Miss Grue Whilst Daphne was engrossed in her book she couldn’t help but notice that something was going on around her, the background hum of psychic chatter had an exciting air running through everyone. Looking up it wasn’t difficult to spot the heroes wandering around the park, she always found such things exciting even if she was on herself. Leaning over the back of the bench she called out to the heroes in a friendly tone with a broad smile on her face. “Hi there can I help you with anything? I’ve been in the park for quite a while.â€

GM Post Freedom City being what it was few paid too much attention to a bunch of costumed heroes wandering around the park, though there was the subtle adding of distance and preparing of cell phones in case a fight broke out. Meanwhile the device was giving more information about what they were looking for, but not much, it seemed that there was some alien technology around but it couldn’t tell if it was on land or in the water. For some reason it seemed to be giving confusing and contradictory information.

The tour was led by to room that looked like it was designed by a Hollywood special effects team each wall was filled with display screens and in the center of the room were several glassed domed structures each containing a rather unimpressive lump of pink modelling clay like material. Gillian entered the room and gestured for them to gather around the structures, before activating the view screens for a presentation. “The patented Moffat Moleculestm combine the qualities of memory metals and morphic molecules into a long string polymer plastic. To put that into english it allows the material to be molded in shape which it will then retain until changed again, all with the use of a simple app.†She gestured towards the material inside the domes, which was apparently this wonder material. “Please feel free to try it for yourself I believe with a little practice you can even do moving parts.â€

Miss Grue gave a gentle smile and offered a hand to help the other woman up. “Well it not a thing to be taken lightly, it can be a dangerous thing to do. But there’s nothing to say that you can help out you fellow humans. And hey you were doing fine without me honesty.†There was something just a little odd about this she knew that people didn’t like it much but she couldn’t help but touch her mind to find out what exactly was going through her mind. It was for her own good honest.

Blodeuwedd had spent the last couple of weeks on the streets chasing down leads rather than concentrating on other changes in her life. Bad for the street scum and lowlives that attracted her attention she wasn’t overly violent, but she was single minded in her approach. Everything she had discovered so far had bought her here to this innocent looking community center the possible source of the new drug supplier. She took a vantage point above concealed from sight watching the place searching for any possible source of all this.

Stepping through the door Daphne grew to her full possible height rushing to try and catch up with Red Moon. At this height she was, more or less, at the same height as Red Moon was moving at. “I can understand your issues but to be honest the Doctors got a point. It’s not a good idea to try and alter anyones mind, in my experience it tends to end badly.†it might not be praticaly real world experience but she did believe this. “But I do think we need to stop him from carry out his plan. Let’s say we stop him first and then we can work out what to do with him.â€

Daphne put her feet up on the table they were currently sat at showing off her rather impressive cowboy boots, or at least that what she always called them. She had also somehow managed to find a cigarillo from somewhere, though she didn’t even think of lighting the thing it was purely for effect. “Well it a dreamscape so we should be able to just think some up some horses if need be, though you’ve got to be careful of the Pink Elephant effect. As cool as it could be I don’t think Pinkie Pie is the best mount to use for a Western. In fact let’s do this properly.†Lucky whilst Daphne was awash in pop culture her nature meant she had, when she wished, a rock solid mental control. Imagining a pure white steed as fit for a masked lawman she put her fingers to her lips and blew a loud whistle to summon the beast. -
Lucy listened to all the other options and it was obvious to her that she could going to volunteer to help. But Bloodline attitude made her a little nervous as to how he would be able to deal with how things worked in Freedom City, somewhere that he wouldn’t know at all. “I can help you, I know some of the friendlier Vampires. But remember that this isn’t your city or time and definitely not you kind of vampire. There are a few bad sorts but more than a few good vampire, Freedom City seems to have an effect on people.â€

Well here we go again! She held onto the man as she tried to give him a few more minutes whilst they figure out what to do. They’d seen all this before and they should be able to deal with this much easier than before. She looked up at Cannonade and gave her most confident smile, together they should have no problems at all... right? “If I lift him up we should get some slack, maybe you can use that to get a hold on the rope. If we work together we should be able to outsmart a piece or rope, animated or not.â€

Lucy paused and a pained looked crossed her face. How could she be so heartless? Obviously this whole deal was getting to her more than she realised. Looking around briefly she turned back to her newfound allies. “You’re right of cause, but I suspect we don’t have long before she’s aware that we’re here and tries to stop us somehow. Best be quick to do what you can.†For now all she could do was keep an eye for any potential trouble and give Ghost Girl as much time to do what she could.

Whilst she could have sprung into action as Triakosia for now she stayed in her normal identity as Dancia. It gave her an tactical advantage in that this newcomer didn’t know she was and what she could do. Instead she stepped out and called out to the similarly clothed woman, with a handy hiding place just incase she decided to fired that weapon at here. “I don’t suppose you have any idea of why he was so spooked he did whatever he’s done? I’m guessing neither of you are best of friends.†For now she just had to hope that the two of them were okay, even if the dope Marcus had a nose for danger he tended to get out if trouble unharmed.

The woman’s smile didn’t even falter as she answered Alex’s question. “Unfortunately many of our major projects are for important clients and we’re not allowed to reveal any information about such projects. We do have however many other exciting projects to show you all.†turning on her heels she began to walk across the lobby only briefly looking over her shoulder to see if everyone was following her. Leading everyone further into the building she casually led them past several obviously secured laboratories probably where there classified research is carried out.

It's a hold over from the previous version of the sight, "We had it rough in those day none of your fancy follow buttons, had to do it the hard way." I'm fine with either method, though it's noce to see that people are paying attention to the threads.

Whilst Daphne didn’t show it the wider dreamscape unsettled her a little, she was use to the comforting hum of other minds around her. They were still there but they felted muffled as if from a great distance. It was amazing how quickly Daphne got use to the presence of humans around her. For now she was content for Rene to carry on with the investigation of the bad things happening in the dreamlands just the hints of his thoughts was fascinating to her, though she dare not try to read his brain fully she was happy to just pick up his stray thoughts. -

Daphne stood there and looks as if she was listening intently to the man, when in fact she was mostly listening to Mother Unit’s analysis. She really wanted to get hold of those pills right now, it seemed a good idea to get them analysed. The obvious solution was a little icky but necessary. “But you just had to help those poor puppies, you’re so brave.†Moving around to one side she put an arm around him, snuggling against his shoulder. With a little effort, she was still practising this particular talent, her finger began to stretch reaching for his pocket.

Okay I had a flash of inspiration so decided to get things going straight away. I've decided to stick with Next-Gen for now and split you into two teams Team A is currently Glamazon, Cho, Stronghold and Thoughtspeed oh and I snuck in Miss Grue as well , and there thread is >here and >here. Team B is currently Nevermore, Polaroty, Solvytter, Errant and eventually Somnium and there thread is >here and >here And if there are people still interested in joining the team I'm still open to extra students, with enough I might start a third thread.
