  1. Cathy was suddenly very aware of not just the people around her but the variety of different people. Coming from of a very isolated community she wasn't use to such a cosmopolitan setting and she wasn't she exactly where she should look, and was worried that she'd say something wrong. Suddenly very nervous she looked down at her feet and the temperature around he drop another degree or so. I've never been sailing, but I've been out with the fishing fleet a couple of times."   2. The next bus to arrive was despite the warm weather suspiciously cool there was even a window with frost on it, forming suspiciously humanlike hand prints. Not that you would know it was warm from the young woman getting off the bus. Cathy was not only wearing a chunky jumper, with a knitted city skyline, but a blue parka with it's (fake) fur hood pulled up. She tanked the driver in her thick Scottish burr as she manhandled her large bag off the bus. To say Cathy was excited was an understatement. It seemed that something particularly interesting was going on near the front of the school between two girls, so being brave she wandered over to the pair pulling off her hood to.reveal her palid white skin and long white hair.   3. “Well I went to Hell once, a hell at least, it was a strange day even for me!” As the giant skeleton arrived she spent a few moments watching to see how the creatures would fight, up until the moment one of them made a grab for Temperance. Then she was spurred into action, there wasn’t any other option really. Building up a good head of speed she ran into the leg of the giant that had temperance in it’s grasp, hoping she had enough force in the blow to distract, if not hurt the skeleton. “I’d say some cutting remark...” she’d be around Fred and Harry too long obviously “... but it would be lossed one you.”

  7. GM Post With Noor's assistance they where hustled through to the tarmac without any resistance from the security staff. The plane they were travelling on was a Learjet of some kind. The bags were loaded in the hold, Tona having to finally give up some of her bags, and they boarded the plane. The jet was rather luxurious decorated in a tasteful manner, as you'd expect from the French. The plane smoothly taxied down the runway and they were soon in the air for the eight hour flight to the tiny Kingdom of Foix.

  9. “No problems I hope we meet again in better circumstances.” she raised a glass with the last dregs of alcohol “You've got good friends there they’ll take good care of you.” she gave Erin and Mark a friendly smile She waited until they’d left until she went back up to the bar and go another drink, payed for this time, and raised it toward the still playing video of the event. “To successful futures!” She drowned the glass and looked into space for a few moments, just her and Centurion on the couch tonight then, and gave a little smile to herself. Then she caught the sounds of someone in trouble and left the bar in a hurry to do what was needed.

Since leaving that tiny dot millennia ago she’d never spent too long in one place, at least by choice, but that dot held a place in her heart. And here she was so close to home yet unable to go there instead sent on this important task. “The human’s are using equipment used by the Lor, but they don’t have the equipment even we have. I believe they picked up some unusual life signs out here, something that shouldn’t exist this far out on the Terran system.” As she spoke she touch the screen and bought up the data that the station had provided, that the craft was trying to match even as the spoke.

History: Long ago several of the shamans of the nomadic tribes would gather at a secret spot in the shadow of the Altai mountains. They would discuss peace among the tribes and protecting the steppes from threats both physical and supernatural. Over time the shamans began to bring families, then tribes and finally they settled building a city hidden from the rest of the world. Led by wise rulers the city prospered and as they grew wise there people benefited growing tall in stature and long in life span. Whilst they watched the world go by they generally kept to themselves only rarely venturing out and withdrawing into legend, whilst many wished nothing to do with the outside world and few wished to venture out and aid humanity. Klara was one of these. Born through magic into the warrior caste she trained to fight in a city of peace, she wanted to go into the world and help others with the skills she had trained for almost a century. When the world descended into war and vast magical power were unleashed by the Axis she could no longer stand by and left her home, possibly forever to help the allies fight their war. Presenting herself to a rather shock local Soviet commander, she was rapidly shipped to Moscow, where after some testing of both her powers and her loyalty she was assigned to the People's Heroes where she fought with distinction on many fronts, she was moved around often and kept away from the troops as coming from a society of relative freedom she often spoke out about the Soviet system. Despite the best efforts of the party when the Axis were defeated and the fragile peace descended she defected from the People's Heroes and the Soviet Union into the hand of the British. Once British Intelligence determine she wasn't a double agent they were at a lost as to what to do with her, as her presence in Europe would threaten the fragile peace, so they assigned her to help restructure MI-13 into the Ministry of Powers. They spent many months together and over that time a tentative friendship developed into something more. After a few years Tracy and Klara moved in together and Klara retired from superheroing to keep the household. Apart from the occasional crisis Klara has spent the last couple of decades raising their daughters and looking after her partner, and finally once the law had caught up her wife, quite happy to be a housewife.   16. Aboard the Kavaca, Kuiper Belt, Terran System The Praetorian craft zipped through the various objects at the very edge of the Terran Solar system. Everything had seemed to have recovered from the Communion attack but the station near the Pluto wormhole kept picking up stray signals from beyond Eris. Terran equipment was struggling to pinpoint anything solid, so they’d asked the Praetorians to come take a look with these more sophisticated sensors. With the general rebuilding of the Praetorians and their base they could only spare a one craft and crew, though with the Praetorians that was normally more than enough.
  17. “Dancia Devons.” Dancia could hold Erin look for long but she tried her best, the soldier in her told her it was important to do such a things. As she did her brain slowly processed what Erin was claiming. “Wait... what... you think?” she shook her head “No you’ve got it all wrong. Mike’s here is a great guy but he’s not my type at all. I just wanted to help out as a friend, nothing more I promise.” As she spoke she counted out the bills she had in her purse. “And I’ll cover for the drinks, just get him somewhere safe and maybe feed him a few coffee’s just in case.”
  18. GM Post With Merge Trois help it was pretty simple for them to progress into the warehouse itself. It seemed that she could create a double in any location she could see, making it easy to get past the various locked doors and alarm systems. Soon a little army of Merge’s, plus one more, was making it’s way to the main body of the warehouse. Various boxes and other covered object lined filled the floor, making a little maze of artefacts. Almost in the middle of it all was a suspiciously covered mirror shaped object. Things seemed to be going well, maybe a little too well...

Dancia wasn’t completely immune to Mark charms, even though he really wasn’t her type, and she returned a smile. “I’m so glad we cleared up the fact that you might know who I am, but won’t say who, if you know it!” In fact she was pretty sure that he had access to her Freedom League files, though she wasn’t sure if he actually read her files. She wasn’t sure how but she was actually confusing herself, but to let it go for now. “Best I can do is offer you a couch, and you’d have to share with Centurion.” realising that could be misunderstood she added “He’s my tabby cat, like to sleep on the couch....” she gave a little shrug, maybe she wasn’t as immune to the alcohol as she thought.
  20. 28th August 2015 Casey Blankenship, 17, Born Colorado Springs, CO but now a resident of Freedom City, NJ As a proud member of the Girl Scout I enjoy outdoor activities... It was an accurate description but the thing was Casey didn’t write one word of it, in fact she wasn’t aware of the Young Women of America show until the brochure was hand delivered this morning. Yet here was a photo of her smiling at the camera and detail of her as a contestant in this show. It seemed that somehow she’d been entered in what appeared to be a more modern take on the pageant without her even being aware of such a things. In fact the event was about to start this weekend in Freedom City itself.
