"I might have been trained to fight but I'd like to think I'm an agent of peace. I hope to usher this world to be the peaceful paradise like my home." For a few minutes she was quiet as she eat some of the most excellent food and listened to Murk's pitch. "I do not consider myself above those who are not gifted with immortality, and whilst I might not agree with all of them I will abide and submit to there laws. I will defend and enforce the law for everyone be them mortal or otherwise."

After a few minutes of thought, Klara ordered a simple Chicken salad before turning her attention to the question at hand. "I'm not yet two hundred yet whilst I've watched most of the planet I've never experienced those places. Once the Ministry trusts me enough to I hope to travel around the world, especially America. Fancy spending time in a city full of superheroes!" there was genuine excitement in her voice, for all its trouble this world hadn't ground her down yet. "And when the technology is available, or I can once again travel home, I'd like to have some daughters of my own. If I manage to meet the right woman of cause."

"Please at least allow me a moment, it's rare that I get to meet a true legend." there was for a moment a genuine smile on her lip "There is one flaw in our paradise, comfortable as we were there was little desire to help those outside the city. We watched the chaos going on in the world and did nothing, after the slaughter of the Great War I couldn't just sit and watch. So when those hateful men in Germany came to power I had to do something, and I still would even though it cost me dearly." she paused and gathered herself for a second "This country isn't perfect but it seems to be willing to change, the young want something new after the war. Whilst officially I help keep the country safe from meta's, I shall speak up about those who cannot love those that they choose."

At Murk's sudden reveal caused an unusual reaction in Klara who looked quite pleased with herself. "So the stories were true after all! As the stories go thousands of years ago the Shamans and those of learning would meet and discuss peace between the wandering tribe in the shadow of the Golden Mountain in what is now Altai, or as the Soviets call it Gorno-Altai Autonomous region. It is said that at some of those gathering a strange looking man would walk among them and talk of peace, or at least his principles had spread among the wise." the way she told the tale it obviously held a special place for her "Thanks to that wisdom our city is at peace and death has not darkened it doors for longer than this country has existed."

As Sitara flew the ship she checked off all the minor niggles a ship of this age tended to pick up, she'd have to talk to the owner about the maintenance cycle when they got back to civilization. Still, it flew we enough and she zigged zagged among the other fleeing craft to hide their presence until Moon-moth did his magic. "Okay let's go take a look at what we're up against shall we." She steered the invisible ship toward the invaders, turning up the sensors to gather as much data as they could.

<"Thank you for inviting me. And whilst some might call me amazing and a wonder, just Klara will be fine. And Russian isn't my mother tongue, but it seemed right to use at the time. You speak Russian very way by the well Mr Murk."> her accent was neutral with no real regional accent "But as we're in this wonderful city let us use English." her English only carried a faint accent "I am surprised that you do not know my stories, the papers seem to love to tell my scandalous tales of my unnatural desires."

Klara Svoboda was annoyed. Not by the invite this was an unusual opportunity if the rumour were true, but by the way in which she'd been informed that she would be attending one of those grey suited gentlemen that the civil service seemed to have in abundance. The fact that it had interrupted a planned date, and that fact that this sometimes backward culture would let them call it a date, had not improved her mode. The only good thing was that an angry seven-foot-tall woman striding purposely through the streets didn't have to worry about anyone getting in the way, people were quite keen to get out of her way! By the time she'd gotten to the club she was much calmer, taking time to smooth down her checked plaid dress, which thanks to her height was a fashionable mini skirt, and checking her hair before walking into the room to meet this mysterious gentleman.

"I believe there are a couple of mentions in her somewhere..." she tapped the pile of files she'd gathered for Nicola "Though there seems to a lack of actual hard information about any criminal activity in Bedlam." She sighed and stared into her drink for a few minutes, before draining the contents and adding. "If I didn't have so many commitments in Freedom City I'd be right beside you, but you know how it is always so much to do! Good job that I don't sleep or I'd never find the time to have any fun!" Lucy had never been one for long periods of introspection.

Well, this was a turn up for the books, a horde of Elvisi and a story that she suspected they'd find out soon enough, once they dealt with the problem in front of them. "Well looks like we need a plan against these rampaging rock stars. Anyone got any ideas how we deal with screaming Elvis there?" Still, time was probably of the essence so they could dwell on it too much "I'm happy to try punching if no other option presents itself."

Sitara thought for a few seconds as she watched the craft fly away into the stratosphere, millennia of experience had taught her how to react to almost any situation if luck was on their side. "Best not to teleport in you've got a whole crew itching for a fight, best not to give them one with people who are on their side." she pointed to the shuttle the others had arrived in "Cloak the ship and we'll get the necessary sensor data we need, then we can deploy once we know who we're fighting."

