Right now Sitara wasn’t paying much attention to the battle going on around her or Miss Americana’s and Dragonfly’s successful attempts to stop the nanites, thought she did glance up now and again at the displays and gave encouraging sounds. Right now she had some of the bridges panel’s off and was poking around in the systems of the craft, after promising she’d put them all back better than before. With no actual link to Gorgon’s sytems, and she doubted she’d let them do that in the best of circumstances, all she could do was try to transmit a suitably tuned wake up signal to whatever defences Gorgon carried. It sounded much easier than it actually was.

Not sure what you want me to roll but I want to alter the ship to transmit a Wake up and start fighting the nanite's signal to Gorgon's "antibodies".

Maxi rubbed her chin and considered Danny’s words, he wasn’t sure but he might have been getting through to her a little. “I’m not sure I want to be the start, I’m happy to be a side-kick. I mean everyone on the forum are green with envy that I get to work with her, it almost better than being the star as I get to Blog about it all.” She seemed to be pretty pleased that she had this little slice of virtual fame, apparently for now it was enough for her. Maybe it would be harder to get through than Danny had thought...

Daphne had one advantage over Silver Scream it seemed she had been literally raised by Television and understood it on an almost subconscious level. She knew the tropes of the media, and movies as well, as a second language. And Silver scream had missed one really important detail. “Thats because Ms Scream baddies can be to tough cause in the end they get beaten, it’s how the stories go. And I don’t see this one going any different.” She neglected to mention that they normally survived for a sequel, Silver Scream didn’t need to know that.

Lucy had a few moments satisfaction at defeating the Asian vampire but it wasn’t there for too long, there were other matters to attend with. She looked round and noticed that they were apparently down one of their number, she been so focused on the vampire that she’d missed where Blue Jay had gone. “Did you see where are little Robin Hood went to? I don’t think we should be separate in case there’s more weirdness going on in this island. And let’s be honest there’s a good chance that other weirdness is going down.”

Whilst Triakosia couldn’t understand what they were actually saying she could quite easily figure out the intent of their actions. And it didn’t look good for them or anyone around them, this was something that needed shutting down quickly. If they couldn’t fight then maybe cooler heads could prevail. Taking her best guess at where the effect would fall, trying her very best to avoid Netfly, she bought her hands together with all the force her muscles could muster. The compression of the air sent a booming shockwave towards the two fighting Japanese powers.

Shall try to shut this battle down with a Thunderclap, they need make a Reflex Save DC or take an Audio Dazzle. Triakosia will try as best she can not to catch her allies.

Not sure if you still looking for thread E, but I've had this idea rattling around my head that I though could be interesting. Triakosia with her senses notices that Miss Americana is well not human and decides to investigate. Instead of going in all fists she convinces her editor that she's got a killer story about a big hero and convinces them to allow her a couple of days to go undercover. Cue her speaking to various people around Archetech until she manages to work her way to the top floor. Finally she get to talk to Miss Americana or even managed to track down Gina...

If anyone could sound coy and innocent over a psychic link was doubtful but Agnus seemed to do a pretty good attempt at it. What could you be suggesting? I don't know anyone who fits that description in the slightest. She grabbed a glass of champagne and knock it back in one, with her superhuman constitution she could do this all night without ill effects. Any ideas of what kind of scene we should cause to draw her attention? Just not the dress it's a very costly designer number on loan from a friend.

ic Two Duplicators and Grim too!
Tiffany Korta replied to Tiffany Korta's topic in The Realms Beyond
The two Merge's in the office seemed unconcerned with this new addition to there little conspiracy, though someone spoke just behind then. "Thank you for the welcome. And I think I'm more of a Nicki Minaj than a Katy Perry though I have a much better sense of style." This Merge was dressed identically to the other two except her tweed was a rich purple. "Lets hope not but this smells all kind of funky to me, it's just all to neat." -
It was difficult to tell for sure but Agnus really hoped that things were beginning to go there way, the sudden arrival of reinforcement was definitely a big plus. "Hey great it looks like the cavarly arrived, and as normal in the nick of time." Even though she was relieved at extra help there was that little niggle at the back of her mind "And just out of interest who ordered our rivalries arrival? A little earlier would have been nice, not that I'm complaining..." Almost as an afterthought she sent another of her light bolts towards on of the alien craft.

Since waking up in the 21st century nothing in her strange little (un)life had manage to phase Lucy in the slightest, and it was as all to easy to forget that most things she encountered wasn't the norm. It was part of the reason she kept Erica around to keep reminding her how weird thing were. Plus she hadn't quite figured out how this whole Internet thing worked yet. "Sorry I forget how this might seem to all of you. You'd be living in Freedom City, our Freedom City, but not actual citizens. You won't be able to do everything but you can at least live there and start to earn a living."

GM Post Noor with a gallic flare hugged the two girls almost overcome with emotion. "If we can prove the Prince is guilty of a crime then all the better for us all, but with this he personally won't be able to claim the throne." She wrote a few details on a napkin, in French, and handed it to Tona with the slightest bit of reverence. "We have a small plan that can transport us all to Foix, as an official diplomat of the country I can have you weapons carried on as diplomatic bags and clear you of any paperwork to leave the country. Shall we meet at the airport tomorrow morning at say ten in the morning?"

Sunshine looked mortified that she had caused some kind of offense, the level of emotion display by her was remarkable for an Artificial Intelligence. “I’m sorry if I caused offense. Did I get the idiom wrong? I don’t always get such thing correct.” there was a genuine sense she was trying to apologise for her faux pas. She looked around at the park and the crowds that were trying to decide what to do next, as the villain was being hustled away but the Japanese authorities. “I really should finish the show, it’s expected of me. You more than welcome to watch from the sides or I have a small trailer where you can wait for me to finish.”
-
It was subtle at first but as the two of you tried to catch up with the woman in red the crowd started to clump around you to start to impede your progress. The only good thing about this was that they were also trying to stop the woman as well. Whilst it was a tyring task you were making good progress and either of you could force you way through to her any minute. The question on your minds was what this was all about, in mental mindscapes such things tended to have some meaning and whatever the thing was it must be a pretty big metaphor.

ic Graduation Proclamation: Sound and Fury
Tiffany Korta replied to Tiffany Korta's topic in Freedom City Stories
There was a chattering of voices caught on the unit, apparently there was more than one person on the other end of the comms. “We were fleeing through you system when he found us. He brought us down Our ship was damaged and we were forced to land in a forest near you settlement.” they were rather matter of fact about things that were literal out of this world, which for them it probably was “You’ve got to help us he can’t be far behind, we can’t go back. We haven’t much time.” the second voice wasn’t quite so calm. -
“Well she’s an artist in everything she does and whilst I try to keep up I can’t seem to keep up with her genius.Sometime she’ll sulk for days if a scheme doesn’t work out a way she wanted, and that tends to happen a lot.” Danny wasn’t sure if there was more going in this statement than just what she was saying. “But I’m a Personal Assistant, or something like it, of a real Super Star. And criminal one I’ll grant you but that got to be worth something?” it sounded she was trying to convince herself more than anyone else.
