Daphne gave a little frown, that looked out of place on her more manly face. “See those mark that means she might have been scratched, it’s a bluff in the film but I’m not sure if the plot still applies here. There’s definately a werewolf chasing her right now.” As she spoke she moved again shifting her form until she resembled the woman being chased, even though she wasn’t real Daphne’s instincts was to try and help the woman. “Get the daughter somewhere safe, I’ll try to draw the Werewolf away. We’re still linked so just think at me and I’ll be able to hear.” With that she stood in the clearing the woman had just dashed through looking as if she was scared and tired, waiting for the Werewolf to get just a little bit closer.

Unfortunately for various technical reasons some links don't work giving a classic page not found screen. So please check that all you links lead to the correct thread and more helpfully the right post. This will help greatly the poor soul, ie me, who will be doing this months count. If you don't want to redo all you links again you could manually replace the normal link eg do=findComment&comment=213394 with a direct link eg ?page=2#comment-213394. Cheers

There was some irony that the room felt older than either of the two undead women filled with antiques. A old grandfather clock slowly and loudly ticked away the seconds that somehow seemed slower than it should, as if time was slowed here by all the old things. The families lawyer seemed suitable for such a room an old and wizened man who look as if he’d been in the family for generations. Apart from the two heroes only the owner of the house seemed not to fit the room looking like a 21st century businessman had been somehow transported into the 19th century. He sat rather impassively as Lucy explained there case using a light smattering of lawyerese, whilst his lawyer looked as if he’d swallowed something rather unpleasant. Maybe he was old enough that he wasn’t use to female lawyer. “They’re all talking about me aren't they?” a rather sad voice spoke beside Kimbers intangible ear.

The show carried on without any further incident and whilst the crowd was a little thinned by today's events they still crowded around to enjoy the show. With the show again well underway a young woman, who was apparently Sunshine’s PA, approached you all and spoke in a slightly accented English. “Ms Sanshain Kinpouge has asked me to arrange transport to wherever you wish, as well as arrange transport to tonight's celebrations. I have also been cleared to help you purchase suitable clothes for the party, though due to time constraints I’m afraid it will all be off the rack.”

When you submit an edit request, please do not just submit a new code-blocked sheet for us to copy & paste. You must tell us specifically what you're adding/editing. A code-blocked sheet is not required, but does make it easier on us. So not to clutter things up to much if you do include the sheet please stick it withing spoilers.

