  1. Sitara smiled at her two Praetorians she had know for so long. She’d knew that they’d would agree to help, they’d work together long enough to know each others mannerisms. “Well help you however we can Lelak. But we need time to make sure that everyone evacuates from the surface.†she turned to Solar Sentinel and addressed him directly, she didn’t know him enough to know how he’d react if things went wrong. “I think one of us should help with the evacuations. Would you mind handling that for us?â€
  2. “I would have thought Supercow would be more likely to leap tall buildings in a single bound rather than fly.†she was still cross at having to make the choice but it wasn’t the man fault. She gently set them both down and looked around for someone to take care of the recovering man, and in the vain hope that she could see the fleeing Wayward. “I don’t suppose anyone saw where the multimillion rock star went scurrying off into the night? I really would like to find out what going on here.â€
  3. Dancia was still well outside her comfort zone, she hadn’t seen anything like this outside of Sci-fi films and who had time to go the cinema? Still she did her best to scan the ship to see if she could find anyone still alive. “I’m not picking up signs of life, but I’m not sure if that would include anyone thats been what it called? You know put into sleep for a long journey, this space stuff is still a little new for me.â€
  4. Lucy gave a little sigh it wasn’t common but occasionally she came across someone who was prejudiced against her because of her undead status. She couldn’t blame people for that reactions, it took her time to come to terms with it after all, but it could be a bit of a pain. “Someone might be in trouble and this place might hold the key to stopping that. Now how would you like me to convince you to let me in? I could quote scripture about how the dead sleep in the earth or how the most important person in the bible was undead. Or point out that if I was evil I wouldn’t be able to enter holy ground, which is in doubt as I go to worship every weekend.†She wasn’t trying to sound arrogant or angry just trying to use rational arguments to convince the sister. “I don’t want to have to but I could always bring down the media and make a song and dance about you denying me access. So what's it going to be?â€
  5. “Sounds like you need the sleep of winter, like all good oaks, I’m sure you be back to bother me renewed like spring in no time. There are still a few hidden places where time stand still and you can frolic among the bunnies all you want, there are rumours of a lost village in Scotland or Wales and I hear that there is an entire world were people no longer live. I can see if I can you a transfer to that world for a while.†She was still looking at Lucy with some sadness, Lucy might have always been a little unhinged but no where near this bad. She was family and Agnus needed to try and help here. “I don’t feel the cold, we just need to know where exactly to go and I can teleport us there. Do you think we should contact the other two?†she paused and took a breath, it was a big ask for someone who hardly knew the two of them “I think I can fix Lucy, but I need you help in case things go bad to switch me off if the madness starts taking hold. I know it’s not the best on time but I don't want to leave her like this too long.â€
  6. The bar had seen better day but for some reason it made it all the more appealing to Sitara. It was near one of the docks and the workers liked to get drunk and cause trouble, so in a flash of inspiration the bar owner now offered generous tabs to the Praetorians who tended to defuse fight with minimal damages. Thing were looking up so much that she’d even hired a small band to play upbeat music for the patrons. “I’m sure that band plays the same song all night. It’s a couple of hour before the shifts change so we have time for a toast or toast to the Praetorians before a fight breaks out.â€
  7. She had seen her share of jumped up leaders who had some advanced technology and used it to lord it over others. Lelak was much the same except what he could do was probably as powerful as he claimed. For now there goal were in line but there was a good chance that it could change in the near future. But for now he gave them a potential ally against the Communion. But she wouldn’t ignore old oaths of fealty swore against the very same foes. “Aye we can help, but it’s not just my decisions. I want to see if my fellow Praetorians agree to help you.â€
  8. Whilst Sitara was glad she had learned about her home it did not blind her to Lelaks flaws, despite his age and knowledge she’d rather stand beside her fellow Praetorians. She sent a message through their internal comm system. Don't worry I'm not charmed by his little gifts of knowledge. I’m sorry for what he's saying but we have to endure his ideas for now. She turned her attention back to Lelak, his little outburst we’re frustrating but understandable considering the circumstances. “If the Communion get here they will take what they want and all that you people created will be lost forever. If you help us there is a chance to go back out among the star and help civilize a whole galaxy. If an intellect such as your is up to the task...â€
  9. Attack Roll: 1d20+12 16, lets us up that HPfor a reroll Attack Roll: 1d20+12 31 much better.
  10. Lucy was starting to get a feel for the newborns fighting styles. they weren’t particularly skilled and like many vampire, and truth be told many heroes, they relied on their strength and speed to see them through. And she shared some of their abilities except for one big difference she had learned to fight a very long time ago. She spotted an good opening and went for a solid blow, she almost missed her mark but at the last second corrected it to strike a solid blow on the newborn.
  11. Daphne would normally had to filter out such strong emotion but now she let it flow through her her link into the mind of the poor victim and toward her despair squid. It all took seconds but it would take a while before the effects would been seen. “Oh I love weddings they make for great special episodes. I’m not quite sure what happens next but I’m beginning to get the idea.†she gave a little grin that suggested she knew a lot more than she was letting on.
  12. Daphne was having a blast. She’d spent quite a while conducting interview and signing autographs, a superhero was still a superhero even one as new as Ms Red, before taking her place in the little horror fun house. She took up position as a transparent specter apparently an special effect, until she actually moved through things towards the hopefully surprised and thrilled customers. It was all great fun.
