously. we had thought high-functioning organics to simply be anathema to us, devouring both organic resources to feed themselves and the inorganic for their civilizations" it stared at Net Fly "but if what you say is so, that means that they could be upgraded, to remove their dependency on organic resources. we thank you for this revelation, we shall pause our destructive efforts and collect your people for this beneficent adjustment" the ship began to slide smoothly through space towards Earth "if you would assist us in making certain we do not kill your race by accident, we would welcome your aid. if you do wish this please come aboard, we will experiment on you to hone our technique" the spokesbot looked at Serge without any malice at all "it will be quite painless"

<"It is quite within your magical ability, Mr. Klinefelter"> Marceau told him warmly, feeling more than a little guilty at the cavalier treatment he had given the man earlier. <"According to my magical contact, the Amulet is...effectively a gate, using its power weakens the barrier that holds Gallu from interacting with our world. Three people were killed recently by the demon bull when it finally broke free of all but a little of its restraints"> he offered the Amulet to Frederick <"Whatever you did to release its power..you'll need to reverse it to recapture the demon. if you want,"> he added earnestly <"I can bring you to two mages who can help with the re-sealing. They're both quite strong and should Gallu attack during whatever is needed, together we could keep it from causing havoc">

Subito had been completely floored by the sudden attack of the megaladon skeleton replica. Simply put, it had never occurred to him that something like that could even happen. He had been frozen to the spot while Glow, Crow and Saiph had acted, and a quick glance around him showed there wasn't anywhere he could hide for his transformation. He was about to simply attack the shark when he realized that he could at least cheer the others on before racing off to hide his identity. Leaping forward several steps, he cupped his hands around his mouth and hollered "Whoever you guys are, you can beat this thing! Don't let up! I'll go get help!" throwing a fist-pump for good measure he turned to dash for the secluded area he had caught sight of. "Man, I hope this works" he muttered to himself as he took off for the architectural anomaly he had spotted.

Welp, no time to lose. Using Inspire 4, +4 to Attack rolls, checks, etc...

Nah, that totally hits. Let's see if L-Agent #5 can withstand this power!: 7. Nope. All targets down, clear to proceed.

"As you say, detective, I will kill it and bring it to you, or else die" Wave-Eye called after Mead, turning on his heel and vanishing once more into the waves, not having bothered to turn his tail back into legs. Glancing at Skull Face he realized that carrying the conscious skull would require the use of at least one hand, an intolerable trade-off to his mind. With a brief "Sorry Face" he bound the skull to the many-thonged cord his conch was bound to running from shoulder to hip like a bandolier. Diving into the ever-murkier depths he asked Skull Face "So, what in all do you know about this beast? Do you know where it came from when it killed those other departed?"

GM It was easy to find the first central computing unit. All the signals racing through the wires and bouncing between semi-hidden receptors were simplicity itself to track to their source. The vast, echoing hallways didn't do much to make the trip seem very pleasant though. Especially the odd murmurs and clanks at the edge of Subito's hearing... It was almost anticlimatic, a large, bronze-colored elongated box with wires coming out of it at several points with a wi-fi receiver stuck at the top, looking very out of place with its neat, modern plastic against the turn of the century tech that greeted the pair's eyes. To Serge however, the thing was like standing next to a beehive, a buzzing mass of communications happening several dozen times a second.

"He's escaping on the yacht!" exclaimed Heraldo furiously "I'll put a stop to that!" so saying, he turned and soared out of the bridge, took stock of where the yacht was moored again and shot like a bullet towards it, thundering "YOU WON'T ESCAPE DIAMOND!" the air whistled in his ears and the waves were much taller than they had been last he'd seen them, but he ignored that in favor of focusing like a laser on his quarry. He would capture Diamond and drag him and all the rest responsible for this to the arms of the FCPD, he promised to himself, or perish in the attempt!