Frostbyte Player Name: Tiffany Korta Power Level: 11/12 (162/196PP) Trade-Offs: None Unspent Power Points: 34 In Brief: A big hero in her tiny community she suddenly finds herself a little fish in a very big pond. Residence: Claremont's Dorms Catchphrase: "Is it me or is it cold in here?" Alternate Identity: Cathy Clouston Identity: Secret Birthplace: Shetland, Scotland, UK Occupation: Student Affiliations: Claremont Academy Family: Lara Clouston (Mother), Mikael Clouston (Father) Description: Age: 16 (DoB: 1999) Gender: Female Ethnicity: Scottish Height: 5'8" Weight: 160 lbs Eyes: Violet Hair: White Even in normal circumstances, Cathy could never pass a completely normal, her skin and hair are of an incredible pale white colour. Only her eyes stand out by being a rather vivid violet colour. To most people, it would appear that she suffers from albinism, though unlike those that suffer from that unfortunate condition she isn't overly harmed by sunlight. She tends to dress rather sensibly with many layers of practical clothing with a dazzling array of chunky knitted jumpers and her signature (fake) fur-lined parka, even during the hottest of days. At will, she can transform her flesh and hair into solid ice that appears to have all the qualities of ice as well as being resistant more resistant to harm. Any clothes she's wearing aren't affected, though they do form a thin layer of frost over them. She doesn't currently have a costume of her own so she wears the standard Claremont colours, she does wear her parka over the top as a lucky charm. Power Descriptions: By drawing moisture from out of the air Cathy can form it into ice with a remarkable degree of control over its shape and form. Whilst it appears to all extent and purposes to be normal ice, though under her control it seems more resilient to both physical assault and temperature. Tests have determined that her ability to form and control ice is some form of natural mutation, though stories from the islands of Ice Maidens that came with the Norse settlers suggest that it's some form of genetic abnormality that's been carried down the generations. History: Cathy had always been a quiet distant girl who happily spent hours all by herself reading or wandering the stark beautiful landscape, a little cold and distant as some people would later joke. But apart from that, she had a happy childhood among the isolated beauty of her island home. All this changed one bitterly cold winter day when she was around twelve. One of the younger children of the village had gone missing and after not showing up for a couple of hours the entire village went out to search for him. With the sunlight failing and the temperature rapidly dropping the search was called off until first light, with everyone assuming the worse. One person hadn't given up the search however and against the odds, Cathy had managed to find the young child and get him to a temporary shelter against the cold, but there wasn't enough room for Cathy or enough time to get back to the village. Cathy had no choice to wait out the night and hope to survive the bitter cold. It was then that her powers kicked in that allowed to survive the night, searchers were surprised in the morning when the apparently frozen girl was not only alive but able to move around without any harm. Despite her now strange appearance, she was heralded as a hero for saving the young boys life. And over time as she learned to control her powers she used them to not only help her home village as much as she could but also help the town and villages around them. Slowly news of her exploits spread across the Shetland islands until they made their way to the mainland of Scotland and far, far beyond. Then one day not long after she'd turned sixteen an exotic looking woman turned up at the families home and offered to take Cathy to the distant, almost mythical sounding, Freedom City to a special school where she could learn to use her power to help many more people. Personality & Motivation: Cathy is a quiet thoughtful young woman that unless prompted tends to fade into the background. It's not that she isn't good with dealing with people, quite the opposite, it's just that she lacks the confidence to put herself out into the wider world. It's would be unlikely that she would be a hero apart from one thing, she deeply cares about doing everything she can to help other people. Powers & Tactics: Cathy hasn't had much training into how to use her powers and instead relies on her own instincts of what will work in any given situation. It just happens that she naturally has very good instincts in these matters. Complications: Bright Lights, Big City: Whilst she not completely unaware about life in a city like Freedom, they do have television and the Internet, she can still be surprised by things that would seem completely normal to everyone else. Too Cold: Whilst she can't feel the cold Cathy can't feel the heat either. Even on the warmest day, she tends to wrap herself up in multiple layers of clothing to stay warm. Cold in here: Without realising it Cathy instinctively lowers the temperature around here by a few degree's, whilst that may be fine in warm climes it can get very chilly in less warm environments. And even when it's pointed out she can't seem to turn this chilling effect off. To Dry: Much of the ice she creates is done by drawing moisture from the surrounding environment. In an incredibly dry and arid environment, she might be unable to produce as much ice or normal, or in extreme circumstances none at all. Local Hero: Whilst Cathy is unknown in many parts of the world she fairly well known in her own local area, and never had the need to protect her identity. It wouldn't take much effort to find out all about her and her family. Triakosia was having a busy and occasionally frustrating hour rushing around trying to move people out of the way from these sudden portal to who knew where. With her enhanced senses she could detect the rifts forming and swoop in the moments before it formed fully to snatch away unlucky people in it’s path. But even with her incredible speed she could get everyone or catch all the formings rifts. Pausing for a second to listen and watch for newly forming portals Danica took a moment to appreciate the irony that again she was in the middle of an amazing story and she wouldn’t be able to file one line of the events transpiring. Them she was off again to save more people.

The second demon came over to join his fellow but his attempted blow on Pulsar when wide of the mark, causing him to give an inhuman grunt. The Sorcerer continued to attempt to rain soulfire down on Tesseract but his aim this time was off and the fire devastated the road beside the young heros. “You seem quite resilient to damage something that I may be able to use in future, if nothing you’ve encouraged further research in magical fields.” The other demon wasn’t quite as verbose as his master but was apparently much more effective striking Pulsar with a solid blow. again.

