Her enhanced strength is part of her Ultiman heritage-by-super-serum, she's using cosmic energy to boost her strength, though she isn't doing so consciously. This attack will be channeling that, even if she (until her edits go through) doesn't have Cosmic Energy Control for real yet and she's doing it on pure instinct. Short version, it's an "I didn't know I could do that" cosmic energy punch ripping apart a machine.

At Glowstar's call, Wisp vanished in a cloud of her characteristic smoke. Need to keep her occupied. the young heroine thought to herself. With a soft click of her shoes landing on the cement roof she watched as the lizard formerly known as Doctor Marks leapt over the railing and onto the roof. Unable to resist herself, she watched the she-lizard land fairly gracefully and interrupted her next move by saying, "Eh..., what's up Doc?" She then punctuated this by driving a fist at the good doctor's face.

Slipping an ally, Vicky grabbed her mask from her bag, tugged it on and, after a quick but silent teleport to a low rooftop, silently watched the taggers from a few rooftops down the block. She couldn't make out what anyone was saying but she was keeping her eyes peeled for aggressive body-language. While she didn't want to have to beat up petty street artists unless they proved hostile. If the kids with the spray paint were less than friendly, she'd interfere otherwise she was going to observe and maybe leave an anonymous tip for a police patrol.

Wisp's going to stunt a Corrosion 3 effect off her enhanced strength, All-Out and Power Attack to full meaning +9 melee, DC 18 Drain toughness + DC 23 toughness on Destroyer 1. Free: Above mentioned combat setup. Leaves her attack at +9, her save DCs at +8, and her defense at +8 Move-1: Teleport in Standard: 1d20+9=15 Thank goodness their defense sucks... Move-2 (yay Turnabout): Get out of immediate range.

Wisp's going quietly follow behind. 1d20+15=21 Also, Notice 1d20+14=19. Wisp sez: I'll just keep an eye o- oooh, shiny thing.

After a few more minutes of offering the little creature the leaves and talking gently to it, the space monkey climbed up her arm and perched on her shoulder. It sat there, like the monkey from that one pirate movie with Johnny Depp, happily munching it's leaves, occasionally dropping bits of yellow food in her hair and then plucking them out. Using the commlink Supercape had set them up with, she said very softly so as not to startle their target, "Okay 'Cape. Mission complete, let's get out of here before we boil in our skin."

"My personal best is about 900 feet in one shot," Wisp answered to the sharply dressed swordswoman, "And yeah, blind jumps I can do." Placing a hand on Revenant's shoulder she nodded at Cheshire Blade, "Meet you there." In a plume of her bi-colored smoke the two vanished from the gates and in seconds she and her pale 'cargo' where inside, hot on Heavy Metal's heals. The reactor left Wisp feeling a little strange but she shrugged it off and focused on her goal, the metallic man with the bad attitude, "Okay big guy, round two." As they moved forward, she made sure to keep an eye out for anything that looked event remotely like a Haz-Mat suit.

I vote for the first one myself Cape. Also, I have some edits going up soon (won't change Wisp's power level/caps but it will open up some new fight options for her), though I'll continue to use the sheet as is until we're done here. [edit] Also, her fort save for dropping in to the reactor with Rev, 1d20+8=17. [/edit]

Vicky nodded at Caresse, "I've had some training in unarmed combat. Put a dangerously sharp hunk of steel in my hands though and I'm as likely to amputate one of my own limbs than one of whatever I'm fighting. I've been meaning to fix that, eventually." Victoria's stomach rumbled, almost as if she was keeping a small predator behind her abs. "Uh yeah, I could eat," she muttered with a slight blush. Eying Caresse's window, a slight smirk cross Vicky's face. "Anyone else not in the mood for the stairs or elevator?"

Vicky felt no small bit of sympathy for the boy sitting across the table from her, first dates were hard enough without a near-complete lack of understanding on the social norms. "By 'sparks' I mean a personal connection, some similar interests for example. As for normal, yeah it is pretty normal, plus I like to maximize any trip you know? Bayview Mall has a nice selection of shops and it's really close to the school," she explained, interlacing her hands on the table, "It's where more than half the student population end up going on their dates."
-
Vicky looked out the window before pushing her glasses back into place and turning to the heroes nearest her. "Oh yeah, that's just a super tempting offer. Guys, please for the love of The Force tell me you have that thing almost ready. This guy is eleven pounds of creepy in a five pound bag," she said, not looking at the shadow-man or his minions. Subconsciously she ran a nervous hand though her snow-white hair and fought to suppress a shudder.

