Okay I'm going to try to put together threads for Next-Gen and YF to start the weekend, I want to give you all a little Claremont love . Whilst I'm planning thing out I've thrown together a little social thread for them all to interact and maybe fight baddies. It's found >here and it's purely social so if a fight break out just do it as narrative combat.

The Combat Simulator used bleeding edge technology to allow students to face almost any perceivable threat. They could face anything from a mugger to the Lord of Entropy himself all without putting themselves in any danger. Unfortunately it was run and organised by very much flawed humans, who very rarely made mistakes. It seems that somehow both you groups have been booked to use the CS at the same time. Well you’re all here at the same time, what are you to do?

GM Post The warrior armour covered there face but there word sounded like it contained the hint of a sneer. “You scum are in the wrong place at the wrong time. We’ll be happy to show you the error of your ways.†One of the others wasn’t quite as sure. “But the Commander said...†“But these are just criminals blow in by the Solar Winds, there no match for the likes of us.†he dismissed his colleague with a wave of his hand. The others were obviously convinced as they all drew blasters, sensing trouble the bar seem to suddenly very empty apart from the armoured warriors and the Praetorians.

Lucy had always been a city girl and hadn’t spent long out in the wild, she’d always prefered her creature comforts. So she was more than happy to let the young woman take the lead and do her stuff. Whilst the various living thing of the forest didn’t bother her, she wasn’t a tempting meal being undead, but her clothing whilst sensible for the city weren’t that helpful in the wild. “Sure i can do that.†she kept her voice low and quiet “Any idea of who or what we’re dealing with?â€

Ghost’s and spirit’s isn’t this a little far fetched?. We’re inside a television show happily talking to television characters, I think we should give them the benefit of the doubt. She didn’t know much about the supernatural but she did know television and it had it’s own rules, rules maybe that they could use to their advantage. “If this world works like the shows we might not need a real ritual, we just need to act like you would if this was done in an episode. You know a few dribbly candles, a skull, maybe a few robes or a pentagram and a bit of dubious Latin.â€

Bloduewedd spent a few seconds considering everything that they had found out in the last few minutes. It could all be coincidence but it wouldn’t hurt to investigate both just in case. “Okay we’re split into two teams, Endeavor you go check out the buoy, I’ll take a team onto the boat. I want you to have air support in case trouble starts and keep on the comm’s.†They might be younger than her but she knew they would all be fine, Claremont trained them to be very competent. -

Bloduewedd didn’t have any affinity with boat and water, but she didn’t particularly have a problem with them either. And if things went wrong, well she was a pretty strong swimmer and well most of the others could fly in some way. So she spent the journey scanning the area looking for potential trouble in the area the goggles that she wore cutting through the darkness and to some extent the fog that currently enshrouded them. “There in the distance...†her voice was steady and calm as usual “...it’s a light around half a kilometer away.†Once she thought she had people attention she pointed toward where the light was coming from. -

Not sure what you'd like me to roll, but Triakosia is trying to push the craft upwards as far as she can,

Right now Triakosia figured that the best option was to try and buy the unconscious heroes as much time as they could. They aliens didn’t seem to keen on attacking yet, maybe waiting on whatever the psychic heroes were engaged in, which gave them a little while to make things difficult for them. “Okay good luck everyone, I’m going to try and add us a little more time.†With that she shot up into the sky towards the the alien craft using the momentum she gained in the short flight to push against the spacecraft attempting to move it up further away from the various figures gathered below.

The place where the interview was taking place wasn’t terrible exciting, a rather non descript interview room, the only sign that anything was unusual was a large cylinder that dominate a corner of the room. Apparently Sanshain was stood there already waiting and it was slightly unsettling in some ways. The resolution of the holographic singer was near perfect, to most human eyes it impossible to tell that she wasn’t really. It look to all the world that someone had placed a young woman in a glass tube to display to the world.

The ride through the forest was not unpleasant. Father Henri wasn’t the best of rider but he kept up well enough, if it wasn’t for the possible trouble at their destination. As they got closer thing seemed to suggest that something was amiss in the area. The farmland surrounding the town were untended, long enough that nature was begin to regain its foothold on the land. The road overgrown and less tended than you would expect even this far from civilization. As the town appeared on the horizon it almost appeared abandon, as if it was battened down ready for a siege.

San El-H, Djanei VI GM Post In the height of the Delaztri Empire Djanei was the height of learning bringing scientists and academics from throughout the empire and beyond. Now it was a forgotten world on the edge of Lor space, it one great universities lost to the deciduous forest that covered much of the world. Sam El-H was a small frontier town sat on the edge of a mine reclaiming exotic metals from the soil. Most of the miners were still working their claims so the cantina was mostly deserted when a half dozen armoured figures entered the bar. A mass of almost clashing colours and with an elaborate helmets it would be easy to underestimate them as purely ceremonial, except for the deadly blaster stapped to there waist. They began to harass the barkeep, one of the original Delazti settlers, about expected supplies that they had no intention to pay a single credit. There order didn’t say they weren’t meant to interfere, though technically it wasn’t there territory, but Sitara had alway been fuzzy about order in cases like this. “I do believe that he doesn't want to help you with your problems, I suggest you leave now before trouble breaks out.†she was seemed relaxed, though she kept her hand near her power pike just in case. “This doesn’t involve you stranger don’t get involved.†his spoke the local tongue with a heavy accent. “Besides...†he looked around a little over dramatically “I count six of us, who have you got on your side?â€

Doing a quick mental calculation one she was very use to after staying in the states for so long “My suit is fully insulated and can handle temperatures down to freezing.†she resisted calling it 0oC “Unlike some I don’t have any powers, but I manage despite all that.†She dropped down silently and joined the rest of the students as general introduction were made. Technically as the senior student she could have made a case to take over control of this little endeavour, if you pardoned the pun, but she was curious as to how this would all play out. -

Sitara sat reclined at one of the spare consols of the Aquallia scanning the holodata as it was transmitted. Having served during times of war a simple anti-piracy action was almost relaxing “How much warning have the Pirates had? if we have the time it would be prudent to scout out the area first.†she gave a little shrug at this she knew how these things tended to work. “If not I would suggest a two pronged attack with a distraction raid here.†she gestured toward the floating map of the area “Whilst we flank them from this side of the cave.â€

A dark shape stood crouched in the corner of the boathouse near the roof if she'd wanted Blodeuwedd could have spent hour up there without being noticed. Whilst she enjoyed the challenge they had more important thing to deal with tonight “So what exactly have you asked us all here?†he voice was clear, with a slight hint of her Welsh accent. All that was visible of her for now was the soft green glow of her circular goggles, she still wasn’t going to make it that easy on them. -

Ow! That hurt! As much on instinct more than anything else Miss Grue took the little (to her) thing and tried to project it with some force back towards their friends. “Careful these things have a bit of a bite about them. Really hurts to.†For emphasis as she spoke she shook her wounded hand against the pain.
