When Daphne first started at the school she signed up for every group and social club she could get her hand on. Whilst some of them worked out better than others she still managed to turn up religiously to every meeting and gathering even if she was wanted or not. Though few could fault the enthusiasm with which she approached every task, even if she lacked the skills. In places her enthusiasm has managed to wear people down, one such places was the school paper which finally gave in to assign her what they hoped was a rather mundane and boring story. So Daphne sat at the back of the room dressed in the type of clothes that she expected a reporter to wear with a pad and pen in hand to scribble down notes, even though Mother Unit’s could easily transcribe notes for Daphne.

Lucy wasn’t concerned about what was going on in the room, she had a pretty good control of what was happening. Her main focus was to make sure that Diaz wasn’t harmed, it would be a shame to come this far only to get him injured or worse. That why she was literally pulling no punches. When the fighter made the mistake of throwing such a direct attack she chose to follow up with a powerful blow of her own. With his attack throwing his balance off it fairly easy to connect with a blow.

When everything went to hell Daphne had a rather unusual reaction. She gave a little squeak and clapped her hand together in joy, she almost left the ground in pure joy. This must be one of those Nightmare she had heard so much about. She wasn’t sure how this is happened, her brain should be incapable of producing a nightmare without her control, maybe Mother Unit did in a sulk because of something Daphne had said during the day? For now she decided to play along with the dream. With a look of horror on her face she carefully backed away from all of them into a relatively clear corner. “What... what’s happening? Why are you doing all this?†she hope she had the right amount of panic in her voice. -

Give me an appropriate Drive (Carriage) type roll. I'm guessing it's unskilled in this case . -
At just that point Young Britannia dropped behind the little huddle of (almost) British heroes. With the glow of light that accompanied her she could never be called subtle though what she did next was a complete surprise. “Yeah I think we could do with a little privacy.†With a sudden burst of light the group of them were no longer in bustling London, but a rather windswept cliff overlooking the sea. “Cornwall. It’s this little place I like to go to have some me time, either that or LEO and I don’t think that would work for everyone.†she gave a broad grin. “Hi there I’m Young Britannia and together with my two friend here we’re the new Vanguard. I’d like to talk to you about join our group. We can either do that here or there this quaint little pub just down the hill.â€

Blodeuwedd stood on the edge of a nearby building her cloak swirling in the breeze. She hadn’t yet bother with any concealment, heroes on rooftop was so common in Freedom City few gave them any heed. From within her hood the eerie green glow of her goggles scanned the nearby warehouses looking for any obvious sign of what had happened. Soon she’d need to investigate on the ground level, but first she wasn’t a decent tactical overview of everything. Deciding she had gathered enough information she grabbed out her grapple gun ready to travel down closer to the warehouses that seemed to be the source of the trouble.

“You know our comm frequency Raven? Even with your skills you probably won’t be able to follow me.†it wasn’t a boast more a statement of fact Expecting trouble she made sure that Dyrnwyn was concealed beneath her cloak, but still available when trouble started. Then she activated the ring that gave her invisibility and made her way down to the underground tunnels. Arriving on the scene she could only roll her eye at how quickly Crow got himself into trouble. “I’m here and apparently not a moment too soon. Try not to move about to much.†Leaping into the air she swept Dyrnwyn in a wide arc aiming for one of the cables restraining Crow.

This was the bit of the dream Daphne enjoyed most, and the time with the most options. If she was in a hurry she was do something to catch Mother Unit’s attention, normally kissing Gail did the job. Mother Unit was still trying to protect her from certain facts even though she knew a lot about humans due to being in there heads. Today however she remained to the script. “You know I could clean that stain off for you if you want? You’ll have to take that shirt off though...†She enjoyed this bit as she was fascinated by human anatomy as a whole, though not for the reason the show thought. -
Well technically Blod doesn't have any powers, just years of training, but you know comic book science! But yeah I've got no issues with the idea.
-
Revenant and Blodeuwedd are both street level heroes, though as much as I like the idea of Revenant and Comrade working together Blod's probably got the more rounded skills.

Bandit's 2 & 3 will fire on the two on top of the coach, 2 on the Driver, 3 on Rene Bandit 2's attack Attack Roll: 1d20+5 25, so driver will need a toughness save Attack Roll: 1d20+5 21. So driver is Dazed and Bruised. Bandit's 3 attack Attack Roll: 1d20+5 7, so Rene's fine. Father Henri is going to arm himself ready for the assault on the carriage. Unmanned the carriage is going to start to drift and possibly crash if the driver doesn't recover. Bandit 1 will delay his action to see what happens. So long and short of it is Rene is now up. -
Two more of the bandit’s followed their leaders lead and drew there musket’s firing off shots at the two figure they could see on top of the carriage. On of the shot went wide whizzing harmlessly past Rene’s ear, the other struck the driver with some accuracy drawing blood and a grunt of pain from the stoic driver. Meanwhile Father Henri had chosen to stay in the carriage but he wasn’t going to stay unarmed. Rummaging in his bag he drew out a rather battered looking duckfoot pistol, battered but in perfect working order. He briefly looked upwards and whisper a sorry before brandishing the pistol in a rather skilled looking matter. With the driver seeming stunned by his wound his grip off the reins began to slip and the carriage began to drift to the side of the wooded road...

Glancing back Daphne took a moment to confirm what the girl were talking about, confirming what they were talking about changed everything. They weren’t bad people doing bad things for no good reasons, no they were trying to a good thing for the right reason just going the wrong way about it. She cupped her hands around the floating globe containing the two sister gentle nudging it until they were at her own eyeliner. “If you promise to stop what you're doing I promise to find out what they're doing and put an end to it. You’ve not done anything too serious or dangerous yet that we can’t work this all out without to much trouble.â€

Is this happening to me, it must be some kind of dream... Giggling to herself she took the dreamy Devon hand so he could help her to her feet. The real reason Daphne was giggling was not because she had met the guy of her dreams but because she was well aware she was asleep and dreaming. She had been able to lucid dream since she could remember, Mother Unit had explained that it was due to organized manner of Grue brains, it didn’t really matter how or why she could dream like this she was more than happy to play along with the dream. -
Daphne’s eyebrows furrowed whilst she tried her best not to show her displeasure. Whilst many of the stall tried to con money out of innocent people, which was wrong, but this was worse it sounded like it could hurt people. First thing was try to avoid the poor girls getting themselves hurt, she stepped in front of them and gave one of her best winning smiles, before using something she gained from one of the girls when she brushed past them. “Oh wow did you not hear? My friend Megan put that stuff on and it like totally made her skin go green. She was literally bright green for weeks...†Before they could think it through she had to dash off, and hope they were worried enough to wash the goo off. When Daphne was totally relaxed she could pick up human thoughts at a distance, or at least fragment’s of them, but right now she was anything but relaxed being annoyed with the nasty man. She needed to know what danger people were in, and the quickest way to do that was to search the man’s mind, and that meant physical contact. Moving around to the back of the booth, and out of sight of everyone else, she made her body intangible to phase through the booth into where the man was hiding.

Whilst Lucy didn’t feel the last round of blow’s her poor dress was starting to show the strain more and more. In fact they must have looked a strange sight this slight slip of a woman in a battered dress fighting thugs twice her size. For her however it was just an ordinary day... She zigged one way to try to land a blow on the nearest fight and almost managed to miss her opponent completely, luckily for her she correct herself at the last minute managed to land the needed solid blow.