With a final prayer to gods long forgotten, she was practical at heart but it never hurt to ask for supernatural help every now and again, she sprung into action as soon as it appeared that the Terran plan had succeeded. “Okay let’s go pick up our allies. Communion don’t strike me as the kind to seek revenge but best not to take any chances.” she spoke to the other ship “How do you want to split thing up? Who should we go pick up?” This was the pretty run of the mill part of the mission now that the dangerous part was hopefully all done.

It wasn’t difficult to find the ship's course there was a trace of blood in the water, an exotic mixes of bloods from several exotic animals possibly from long ago, obviously from the ship's bilges. It traces weaved through the water caught on the various hidden flows and eddies of the larger ocean. The ship itself was a rather non descript, probably deliberately, container ship sitting quietly in the water obviously waiting for something. Out here no one could stop her from conducting whatever shady business that it was out her to conduct.

ic Graduation Proclamation: Sound and Fury

Glamazon never got a chance to land on the shield she was instead slammed away with some force kicking up dirt from the edge of the crater and slamming through several young trees and crashing into the earth a distance away. The humanoid that had sent her flying landing on it’s feet a short distance away, it’s tiny feet didn’t look like it could hold up the massive bulk of it’s upper torso but it seemed to manage fine. “I am Delfeil official Bounty Hunter to the Lord of all Conflicts, Entertainer of Septillions of sophonts.” from a pouch on his massive forearm he took out a card and threw it at Glamazon “Those within the craft have something that belong to my Lord and I have authority to recover that item.” Back at the crash sight a rather guilty sounding voice came out of the comm’s “We didn't put up the shield and... erm we don’t know how to shut it down.” It was a multiphased force shield, how difficult could it be to shut down. -
“I’m not real in the literal sense I’m a construct of whoever’s brain this is, a little place that is me I guess it’s to fool telepaths. I don’t know who this brain belongs to, I’m tucked away where I can do no harm.”The woman looked kind of sheepish “I quite like existing so I want to stop what's happening her. Whoever owns this brain has been infected with some kind of psychic virus, that's what these people represent it’s trying to reorganise this brain to how they like it.” she gestured around the crowds moving in there straight ordered lines. “I think I can take you to where the parasite lives but I can’t actually fight them, I don’t have the brainpower to put up a serious threat. All I can do is block the link and stop the infection spreading.”

The Sorcerer raised his staff and muttered some words causing a stream of dark energies to stream from the staff towards to strike Tesseract covering the young hero in writhing dark energies. “I’m terribly sorry to do this but we all must sacrifices for achieve success, and it seems today you will be that sacrifice.” Pulsar was in a similar situation with a large brutish demon who while he didn’t speak much above a grunt, instead talking with his fists a language he obviously spoke well hitting Pulsar with a rather solid blow.
-
Lucy though for a few seconds and gave a little frown “I suspect they don’t know as much as they’d like, and that’s why I’m here. I have quite a bit of hands on experience of Vampire of several different stripes. If there any in Freedom City though they keep themselves to themselves.” As she spoke she looked around at the jungle around her for signs of the runaway, being a very urban girl she didn’t have a clue where to start looking for her. “Still I’m sure we’re more than capable of figuring all this out.”
-
“Well to be fair I was trying to help when I got sucked into TV land, it wasn’t as much fun as it sounded.” She strode purposely to the axe a snatched it up with little effort “This is when the daughter goes into the forest and comes back all dazed and we, the audience, aren't meant to know if she’s become a werewolf or not. I won’t spoil it in case we get a chance to finish the film.” She shoulder the axe and took on the clothing and rugged features of one of those ax men you saw all the time on television. “What do you think is a woodsman fighting off a werewolf a little too much symbolisms?” even her voice had the right sounding tones as she admired her newly acquired beard.
