Since she's got surprise on her side again, Silver's going to power-attack -2/+2 and force a DC 22 toughness save from the mook that just overlooked her.

GM The officer listened as the four heroes explained their powers and abilities, his eyes bugging a bit at Crow's demonstration of teleportation. After a minute he nodded towards a partially open manhole, "This way." As the heroes approached, several things became apparent. First were the claw marks in the cast iron cover, in a roughly hand shaped pattern where it had been lifted and pushed out of the way. The second was that stamped into the iron of the lid was the notice that the tunnel this lead down to was a storm drain, not the main sewage system. The officer turned back to the heroes, "The blood trail leads down there. Good luck and good hunting."

Wisp felt... something pressing against her mind. She glanced over her shoulder as at nearly the same time a third stranger appeared on the rooftop. After a brief moment of curiosity at the newcomer's identity, she returned to the obviously distressed young man. She did her best to convey her lack of aggression by not moving forward when the boy pushed himself away, the only obvious emotion on her face being concern for a teenager in an obvious form of pain.

Well, since he's distracted and she's hidden from him, buh-bye dodge bonus. Power attacking for -5/+5, 1d20+5=16. That's a DC 32 toughness save from Sabot.
-
1d20+7=12 Yeah..., that's a fail.
-
For funsies, let's throw a second character who can be abbreviated to SS. Silver Spider would be willing to help the cosmic guy lay the smack down.
-
Wisp did her best to keep her sudden confidence drain off her face while Sabot loomed over her before she found her ankles suddenly wrapped in steel cables. She was barely able to plant her feet to avoid being pulled completely off balance as they constricted. Trying her best for a wise crack she resorted back to a Die Hard with a Vengeance reference, "You know, I've seen what happened to the last guy who had a bad encounter with cables on a freight ship. I think I'll avoid that thanks." With the words barely off her lips, the heroine vanished in a cloud of bi-colored smoke, the coiled cables snapping together around empty air. re-appearing a few hundred feet away, successfully hidden from prying eyes, the teen tried to come up with a solid plan of attack.

Silver Spider is also available for punching of bad guys doing bad things.

Well, given Kenson's comments here, he felt Evasion should have said effect, not damage. Still, targeted effect, no evasion to begin with. But for Wisp's turn she's going to teleport away and attempt a stealth check for her second move action, 1d20+15=30. Oh sure, now IC gives me decent rolls...

/rejoices Five more years! Five more years! I honestly wish I had discovered this community sooner, I've never been part of a group that makes you feel this welcome.
-
1d20+14=22, yep, she's FF'ed. Glad she has Evasion 2, , and failed reflex... Is this his Dazzle or his "pincushion" attack with the area extra?

The arachnid themed hero turned to the others, nodding at each, "I go by Silver Spider. As for what I can do, mostly my abilities lie in mobility, clinging to walls and ceilings, and shooting webs. I can also MacGuyver some surprises if given enough time to work." Jennifer didn't feel like explaining the graviton altering aspects of her powers, figuring the end results would be quicker to state than going into the details about how she alters gravitons around her body for the nearly forty foot leaps she can make.

As told by Brent Black, Lindsay Ellis, and Doug Walker.

