Miss Grue I have searched my databank’s and I think I’ve discovered the identity of these robot’s, you not going to like it. It’s pointing a massive blaster at my head, there not much more it can do upset me more. A few seconds later the assembled group of hero heard a voice in there head. Hi there I’m Daphne, you know the girl with the giant blaster pointed at her head, and I have a confession to make. Even as a disembodied voice she sounded a little guilty. I am alien and a Grue but I’m one of you, one of the good guy’s. You might have hear of me they call me Miss Grue. The robot standing here are an experiment in law enforcement but the Lor, they called them Enforcers. They were quickly discontinued but these units must have been missed. Problem is they were a little too strict in their methods, I’m talking full ED209 here...

GM Post The bigger unit seemed to be in command for now and issued a response to the question. “This humanoid has in it’s possession illegal alien technology, possibly Grue in nature, in violation to interstellar law. Said humanoid may even be Grue and will be tested and if discovered they will be disposed off along with said technologies.†It kept it’s massive blaster leveled at the woman who was looking up at the robot without any sign of fear, which wasn’t what you’d expect from a normal person threatened by a gigantic robot.

For a second Dancia almost decided to play dead and hope she could fool Hazard this time, but she decided that if it hadn’t worked this time then it couldn’t work now. “Well you aren't about to find out from me, let’s just call it a bit of a surprise like this.†Hoping for the element of surprise, despite having been rumbled, her nearest hand shot out to grab the other woman with the plan to pull the other woman to the ground whilst she got back to her feet. SHe hoped that her luck would hold out this time.

Dancia smiled at the other woman mostly just friendly with just a hint of professionalism, she was here to do a job after all. “Thanks I’ll think I will, skipped breakfast to get here early.†She tapped her notepad with a rather chewed pen, it was filled with her unique shorthand a form of latin that would make a scholar weep. She wasn’t sure why she wrote like that it just seemed natural to her. “Would you care to give a quote about the opening of the bookshop? In the strictest confidence of cause.†She wasn't expecting a scandal but it didn't hurt to be professional.

When Lucy had learned that High Steaks had reopened it was a given that she'd be back, she was after all responsible for it closing in the first place. Despite all her subtle checks so far drawing a blank she couldn't discount the Masters influence. He wasn't above testing his children with thinks like this. Whilst she couldn't completely hide her identity she'd tried her best to minimize being spotted. She wore brown contact lenses, her original eye color, to hide her inhuman eyes. As a double bluff she wore oversized sunglasses over the top. The dress was a stylish black number a little longer than she'd like, she was after all trying to appear as a socialite. She'd called in a favor with Rene for something she hoped was as indestructible as the suit she normally wore. Being one of Rene creation it bought a whole to meaning to painted on... One gaining entry Lucy went straight to the bar for a Gin, partly out of habit and partly so she could get a feel of how the place had changed since her last visit.

Miss Grue Gather Information DC 5 Did you hear there a fricking Grue running around this city, they could be anywhere! DC 10 Well yeah she, I know it’s calling itself a she, hasn’t actually done any harm. DC 15 Actually she’s been doing good but still you never can tell. DC 20 Now I’ve not met many Grue but she seems, well, almost human.

Most of em sound like Bloeuwedds thing more or less, she know Errant and has been involved in investigating a fight ring. Then again so has Lucy and she has previous with Comrade Frost. -

Well it was worth a shot she’d learnt a little about what the problem was, and that this wasn’t a problems that could be sorted out by conversations. So not a job for Dancia it seemed and the gas would give her a good chance to switch over to Triakosia. In an apparently futile attempt to stop the gas she quickly put on her helmet, before passing out. Or that was at least what Dancia wanted Hazard to think was happening, her plan to wait until Hazard thought she was out, then slip out of the hazmat suit to wait for Hazard to act.

Triakosia has Life Support, so I'm assuming she's immune. She will pretend to fall unconscious for obvious reasons.