Wisp's going to try an untrained Diplomacy check on the monkey. 1d20+2=19 Assuming that the little simian's previous attitude was indifferent rather than unfriendly, looks like Wisp just made a new friend.

Friday, July 22nd The sun sat low in the almost completely cloudless sky as Victoria finished applying her makeup and fixing her hair for her second trip to the Bayview Mall. Her roommate was out of the room, leaving Vicky with no one to ask advice on her outfit choices from. In the end she'd picked a new white blouse and a pair of tight hip-hugging blue jeans. Grabbing her ever present messenger bag which doubled as purse and backpack, as well as handy costume storage in case of trouble, for the teen she clicked the lights off and shut the door on her way out. Down the hall she knocked on Caresse's door gently a couple times then called through the door, "You almost ready in there? The boys are waiting out front."
-
Victoria was decidedly creeped out by the scene she saw as she turned to see what had caused the knocking behind her seat. The truly scary thing about it was that her artistic side almost itched to sketch the shadow-man and his guards sitting around the adult-sized tea party setup. She mentally kicked that urge down, slid her sunglasses down her nose just enough to peer over the frame and scan outside the bus for any details that might be useful in some way, shape, or form in getting home.

"Actually I did mean the galaxy. Trying for a joke about the sky not being a high enough limit. As for the pop-culture work...," she trailed off, "Well, I happened to see you and Caresse talking the other day under that tree. Any sparks there maybe? If there are, and you two are interested, I can suggest to Morgan a double-date, which would of course include a trip to the mall. A little time in Radio Shack and Barnes & Noble for you, grab something to eat in the food court, catch a movie, the usual things." While she finished suggesting the double date, the waitress had come back with their check. Checking the total, the white-haired girl pulled a couple of ten dollar bills from her wallet and placed them with the check under a salt shaker.

Wisp continued her hit and run tactics against one of the remaining metal monsters terrorizing the West End. And again, her fists were almost as effective as just throwing pebbles at the stupid things. Landing out of sight on the far side of a roof her knuckles throbbed painfully from the last attack. Cursing to herself, she felt incredibly useless in this fight. Steeling her resolve, she moved up to the peak of the roof and watched for her opening, biding her time to strike.

"The first question, no, never met the guy. As for the second, and I'm giving the short version as I flunked my science classes in high school, it's a place that uses highly radioactive metals like Uranium to generate electricity for a given area. As for how much damage he could do...," Wisp trailed off, trying to think in World War I terms, knowing if she'd been out of the loop for eight and a half decades she'd be unfamiliar with Chernobyl's meltdown in the Ukraine. Continuing, her Russian accent becoming more pronounced as she was forced to consider the consequences, "Worst case, he could cause a melt down that would blow Freedom City to hell and back. If we don't stop him, the absolute best case we can hope for is the city and probably a large part of Jersey are rendered uninhabitable." Looking towards the facility she nodded grimly to herself, "I'm going in there, getting a Haz-Mat suit, and going to try and pull him out. You ladies ready to join me?"

"Well, the club's fairly empty given many of the members have gone home for the summer. Until then, perhaps a trip to the mall is in order, get you caught up with some of the pop-culture references that are likely to be slung about. Or to let you loose in a Radio Shack while I sit back with a six pack of soda and some popcorn," Vicky smirked. "I'd say Andromeda's the limit and even that I'm not sure about. VR, fictional literature, neither have any real limits beyond the designer's imagination."
-
Wisp landed behind where Heavy Metal had been standing just a second too late for the axe-handle swing she'd been in the middle of swinging to connect with anything, neither energy or metal form of the villain. "Well... that's not good," she muttered as he vanished into the walls around the reactor. Taking a minute to calm down and try and come up with a plan, she spied Cheshire Blade's outfit. "Nice suit," she complimented, "When this is done, you have got to give me your tailor's name."

"No, no. It'd take a while to explain what I mean. Maybe you can sit in on a D&D game sometime. If nothing else, hey, there'd be pizza and Mountain Dew," Vicky offered. "Well, I'm thinking a bit of fun, a bit of training. For the training in the Old West, we might have to program in some alternative undead. Like running zombies or something like the special infected from the Left 4 Dead games. As for Rifts, it's another of the roleplaying games mentioned already. This one takes place way in the future on a Post-Apocalyptic Earth after hundreds of tears in the dimensional fabric have opened and spilled very bad things onto the planet. It's a handy way for players to cross multiple genres with minimal explanation behind it, which is why it isn't uncommon for a group to have a wizard fighting an army of cyborg-ninjas."
