  1. Spirit world or not the behind the scene looks at television was fascinating to the young Grue, though she didn’t forget how serious the whole situation was however. She just allowed herself little moments among the job of tracking down the spirit. For now she stayed at the back and let the more experienced members of the team, she was in a team-up squee, handle the investigation. As she did she idly wondered what the food might do to her. If it was just all fake that was fine, her digestion could handle most things. If it made her shrink and grow, like Alice, well she could do that already by herself. If was all magic well then she could be in real trouble. For now she decided to leave the food alone.
  2. Agnus allowed herself a moment to look around and make sure everyone was alright, some had made it to the ground but they’d expected that. Ahead of them was a sky full of the Communion ships and that wasn’t filling her with confidence. Still she’d faced worst or at least remembered facing worst. Another few burst of light towards another of the crafts, at least they were making a dent however small.
  3. Are you sure that this is a good idea? as normal Mother Unit was fussing over Daphne, also know as Miss Grue. Aren't all my ideas good idea? No wait don’t answer that. Whilst Mother Unit had Daphnes best interest at heart she tended to mollycoddle the teenage suiperhero. But there were time when she knew she should take a few risks. There was something strange going on here, she’d picked up the unusual psychic “static†and knew she had to try to help the people affected by it’s effect. So in her Miss Grue persona she floated up to the front door of the house to ring the doorbell.

  5. Sitara had never liked the official uniform of the Praetorians, really she wasn’t keen on uniforms t all, but she had worn it on this journey. In chaotic time like these symbols became important so for now the uniform stayed. “I’ve never heard of Gorgon deciding to create progeny, I’ve never heard of a any threat that would have caused her to consider such a thing, the Communion never threatened her before.†Whilst she had been a warrior for thousands of years it wasn’t the only thing she had studied and honed over that time, though she wasn’t as knowledgeable as some of those gathered here. “Could we not try to create an small area clear of interference? Enough for a comm signal or sensor beam to get through?â€
  6. Sitara allowed herself a few minutes to admire the beauty that was a system being torn apart the swirls of gases, rocks and ice was a thing to behold. It was an irony that all this was created in destruction and due to the fact that the Gorgon was a messy eater. The Gorgon was almost a force of nature old even in her own time, in fact there had been discussion of baiting Gorgon to attack the Amitra’s homeworld. It hadn’t been done when she'd gone into the healing pod, for all she knew Gorgon had destroyed both civilization angered somehow by this plan. She’d never know anyone successfully negotiate with the Gorgon, cajole or force away maybe but never cut a deal with. It was a little disconcerting. “I think we should go hear what the Doctor has discovered about the Gorgon, his insights might help us negotiate with the intelligence.†after months of practice her Galsatandard was almost perfect
  7. Yeah I'm still up for this.
  8. As alarms started to blare across the bridge Sitara swore softly to herself in her native tongue. “This shouldn’t be happening I went through all these systems and double checked everything.†Automatically her armour deployed itself incase the atmosphere became uninhabitable as her fingers played across the holodisplays trying to make sense of the data displaying on her screen. “I think it might be a problem with the system either a mismatch from the updates with received or a deliberate intrusive program. We might have to shutdown the system and go to manual.â€

