  1. As expected Agnus turned up a good five minutes later than everyone else, after the staff had already served the wine. All the while Dame Pennington, or Anne as she insisted they call her, made small talk that showed she was quite well briefed in all of them. Whether a conscious choice or not her choice of colours was telling. Her normally unruely hair had been tamed and tied back by a red bow, her dress was white designer number mostly tasteful if not a tiny bit shorter than expected for a place like this. Finally her shoes were blue and quite a sensible heel not the normal platform heels she normally favoured. “Hi all I’m not late am I?†she gave Dame Pennington a sly smile, who refused to rise to the bait. “No not at all. I hope you don’t think me forward but I ordered the wine for you.†“Cheer’s†Agnus slipped into the spare seat and took a healthy gulp of the wine “So why have we all been summoned here?â€
  2. Sitara took a few more moments watching the swirling gases that swirled around the calm area that they were sat. One day she’d like to come and do this when the universe wasn’t in danger or a godlike being was tearing things apart. “This is good. Keep her steady and ready just in case things go badly. I’m sure you’re more than up to the task.†she gave Ruby a reassuring pat on the shoulder “This seems a good a time as ever to see if she’ll talk to us.†She straightened up and adjusted her jacket. “So the important question is who going to do all the speaking to her?â€
  3. Hi I hope you don’t mind but I’m talking to you mind to mind, I promise I’m not reading you mind. I think we’ve stayed in the same place only got really small, it fit’s what the boy was saying. She hoped neither of them had noticed she wasn’t there when that conversation had happened, though to be fair she wasn’t reading their minds now! If you want I could probably find out what they’re going on about, the story is almost boiling off of them.
  4. The food on offer was a dazzling mix of options from throughout the region and beyond, much of it lightly spiced, and was both relatively cheap and delicious. The whole place was this healthy mix of styles that felt a little like the places back home but also fairly African. As there meal was coming to an end a well dressed man approached the table they were sat “Excuse me are you the party from Claremont?†his spoke English with a slight local accent
  5. Mirror is free to take his shot, thug will keep on running.
  6. The citizens of Freedom were probably those most use to the presence of Superheroes, and villains, and tended to react when one turn up on the scene. The crowd parted as if carefully choreographed allowing Mirror an almost perfect line of sight towards the fleeing thug, who seemingly out of town looking around in shocked disbelief.
  7. The trash carried to float on the wind the humanoid form seeming to float apart, looking like nothing more that an optical illusion. But then it seemed to appear again shortly a distance away apparently slowly drifting further into the park. It could be nothing, just an illusion, but in a place like Freedom City that seemed very unlikely.
  8. “My memory is shot before I woke up just under a year ago, maybe I should as one of these psychics to have a poke around...†she gestured to the protected heroes around them “But I have vague recollections of being in the middle of an invasion, one possibly much worse than this even this.†Potentially horrendous memories floated at the edge of her memory stubbornly refusing to manifest fully, all she felt was feelings of despair and anger “I’ve lost everything once before, I don’t plan to lose it again, let’s do this.â€
  9. “If you want someone to explore the ship without being seen then I’m the best you’ve got.†it wasn’t an idle boast she was natural skilled, even without the power of the cloak. “As for comm’s my I suggest we use these?†she opened her had to reveal a small bunch of the schools comms earbuds “A cell signal is too easy to track, these shouldn't be detectable by most means.â€
  10. Right let's try something a little different, pay my HP a stunt this off of her Grue Nature. Strike 11 (55ft cloud Extra: Area (Cloud)) [22PP] I imagine that she becomes a small ball, that becomes a lot bigger!
