  1. He...almost made it. 1 off. Got a 19
  2. 25 on the first save 17 on the second...damn Gotta burn an HP, no point in having him at that big of a disadvantage this early. Reroll... 22 The extra stuff in the roll is to reroll anything below 11, because that's how rerolled saves work with HP 14 on the attack roll. Beautiful
  3. Mali was too curious as to what his mom wanted everyone for to just go on walking. Could be a bad thing, could be a big deal. Better to go back and at least see what was happening before resuming her exploring. Will was, well, Will was an excited guy. She figured if it weren't a big deal she could just resume her exploration later.
  4. Crimson Tiger had to laugh. It wasn't a mocking one, just amused. His energy was kind of infectious. "I dunno. Didn't have a direction in mind. Forward until we see something interesting? I mean, No real trails or anything. Just whatever we happen to be able to walk over. Sound like a plan?" She was amused at him. He was definitely a more interesting person when he wasn't trying to flirt all the time. She tilted her head in a pretty random direction. . "Picked at random. This way." "You know, I think we might want to see what they are about." she said, picking up the telepathic message. "I mean, it could be a fairly big deal."
  5. Solvrytter the slow, eventually getting to the battle with a 9
  6. The only hope she has of actually staying awake this whole fight is if I use ultimate toughness again, so, that's a 26
  7. http://orokos.com/roll/186597 3
  8. Crimson Tiger nodded, still amazed. "Yeah this is the best trip ever." She grinned and glanced around. "I mean, wow. Dinosaurs!" She laughed. "I dunno, some dinosaurs might be too tough, but you're right, there's probably not much out there we could run into that would be much of a problem. So, let's go exploring." She grinned and motioned towards the forest.
  9. Mali's eyes went wide. This, this was dinosaur times! Real life dinosaurs! The heat hit her like a freight train, but it only took a moment to recover from the sudden change. She grinned and laughed in surprise and joy. There was a difference, a big difference, between talking about dinosaurs, and being around them. "I...I have no intention of wandering off." She said. "I wouldn't want something to take a bite of me. That would be a poor end to me. Here Lies Crimson Tiger: Digested by Dino." She looked around and just took everything in.
  10. Graft turned to the demon. There was no way he could let up. He ran towards the demon again, not a blind charge, but a fast run. The sound of his feet thudding against the floor indicated he was heavier than he looked. He reached across and clawed at the demon as hard as he could, slicing through it. He wasn't normally one for killing, but if he had to use lethal force against a demon, he would. It was strange, because if anyone were to catch them fighting they might wonder which, if either of them, was the good guy. The suit was not in 'pretty mode'. Bones and muscles jutted out, and he had no visible eyes at the moment.
  11. Power attacking by 2 with the master plan. Got a 29. That's a DC27 TOU save, with autofire.
  12. ....well, despite not having any ranks whatsoever. Solvrytter rolled a 21
  13. Solvrytter hefted Jarnskurer over his shoulder and stepped up to the door. On the one hand, he was confident in the hammer's ability to deal the blow that could destroy the door. On the other hand, this world had great craftsmanship at a level his could only dream of. Superlight, supertough metals so far beyond a smith's work as to be magic. He had read of them, and marveled at the technology. Solvrytter did not take a measured blow. Rather, he hefted the hammer and swung it with all his might. The door shattered open, metal twisting and bending with a resounding crash. Bits of shattered metal landed in the room. It was evident that either this door was not the finest craftsmanship this world had to offer, or Jarnskurer was yet worth of the name iron burster.
  14. She nodded. "Ready." She said, waiting for the camera to start shooting. "Hi, I am Crimson Tiger. I fight crime in Freedom City New Jersey. When I was asked to come on the show, I naturally asked what was going to happen. When they said we were going back to dinosaur times, I jumped at the chance. I mean, real dinosaurs." She smiled. "This should definitely be interesting." She was a bit nervous, perhaps, about being on television, not to mention the dinosaurs. But, she figured it would prove to be an interesting experience overall. She knew these people to be professionals, and trusted that things would work out fine.