  13. Blodeuwedd’s eye’s were good, helped by the goggles, and little escape her sight. “I’ve got a trail we can follow, but I’ve got something I want to check out first. We’re being subtle so follow my lead.†It wasn’t difficult to follow Lynn and Blodeuwedd managed to come up beside her before she could hail her cab. She tipped her head of her hoodies, a unique dark blue number with the seal of Claremont Academy, showing the green glow of her goggles. “Hi there I was wondering if you could explain that little trick you just did with the purse.†her Welsh accent was faint but noticeable.
  14. Blodeuwedd had never knew her parents she had been raised since birth by the Order, and had never had a strong desire to find out who they were. But whilst the Order wasn’t the most traditional of families she knew how important such things were to people. “You know I’d do almost anything to help my friends, I went through almost hell to help Tona.†she gave a friendly smile to Giang “What can we do to help you?â€
  15. Toughness Save: 1d20+12 31
  16. Agnus wasn’t overly bothered with the old oak manner he was as always he was full of bluster. She was more concerned about Lucy and as she spoke to the old oak she walked toward her old friend. “You’re a lying bugger y Dderwen and you know it. There hardly an acre of land that hasn’t been shaped by human hand in the whole of the United Kingdom. You’re just as reliant on humanity as i am, after all the the Woodpecker care not what the oak thinks as it hunts for food.†she sounded for a moment slightly distant as if she wasn’t quite herself. Then she turned her head and smiled at Synapse her old self once more. “He’s probably telling the truth about Vanguard though, neither of them are exactly big on following authority. I was always surprised that they joined up to be honest.†she stopped and put her hand mere inches from Lucy “But what have they done to you Lucy? Can you hear me now it me Agnus.â€
  17. Sitara was lost for a few second staring at the little dot that represented her long, that she had thought lost long ago. Luckily her suit was still linked to the ship so it now knew where to find her homeworld again. Maybe after all this was over she go back there to see how much had changed since she left. “Aye when I left home it you were lucky to reach forty. But my homeworld was not where I was made into a soldier. I was recruited by the mArttik Avata. They were great thinker and such wonderful architects and builders. There cities were such beautiful things to behold...†for a moment she was lost in the memory of the soaring towers of their cities, now all lost to time “But whilst they knew of war they would not, could not fight, and then like now the galaxy faced a threat from those wishing to destroy it all. So they choose from those who would fight and altered them to be there warriors. Of which I’m the last surviving.â€
  18. Despite her best efforts Sitara couldn’t think of an easy way to break the news to Lelak, all she could do was try to give him some comfort with a sense of kindredship, all the Praetorians had lost almost as much as he had. She took a deep breath to calm and center herself before answering his question. “To be honest we do not know how long exactly. I have lived for five thousand years and when I left my home to go into space your people were already a fairy tale. The best we can tell is when you star die, which was around a million years ago.â€
  19. Before the system went on the fritz again she had spent some time working on the suits translations sytem so she understood a little of idea of how these things works. Lelak needed samples of Galstandard so he could communicate with them, she took a risk and retracted her helmet so he could see her face and lips as she formed the words. “I’m The Traveller and this is Dragonid.†she gestured to each of them as she talked, she wasn’t a big fan of her title but her Sanskrit name might confuse things at this moment “We are members of an organisation called the Praetorians we come seeking help against a group called the Communions that might devastate this entire sector of the galaxy.â€
  20. Yeah thinking on it she probably a little to similar to YB. I'm going to drop the fame angle and go for a different type of build. I've got an idea of her being the granddaughter of two Super Soldiers and has somehow gained there powers.
  21. With instincts from centuries in various activities and conflicts Sitara reacted before she even realised what was going on temporarily disabling her suits audio sensors. It happened so fast she didn’t have time to warn anyone else all she could do was hope they reacted as quickly as she did. Once she knew she was for now that she was relatively safe she turned her attention to the grey creature. They were probably the only creatures right now that could understand exactly what he was going through now, her especially so she hadn’t reacted... well when she had woken up the first time. “Please you have to calm down.â€
  22. Half Damage - Reflex Save: 1d20+8 24 Avoid Hit - Reflex Save: 1d20+8 23 Keep Hearing - Fort Save: 1d20+8 15
  23. Sitara stood looking in awe at the ancient bones wondering if they were aware that the end was coming all those millions of years ago. Did they stand here watching there star as it turned into a deadly supernova and beautiful but deadly things. She had at least had the sense to set her vision to record they map and transmit it back to the Kavaca, it would analyze and transmit the data through space to their temporary home, allowing the rest of the Praetorians to see what they had discovered. Lost in her own thoughts it took her a few seconds to realise what Dragonid was saying turning to see what he was talking about. Starting again in fascination at what was happening before them both. “I think it’s all been waiting for something to happen, voices from a million years ago. It would be rude not to listen to what they have to say. Though let’s look out for trouble just in case.â€
  24. Shaking her head Daphne tried to clear her head from her sudden fall. It was tempting to just lie here and let things play out, but that would allow the bad guys to win and she wouldn’t allow that to happen. Jumping to her feet she ran towards the rock monster building up as much speed as she could. As she run she began to contract in height until the moment when she struck the creature she was her normal height but around five times her normal density. “Mr Rock meet Miss Hard Place.†she was quite proud that line.
  25. Move action: Stand Up HP for an extra Action Free Action: Change Grue Array from Growth to Density Full Action: Charge and Strike the monster Attack Roll: 1d20+12 31, if that hit it DC 25 Toughness. And Miss Grue is at -2 defence this round.