Not needing the disguise right now Dancia removed the hood and laid on the charm, at heart she was as much a reporter as a hero and there was a story here. “Dancia Devons, Freedom Ledger. I’d show you my pass but these things don’t have pockets.†she gave a little shrug “We were investigating Dr Singh when you timely arrival seemed to spur him into action. I’ve a good idea as to what happened...†she glanced back to the device hoping it had just sent them elsewhere. “But first I suspect there is a story here, would you care to share what Dr Singh did to you to prompt such actions?â€

Dancia sat around enjoying a, really good, coffee watching how the store opening was going down. Despite one or two byline of some worth she was still doing most of her work for the papers website, and this shop opening was it’s bread a butter. The story almost wrote itself about how it was great that a book shop was opening in this day and age, but could it survive in the age of digital distribution and the ebook. She’d already gotten the article written out she’d just need a few quote from the store owner and her job here would be done.

Well wasn’t this a happy little gathering. She was sure that she recognized Jack from somewhere else, and not just from the television, there was something about the voice she thought sounded familiar. Still now was not the time to skulk in the shadows, she stepped not quite into the light but certainly closer to the other heroes. “Pleased to meet you all I’m Blodeuwedd. I assume that you’ve all been following the same rumours? We should probably compare notes.†though faint she still carried her soft Welsh lilt.

The woman beamed with pride as she answered his question, she seemed to genuinely seemed proud of the product she was promoting. “The bond can be easily broken and reformed within the structure it can be as light as paper or as strong as iron. We can also give the structure piezoelectric properties. WIth a little practice you can even create quite complex moving parts. Allow me to demonstrate.†She tapped a few key’s on a tablet and the lump of the stuff in front of her began to shift and remold until it looked like a rather robust screwdriver of some kind. “We already have interest from several Space Agencies for this one.†She picked up the screwdriver, which still had that slightly strange pink appearance, a squeezed the handle gently causing the end to rotate at quite a speed.

GM Post For the last few moments the device you’ve been carrying has been making increasingly more urgent sounds. Finally it seems that it can pinpoint the location of the signal it’s been tracking, it seems that it coming from the bay itself. From the location there’s a faint bubbling of water before from the depth burst out a sleek silvery form, shining in the bright summer sun. It seemed to zip across the water as if it was land. It was followed by two more figures less agile and more substantial they floated toward the land showing the highly stylized humanoid figures. The final figure was more impressive and at about 15 foot it attracted everyone attention, it strode purposely toward the coast until it, and it’s other allies were only a few feet from the heroes. It then leveled a massive blaster weapon that took up most of it’s left arm toward Daphne before saying in a booming voice “You are in violation of Intergalactic treaty surrender yourself so you may be properly disposed of.†it spoke first Intergalac before repeating it in English.

Miss Grue Whist Daphne talked to the hero she was also in communication with Mother Unit a Grue computer and companions from as long as she could remember. So use was she to this she did it without showing any outward signs. I’m picking up a signal. Well of course you do there looking for aliens, they may be looking for me. “Please to meet you I’m Daphne Celeste. I’m afraid I’ve not seen anything remotely alien.†she wasn’t a good liar so she stuck to the truth as much as she could, she hadn’t actually seen any aliens. No there another signal approaching, it getting close to this location. I think we better warn these heroes. I don’t think we have time.

Whilst she could have sprung into action as Triakosia for now she stayed in her normal identity as Dancia. It gave her an tactical advantage in that this newcomer didn’t know she was and what she could do. Instead she stepped out and called out to the similarly clothed woman, with a handy hiding place just incase she fired that weapon again. “Can I ask what you’ve done exactly to both of them? And maybe even why you’ve done such a thing?†For now she just had to hope that the two of them were okay, even if the dope Marcus had a nose for danger he tended to get out if trouble unharmed.

There it was only a flash but it was enough of a clue to Blodeuwedd to spring into action. She was preparing her grapple gun when she felt the feeling of someone else in her mind. The Order had tried to prepare her for any opportunities include the possibility of mind reading and control, having taught her a few basic techniques to block mind reading though it was all hypothetical. “I know you’re out there and I hope you’re not here to cause me any trouble.†Without missing a beat she fired her grapple and swung over to the other rooftop to see if the two things were contented to what bought her here.
