  1. 35 on Acrobatics for Fast Acrobatic Bluff, followed by a fully-damage shifted power attack 19 for the attack, I do believe that's a hit, especially if the acrobatic bluff worked DC27 TOU save for the Meta-Grue, just feeling things out.
  2. The door opened to a stairwell that looked to be old, but in reasonably good shape. The stairwell was located right in front of the exit, with a hallway extending outward from there. From what Shadowblade could hear, there were people down the hallway as well as up the stairs. The area she was currently in was poorly lit, with old lights flickering slightly. The 'facility' looked like it might be a re-purposed school building.
  3. There are no noticeable sounds coming from within the door, and nobody seems to be in the area.
  4. The building seems to be a standard brownstone building, at least at first. Careful observation reveals that there are some men in the windows, one of which appears to be carrying some form of weapon, like a rifle or laser weapon. Shadowblade spots a back entrance that seems to be unguarded and even possibly unnoticed.
  5. Crimson Tiger shifted suddenly, throwing out a quick feint. When her opponent fell for it, she dropped and delivered a vicious uppercut to his stomach, sending him flying back and out cold. Normally, she'd be going for a more subtle, less violent approach, but these guys were seriously dangerous, and she couldn't let them gang up on her and her allies. That would mean bad news for all of them. "So, I think we can take these guys." She said, glancing back at Freddy. "What do you think?" She grinned and waited for someone to take a swing at her.
  6. Does a 17 hit? This is a fully damage shifted attack, raising her DC to 27
  7. 32 on acrobatic bluff to fighter 5, will see how he reacts for followup.
  8. Crimson Tiger moved in quickly and immediately went for a feint. When the other girl didn't fall for it, Mali did a mental check. Legion's reflexes were damn good. Better keep that in mind. Crimson Tiger ducked back for a split second and delivered a vicious kick to Legion's midsection, seeing how much force she'd need to use against her foe. When Legion flew back and hit the floor, Crimson Tiger made note of it. Every fight was a little experiment, especially against a new foe. How much force? How fast? How much did she need to go all out in order to win this one? Or that one? "Was that it? Nah, I think you have more fight in you." She said.
  9. Didn't think she would be, bu a 31 might hit
  10. 26 on an acrobatic bluff, first
  11. Mali smiled. "This is Giang. She's a good friend of mine. She looks to be finishing her meditation, so." She leaned in and said. "Giang, hi. It's Mali, I'm doing a tour for a new student, and I thought I'd introduce the two of you. Will, this is Giang, Giang, Will." She said. She kind of hoped that maybe Will would turn some of his charm on Giang, but then she felt guilty for that. It wasn't nice to think that way for either Will or Giang. Still, she did kinda hope it.
  12. If he wasn't busy being the scary superhero, Graft would have sighed. He was a kid, he was an ignorant kid who didn't know anything of what he was talking about. He was a helpless kid. "I don't believe you, but I don't believe you know what you're saying either." He said. "This is a stupid place for you to be, you know that? These people are in to something bigger and meaner than you're prepared to deal with. You want out of this, you don't want to be involved in whatever it is these people are doing. It's dangerous, it's bad, and it's way above your pay grade. Go home, kid. Before you get somebody killed, or yourself."
  13. 21 on Sense Motive
  14. A force field. That was new. He added it to the list of things he ran into and decided to focus on bypassing it. Either by going through it or finding a way to shut it down. As it were, he had no idea. So, he figured the best way to handle things would involve checking with one of the employees. He extended his tentacles from his shoulders and kept them coiled above, waiting for one of the goons to walk under just right. The moment one appeared in the right spot, the tentacles shot forward and grabbed him up, leaving his weapon behind. As the man found himself staring face to face with Graft, he heard a harsh whisper. "Stay quiet, and this goes easy for you. Tell me where the switch is to that force field"
  15. Going to grapple someone as they walk by, making sure they're not surrounded or within line of sight of the others; 24 on the grapple check Disarming him on the way up with a 25
  16. Graft was not in the mood to tolerate these men, their motivations would not justify attacking a clinic. So when he saw the gun peeking around the corner, he extended a tentacle, lashed out and popped the man on the back of the head, sending him falling to the floor in an instant. Still, he didn't like hurting people any more than he had to, and he did not want to risk them getting too antsy.
  17. 15 wow, really
  18. Graft, as he owned his own free clinic, was more than a little angry at what these men had done. He could imagine someone breaking into his clinic like they did this one, and making hostages of his own staff. So, he was quite willing to sneak into the facility and help arrest the men responsible for this. He wasn't going to let them get away with it, and wasn't going to let them hurt anyone.
  19. 12...Mali could simply be stunned at the identity of her foe
  20. "Silver Shikra." Mali said as she stepped forward, her voice cold and detached. She kept her normally hot-blooded nature suppressed and took in the surroundings. She even planned to avoid her typical knee and elbow heavy style in the ring. With any luck, no one would connect Shikra to Crimson Tiger. She stepped forward because she wanted to get things moving. She did not want them to get suspicious of the four of them, and she figured the faster they got into the ring, the faster they could start getting things done.
  21. Okay, so, you've got her to the facility. I recommend some stealth and/or notice rolls to observe and infiltrate.
  22. It didn't take all that long for the van to reach the facility. Shadowblade found it fairly easy to keep track of the van, thanks to being able to teleport. The men in the van weren't apparently paying attention to the teleporting heroine, on account of being on the roofs of the buildings they drove past. Less than an hour after capturing the homeless man, the men drove into a lengthy driveway that ended at an old-fashioned brownstone building. To her surprise, the van drove right through the wall as if it weren't even there.
  23. The men did not take long to get back in the van, but they did have to secure the man first. That gave Shadowblade ample time to place the tracer somewhere it wouldn't be seen by them. Under the left rear bumper, while all of the men were busy securing their captive or getting in to drive. After that, they sped off, careful not to drive too fast. Before they left, she heard them mumble something about a 'facility'.
  24. Solar sentinel Henry grinned as soon as he saw her step up to him. He backed off for a split second. "You know, that looks even better on you than it does me." He said with a smile. "Good to see you, how've you been? I got the invitation and didn't think there would be a point in refusing it." he took in the sights. "It's a lot nicer in here than my apartment, that's for sure." "At least whoever picks the music has some good taste." He said. "I even remember some of those songs." He chuckled. "I didn't think there was much of a point to hiding my identity, there are bound to be thousands of Henrys in this city."
  25. The chains rattled as more of them shot from the ephemeral tumor, rattling around the area and reaching underground. The ground beneath the malevolent entity seemed to darken visibly, turning black. The blackness spread, jagged lightning that coursed through the circus. An unearthly chill filled the air, and even the lamps seemed to dull visibly.