  11. Thug's Toughness Save: 1d20+2 7, another Staggard we're assume the same thug so he's out. Thug's going for one last attack with his bat Attack Roll: 1d20+2 18, and move to flee the shop. Mirror has a chance to try and stop him.
  12. With a crack the thug spun around and crashed to the ground, knocked unconscious by Mirrors cane. It seemed to put off the less committed of the two who gave a slightly half hearted swing with his baseball bat before dashing towards the door, the bat clattering harmlessly to the glass covered floor of the shop.
  13. “Well were still Praetorians and that means were peacekeepers and even though the empire fell long ago were still protectors of this planet. So we treat these soldier like prisoners and lock them in the Kavaca brig. Let’s just hope we have enough space for everyone.†GM Post A short while later the three Praetorians were on a small hill overlooking the town looking up at the impressive structure that was the Lor base. It was a semi-circular platform perched halfway up the side of a cliff at the end of a steep valley. it was carefully designed so that no one could approach the site without being noticed by those patrolling the platform. On top of that the base when further into the cliff face away from prying eyes. This was not going to be an easy place to make it way into unnoticed.
  14. Whilst Daphne loved modern films, and she whenever she could, she had a soft spot for the old black and white B-movies she use to watch on her journey to Earth. When she could she would watch them in the cinema the blackness of the room reminding her of the time spent drifting in space among the stars. She’d always enjoyed the one with the little silhouettes of people commenting on the story, but had been disappointed to find that they didn't show up when shown in the movie theatre. “Well she’s not got a weapon, or training, not everyone was born a warrior princess you know. beside against the tropes... the rules of this type of horror movie.†She dressed for the occasion in a Gingham dress, in black and white, with her hair made up in a beehive. She’d considered making herself look like she’d stepped from a black and white movie but that might have raised some strange looks. “Beside this is a really good bit.†It didn’t bother her that she knew most of these movies off by heart, it was enough to be here to try and eat her body weight in popcorn and hotdogs, in really good company.
  15. Agnus gave her best winning smile despite the pain from the Communions attack. “Yeah I’m fine, I’ve faced worst after closing time on a Saturday night.†she managed to carry it off fairly convincingly. As she spoke she weaved through the air to make herself less of a target throwing off bolts of light towards the enemy.
  16. GM Post Anne smiled up at her guests all charm with a hint of a twinkle in her eyes, pictures from before the war showed that this predated her time as Britannia, though it obviously it hadn’t hurt. “Mr Sloan, Mr Cross a pleasure to meet you both. Ms Farrington I hope you sister is doing well, unfortunately I rarely get to talk with you father mostly we argue.†her voice still had the twang of her Lancastrian roots. “But please all of you sit down before you give this old woman a crink in it neck.†She waved over the slightly exasperated maitre de and ordered a very good, and very expensive bottle of wine. “Please feel free to order what you wish the Ministry will be more than happy to fit the bill, I think some of you more than deserve it after what you’ve been through.†she gave Dee a knowing look “I’m sure our dear Agnus will be here shortly, she does like to play the rebel and tweak authority by being fashionably late.â€
  17. Thanks to Dakana’s unique status in this part of the world it resisted too much influence from the outside world, or at least the ability to pick and choose as it wished. Most of the shops and restaurants were local to Dakana offering authentic local products, though some choose to copy better known western brands. There was however an authentic Starbase that promised authentic Dakana blends, know as some of the best coffee’s in the world. The lounge was beginning to thin out as people moved on to their destination, though there were still a few waiting for arriving passengers signs showing who they were waiting upon.

  19. One of younger teacher at Claremont Ms Gwen Alphona, who some rumoured was psychic, had been assigned to keep an eye on the group and make sure didn’t cause any trouble. “I hope you all enjoying yourself today. There a fountain in just up there that has some of the heavier items, I told them you’d be happy to help clear it up. However you clean things up just don’t be too obvious.†The wind whipped through the park causing little piles of trash to swirl around, to chagrin to those that had carefully gathered it together. Half seen out of corners of peoples eye the trash formed little man like shapes in the air.
  20. T-Rex's Reflex Save: 1d20+6 22, quite spry for an old fossil . Give me an IC post please.
  21. Mirror’s cane stuck a solid blow and the man staggered backwards, though he still somehow keep his feet and more importantly kept hold of his knife. His partner wasn’t happy with this turn of events but he kept fighting. “I told you this was a really bad idea.†He swung his baseball bat but it was no more accurate than his previous assault.
  22. Thug's Toughness Save: 1d20+2 3,Staggared and Dazed. Thugs will Attack Roll: 1d20+2 14 Round 3 16, Mirror, Unharmed, 1hp 7, Thug 1, Staggarded, Dazed, GM 6, Thug 2, GM Back round to Mirror
  23. And hand poke around the corner a pass card clutched firmly being brandished around. A voice sounding slightly more distance than it should introduced themselves. “Miss Grue, Alien shapeshifter.†there was a pause and the young Telepath added “I do have permission to be here honest.†her voice sounded a little unsure. “I can go if it’s a problem, everyone seems a little tense right now.â€