<"The same kind, Frederick"> responded Marceau patiently <"Who would have no qualms about murdering their benefactor. I don't want you to come to any harm, and you're the only person who can remove this monster from our mutual world. I need your help, in short, or else the demon Gallu will simply kill anyone who gets a hold of this Amulet so you can't use it to banish him"> he approached him coolly and began the quick work of cleaning up the spill <"That and should you agree to help me, I can get you in touch with real magicians, men and women who have trained well and hard in how to use their gifts. They can help you become more proficient in your own talent and studies, not to mention make sure you don't accidentally get into messes like this in the future"> having removed the coffee and cup from the floor he gazed at the German, concluding <"It is your decision, Mr. Klinefelter">

Taking 10 on this with Skill Mastery, for a result of 20.

Notice check: 14. Rerolling. 21.

GM The starkly-lit passageway, if it was trapped, gave no sign whatever of want to show it was. Neither the flung cards nor the two heroes' careful scan of the tunnel revealed anything dangerous at all. Though for all that, it appeared even more sinister than before. The card flung into the door dropped out with a slight clatter of metal, which was the only sound to break the stillness inside.
-
It's made of metal, actually. And KoS's Search check(because I stank at remembering to do things): 31. Neither he nor Spitfire see anything. Nor do the cards set off any kind of trap. As far as can be told the place is totally safe.
-
So yeah, basically it would be unfeasible to escape that way in time, even if Ironclad and Supercape made a combined attack.
-
Alright, this place is pretty crazy-tough, TOU of the ceiling alone is 19.

Subito looked down at the long, narrow cut the sword had left "OH! Uh, ow, yeah" he muttered "Er, I actually barely noticed when it hit, so..I guess it's making up for that now?" he glanced down again "Ow." collecting himself he answered Kristin's question "I'd have to go a little down the hall and really listen, you know? I bet you I could find him easily if I did that" he floated a little into the air "Whaddaya want to do with those guys?" he asked, nodding at the pile of unconscious crewmen..

GM Glow: "yes" intoned the voice of the Doom Room. The four left took one look at her and began a disorderly retreat, firing pot-shots that flattened harmlessly against her shield. Her next attack slammed them about with equal vigor as the last, and the flurry of green telekinetic power send three of them crashing to the ground in unconsciousness. The fourth had managed to evade the worst of the blow directed at him, and thus saved from defeat for the present moment took off running at an incredible pace to the large red and white handle marked "ALARM". His desperation evident from even a casual glance. Arcturus: The tower had the requisite stone spiral staircase in the upper left-hand corner of the room, carefully swept and devoid of cobwebs, leaves or other debris. A constant play of lights filtered down from the room above, most likely whatever the wizard was doing was the source of the illumination. There were no handrails, the stairs were stone and just a little on the slippery side, and a gentle force resisted even mounting the first step.

Their TOU rolls: 20, 14, 13, 22. Lower Agent 5 withstands the attack, runs for the alarm moving All-Out, getting 40ft. closer(two-thirds of the way).

GM Heqanefer laughed with utter loftiness and contempt as the gaudily-dressed young man sailed smoothly past him and into the seats, calling after him "A valiant effort! Perhaps you could try that again when I am nailed to the wall? I dare say you could hit that" Turning to Medic he snapped "This bondage is inexcusable, and as you show no sign whatever of wishing to removing your arms from my person, I will remove them for you!" with a sudden, herculean effort, he powered through his laboring lungs and weakened limbs to wrestle himself out of Chloe's grasp. With a momentary look of surprise, he mastered himself and raced a short distance away, where he called to Saiph "Star-thrower! I have a gift for you: pain!!" and with that, the Ankh he carried gleamed red, and gripping a lance of fire that seemed to drip tongues like blood he threw it directly at Luke, hitting him square in the sternum!
-
As Saiph's cosmic strike lanced towards the mummy, Heraldo took stock of the sorcerer that Chloe was gripping with surprisingly powerful arms. If I can knock that guy out, the battle will be pretty much over! he thought excitedly to himself, and without taking the time to properly gauge the path between himself and Heqanefer, he launched himself at the man at top speed! So it was quite a surprise to him when he missed, and went head over heels into the seats a few feet from the two. Picking himself up with no little embarrassment, he floated up into the air of the theater, raging internally at his impetuousness. He resolved that, if he had the chance, he would put as much care and precision into his next attack as he could, no more random swings.