Wisp held a hand to her head, blinking away the pain from the assault. She glanced down as her wounds rapidly healed themselves. "So am I Sabot, so am I," sighed, feeling something like sympathy for the mercenary. Shoving it down, the snow-haired teleport sprang into action with a short series of movements taking the steel-armored man off guard before gathering as much power as she could and hurling it at him in the desperate hope to peel away some of the armor or take some of the fight out of him. She landed in a three-point crouch, vapor rising from her still half-curled right hand as she took in rapid, shallow breaths.
-
Wisp performed a series of flips and rolls through the air between each 'jump' from one rooftop to the next. While she may have graduated from Claremont months ago, she still liked to patrol the areas not terribly far from where other students might be found doing the same. It didn't take her long to run across one of them either. Noticing the trail of gold smoke off in the distance, the young teleporter adjusted to meet up with El Heraldo, and quickly made her way in a red and white smoke trail of her own. She appeared beside the Puerto Rican boy, having missed Elias due to being sheltered by Subito's form. "Hey. First time I've seen you out on patrol. How go the rou-" she cut off as she noticed the other young man on the roof. Concern was her first reaction as she kneeled down next to him. "Are you okay sir?"
-
"Jackson," she called after the retreating man, "If the story so much as hints of liable or undue bias, I want you to remember the kind of legal team I have access to." After pressing send send, she held her phone to her ear as she walked to a point where she could keep an eye on the office Coby and Hank had dissapeared into, "Hello, nine-one-one? I'd like to report a drug sale in progress in Hanks Athletics. I have reason to believe it's a hybrid compound with the properties of Max and Whiz so, if you have anyone available able to handle perpetrators of those drugs, it might be best to send them."

GM The officer, a young man in a Freedom City Police Department jacket turned looked up at the women on the car he had been standing with his back to. "As a matter of fact, yes. We've got a blood trail and claw marks leading from the body and down into that manhole," he said pointing. "We've already called in the STAR unit but if you want to head down first, we aren't going to stop you." Silver Spider cocked her head to one side, "Is there anything we should be aware of? I assume you believe the culprit is a meta-human, given you're calling in the Super-human Tactics and Regulation squad." The cop nodded, "Don't let yourself be captured. Every victim of this maniac has had... bites," he looked visibly disgusted as he spoke, "taken from them. The bite marks match up with the approximate radius of make-up of a human mouth. Also, all previous victims had some unidentified toxin in their blood."

Vicky nodded, replying in her hushed voice, "Yeah. I think that's as much a guy thing as much as anything else." The teen heroine followed Galanta's lead, leaning back and letting herself enjoy the movie. Though, as the movie rolled on she found herself picturing layouts and spreads for some of her upcoming projects as much as paying attention to the sixty-one year old movie. After a while she pulled her tablet out of her bag and turned to get Galanta's profile and started sketching a rough picture, planning to add in Subito, their parents and Rodrigo one at a time.

Net Fly, Silver Spider, and Vector wade into the sewers in search of trouble...

"Driving class went that poorly huh? Good thing the city has some of the best public transportation in the country," Jennifer said. "But, to be fair, I'd be distracted if anyone was doing anything with my car. You have no idea how many hours I've sunk into some of the customizing of my cars and motorcycles. And that's just ignoring the basic maintenance work like oil changes, tire replacements, etcetera." The darker woman blushed, "Actually, I've done the big round house kick in a dress like this. Lets put it this way, I now have a strong dislike of camera phones. After somebody posted the picture online, Victoria's Secret called me for months afterwards asking me to pose."

October 25th 10:30pm The lights sitting atop the police vehicles and ambulance flashed lazily in the autumn night, bathing the area in blue and red lights. Hanging from a street light a few yards away, Silver Spider watched the police work, combing the scene for any evidence. I wish you the best of luck, that storm drain looks like the city has cleaned it out since May, she observed. She flipped back to the top of the light and covered the short distance by way of swinging from web lines. She landed lightly on the roof of a police car and asked the uniformed man, "Is there anything I can do to help officer?".
-
Jennifer dodged most of the hired bodyguard's kick, taking only a glancing bit on one thigh before she caught the man's ankle while he tried to pull his leg back. Instead she yanked forward, pulling the thug into an uncomfortable split before slamming the heel of her hand into the side of his head, causing his eyes to roll back into his head. She let the man fall over in an unceremonious heap. Turning to Kristin and Jack she pulled out her cellphone and pressed three keys, "I think the authorities will be rather interested in hearing about what kind of 'equipment' Towers has been taking into his games. Either of you want to help make sure he and his dealer don't scurry away?"
-
1d20+8=27 Jen laughs at his kick.