  11. Blodeuwedds Initiative: 1d20+9 29. I guess not in this case KD .
  12. It was a worrying sight in some way, there were a few reasons why she would do this and few of them were good. Though even she had considered the idea of starting a family, right now the Praetorians had a whole hold full of babies that someone could attempt to adopt. But right now the Communion was the main threat and that meant talking to this creature, she just hope didn’t they were dealing with an even worst threat. “I’d hate to meet the father, though considering the Gorgon it wasn’t pleasant for him either.†she gave the Ruby a smile She checked the scanners looking for a calm spot in a sea of churning gases. “Try that spot there, we should try to talk to her a soon as we can.â€
  13. “Oh I know you! You use to appear in all those old horror movie. I use to love watching them during the long night flying through space. Well you know if you could call it night I mean it’s always night in space so you know.†She paused and looked thoughtful for a few seconds. “Guests or no guests I suggest you stop all this right now, no more people need to get hurt.â€
  14. Everything went topsy turvy as the world around them went for a trip on the weird side, it still felt like they were in the same place but yet obviously they weren’t. It was obviously another dimension of some kind, maybe another spirit world like that TV land she’d visited a few months ago. Still there she understood how the rules of the world worked, here she was completely winging it. Turning to these newcomers she gave her best winning smile and a little friendly way. “Hi there, we um didn’t get the memo could you fill us in on the whole savior deal?â€
  15. Blodeuwedd sat on a nearby rooftop crouched down surveying the city below her. It was telling at how long Blodeuwedd had been in this city in that the sight of a T-Rex didn’t phase her in the slightest, and it wasn’t the first T-Rex she’d seen either. In an instance she was on her feet running alongside the beast until she felt she was close enough to launch herself off of the building to, hopefully, land upon the creature. After all it worked the last time she fought a T-Rex.
  16. Dancia floated down to the rest of the team feeling better than she would expect in the circumstances. "You're the lucky one's it was my voice it was using."despite herself she gave a little shudder "I just wish I knew what it was up to, it can't be good in the slightest." Whilst she knew her structure was unusual no one could tell her why it was so powerful. She hoped she wouldn't find out at the hands of an enemy, especially one so powerful.
  17. "Miss Grue that's who! And I've never met another of my kind, I was born in space about 16 light years from here. And not all Grue are bad, I'm sure most of them are hhonest hard working citizens." There was a slight note in her voice, like she wasn't completely sure about her last statement "And if I was being sneaky I could have come as someone else, I'm a shapeshifter after all. Andy has the answers in his head and with my help you can find out what he saw, if you don't trust me I can bring you along."
  18. he might have to provide some stealthy moves but it would appear to him doable.
  19. “Oh wow you get ID cards? I’ve never got one, do I need to fill out a form or anything? I’ve got my Student Card but you know secret identity and all that. But I am a real Grue honest, though obviously a good one.†She picked up one of Andy’s toy, her “uncle†Pseudo, and pointed back and forward between her and the toy to illustrate the point. I could attempt to hack Archetech systems and set up some sort of authority. Are you kidding have you seen who’s in charge there, they’ll be crazy prepared on there computer security. “Honesty I felt something was wrong here and came here to try and help. If you want to check I’d be happy to wait.â€
  20. The beam struck the thug causing him to cry out in shock but he somehow managed to carry on moving. Without pause the man flung open the door and dashed out on the streets attempting to lose himself among the crowds milling around the area. Few hadn’t yet figured out what was happening making things more difficult for Mirror.
  21. Thugs Toughness Save: 1d20+2 17, thug will get away unless Mirror wishes to peruse.
  22. T-Rex attempts to nip Phantasmo Attack Roll: 1d20+6 16. Jason goes next.
  23. Phantasmo attempt to bound the creature were foiled by both the creatures movement and the gaps between it’s ancient bones. In response the creature attempted to turn itself around, in a surprisingly agile move, to attempt to nip the undead hero with it’s massive dagger like teeths. Luckily the massive jaws fell just short of the hero snapping the air.
  24. With skill mastery Blod's got 24 for her notice, but no knowledge of Current Event's. Just in case she can do it unskilled Current Events: 1d20+1 6, yeah that ain't making a difference either way.
  25. Daphne gently brushed the mind of the poor worried woman find out the information she needed to help, not that it was difficult as her worried thoughts spilled from her mind. “Yes sorry I’m late. I’m here to see if I help you son Andy.†Daphne was normally a terrible liar so she stuck mostly to the truth “Shall we go see what they’ve found in the bedroom?†She gently guided the poor worried mom back up to the room, not allowing her time to realise that she hadn’t told Daphne about either of those things. She did feel a pang of guilt over that but it was important and she was sure she could help. She was a bundle of nerves as she approached the room and the other heroes within, but she tried to project an image that she knew exactly what she was doing. “Hi there I’m Miss Grue and I’m here to help.â€