Peri had finished her day and was swinging her way back towards her home when she saw the commotion up on the hill, the old place dominated the area when she'd been growing up. She'd always thought it loomed above the area like a promise of doom on Bethlehem Heights. She sighed as she swung over her home towards the heights, looked like she wouldn't get her quiet night in after all. She perched on a lamp post and watched Salvo arrive waiting for a few minutes before lowering herself beside the two. "I'm guessing things are a little more serious than this place feeling a little hinky?"

ic Worlds of Freedom: The Great Apescape
Tiffany Korta replied to Brown Dynamite's topic in Else Ifs and What Worlds
Daisy sighed inwardly school gossip was all good and all but people were in danger and she needs to go help. but she didn't want to upset her friends either. "Sorry Janet I'm not feeling too good, I'm going to have to run." Without waiting for a response she dashed, apparently for the restroom, once she was out of sight she instead took to the air. She had to make a quick detour to grab her costume, a metallic breastplate did not hide well under any kind of clothes, but in less than a minutes she was speeding towards the incident.- 9 replies

Agnus was a little distracted as she made her way through the crowd, Deja Vous was a terrible thing when you'd lived hundreds of lives, and she couldn't help but feel that she knew the kid from somewhere. Still, a really good memory helped to remember details like punks like Eddie. "Well, outa your league love." it was a long way from her normal thick London accent but with an ear for languages she did a near perfect Liverpool accent. "Do I dare ask what you're doing back here, such long way from your home?" She suspected she really wasn't going to like the answer, but she had to try at least.

Sitara spent quite some time in this region of space and had quickly figured out how they operated, which was mostly hardly at all and often for the benefit of those at the top. "There no guarantee that they have a force available to respond, let alone if they'd actually bother." she gave a little sigh "So we better get ourselves involved, not for the Khanites but for the few innocents on this planets. " She looked at the three other Praetorians before adding. "We're going to need more information about what’s happening, did you bring a ship, or are we going to have to do this the hard way?"

When you submit an edit request, please do not just submit a new code-blocked sheet for us to copy & paste. You must tell us specifically what you're adding/editing. A code-blocked sheet is not required but does make it easier on us. So not to clutter things up too much if you do include the sheet please stick it within spoiler tags. When submitting edits for multiple characters, please make one post per character - it helps with the bookkeeping and make sure that an issue with one character edit doesn't affect another's.

"It would indeed be good for some to remember that we're here to help others in any way we can. Not everything needs solving by just punching." Her beliefs taught her to try and help others less fortunate than herself and she tried her hardest in both her identity to do just that. "I'm afraid I'm not aware of you tale Mr Sentinel if we have time maybe you would do me the honor of telling the tale?" She'd tried to get as much information as she could of the various supers of the city, an almost impossible task with so many of them, and was always ready to gather more information if she could.

As the impromptu host of this get-together, Klara took the opportunity, after a few more pints, to visit the little groups that had formed around the pub. She'd spent many happy days in pubs, after being introduced to them by Tracy when she moved to the UK and understood how they tended to work. As she approached Leviathan she wondered about his nature, she'd had dealings with a Deep One colony off the coast of Cornwall with a fiery woman who played a mean violin. but now wasn't the time so she settled for playing the happy hostess. "Hello, there hope everyone is having a good time if anyone wants another I've put some money behind the bar so help yourself."

The next morning, bright and early, Dancia walked into the Summit Transnational building. Despite what she'd claimed yesterday she'd had another suit as good as yesterday, though obviously not as fancy as many working in the building. Walking over to the reception desk she smiled at the receptionist. "Hello there I'm Dancia Devons, I'm here to see Mr Misri. I'm here to return this to him." she gestured to a hanger over one of her shoulder covered in a dry clean cover. Saying you were a reporter tended to make people in places like this nervous, even if right now she wasn’t after a story. She was more concerned with her other job.

GM Post Almost exactly on schedule, the doors of the elevator pinged open and a chaotic stream of security and police streamed into the room. The two were gently escorted away to be checked out and interviewed as needed, being carefully kept away from the press that had quickly gathered outside. In fact, the only paper that seemed to have any of the real details was of cause the Ledger, who reporter had happened to be on the scene. Dancia had given Asad a glowing, yet accurate, credit for his actions and left out any involvement in the action whatsoever.

Sitara liked to keep herself busy a bored Sitara tended to live up to her name and she wanted to stay and help the Praetorians for as long as she could. Even with keeping the Praetorians ships flying, and a multitude of Earths to explore, she still had plenty of time to fill. Luckily for her, she was the expert on the Khanate, having spent several months undercover as an exile after trouble with the Grand Admiral. She knew from many centuries of experience that types such as General Almasi like displays of power, being overly fussy uniforms or lived in armours. She'd chosen right, based on the Praetorians extensive files, and her exquisitely crafted white armour looked red in the lights of the casino. Though she wasn't wearing the helmet so that he could see that she was Lor like, she doubted he'd even heard of Earth that was her true home. For now, she didn't say anything happy for others to make all the noise whilst she got a feeling for the situation, and any potential trouble on its way.