  15. That will be a 26. BOOM
  16. Solvrytter nodded. "A solid tactic. Draw attention to myself so that the two of you can sneak in. The infantry distracting the scouts. However..." He lifted Forsynstang in the air, turned it in place, and pushed it towards his hip, where it disappeared from view. He reached beside him, and the two of them could catch a glimmer of magical energy as he pulled something from the space beside him. It came into view slowly, first a wooden haft shod in leather with an blunt iron tip. Then the head, a large hammer, scored with runes of some kind. On the side was a decoration of sorts, silver and jet in the form of a stylized bear's head. The handle was a little over three feet in length, designed to be wielded in two hands. He rested it on his shoulder, and nodded. "This is Jarnskurer, it breaches doors like a battering ram."
  17. Crimson Tiger gasped and reached down. A stream of curses, both Thai and English, flooded her mind. This was not good, not good at all. Whoever this guy was, he was dangerous. She couldn't afford to let him try that again, and she did not want to close distance and offer him another opportunity. She took a step back and pulled a chakram from her belt. She let it fly, but her foe managed not to get hit by it. She growled. This was troublesome. At least Breaker didn't seem to be on their side, which was a good thing at least. Either way, she had to keep her head straight or things could get worse real fast.
  18. Alright. This...could have been better, could have been worse. Using a chakram for a long range attack on the teleporting guy that hit her. That's a 24 DC21 TOU save if it hits.
  19. Crimson Tiger said nothing, but kept her eyes on the man. She knew that if Tona recognized him, he probably wasn't an enemy. Still, there was a chance that he wouldn't see it that way. Plus, they were still in the Terminus. As far as she was concerned, there was no such thing as safe. Not in this place. So she kept her eyes peeled and kept quiet. She figured Tona would introduce her when it came to that.
  20. So, television. That would certainly be interesting. She knew Thoughtspeed, and of course, Kit was one of her best friends. So it wasn't like she was alone in a hostile environment. Still, dinosaurs and television. Gaian Knight she had heard of, same with his partner in heroics. She didn't know a lot about them, but she had heard nothing bad. She was eighteen years old, but her inner five year old was screaming DINOSAURS, YAY! at the top of it's imaginary lungs. She was alert, of course. She had no intention of being the superhero that got ate by a dinosaur while filming a tv show. That would just be embarassing.
  21. Solar Sentinel nodded. "This is bizarre. I wish I knew what was going on, or even what we just fought was." He shrugged. "That'll tell you. Almost a hundred years in space, and space can surprise you." He looked over the medical bay. "Normally, I can use my powers to heal people, but it doesn't seem to work on these folks. Wish I knew some of the super scientists down on Earth. They might be able to figure it out."
  22. Graft saw the demonic...thing, and decided to act. He popped the window and, as soon as he was in, broke out into a run. He extended the claws on his right hand and took a swipe at the creature as he closed in. He slid a few feet away and straightened up. This was not good. This demon shrugged off the attack without feeling it. This was definitely, definitely troublesome. He'd have to be careful.
  23. Crimson Tiger was right behind. Her eyes were darting this way and that. She felt...well, she didn't know how she felt. This was the Terminus. It was a place of nightmares and enemies and the purest evil she could even comprehend. She felt off, she felt wrong. This was not a place she wanted to linger, she wanted to help, but this was beyond her weight class. She knew it in her heart that this place could destroy her effortlessly. Absolute alertness and extreme caution were her weapons, even more than her limbs.
  24. "I fought a bear once. Half again as tall as I was and mean, but bears don't breathe fire as dragons are rumored to do. Even on my world, dragons were uncommon creatures. Assuming they existed at all, of course. It isn't easy to separate story and legend from truth." He shrugged. "However, my spear is stout and my armor is well made. If it is a dragon, I can only hope they will be enough. Though..." He said, scratching his beard. "A dragon of truly frightening size and power would be difficult to control."
  25. Alright, so... Graft is gonna use his autofire attack. He's going to power attack by 3 because he doesn't know who this guy is. He's also going to charge, which means his attack is getting a +2. The +2 from Master Plan and the +2 from the charge mean his current attack bonus is +14. I'll be using 3 of that to fuel power attack, giving him an attack bonus of 11 right now. And I rolled a 24. If that hits, that's a DC28 TOU save from power attack, plus autofire if it kicks in at all.
