  1. That indeed misses everyone . An IC post please.
  2. I can cap it there or we can have final thoughts from everyone before I drop in Madame Vapeurs epilogue.
  3. With the resilience that seemed to be common with Freedom City resident’s the people from the gathering were already moving back into the room to find out what was going on. And siren’s in the background suggested that Freedom City’s finest was already on it way. Blodeuwedd scowled and didn’t look at all happy with the turn of events “I’ve got a nasty feeling we’ve not seen the last of Madame Vapeur. And especially you Lord Steam, she seems to have taken a shine to you...†Looking around it was easy to see the kind of trouble she could cause the next time she turned up...
  4. Lucy didn’t exactly know what was going on, apart from the fact that some serious magic was taking place, but her ally seemed to be in trouble with the armoured figure. At least all of the cultist had fled meaning one less trouble to deal with, talking of which. “I really think it would be a good time to leave Detective Chance I don’t think you can help here. Unless you know something I don’t, in which case it would be a good time to share.†Now to help deal with the armoured figure. The uneven surface gave her a chance to gain a little height and she took it coming up behind the figure and slapping it on both, where with any luck, it’s ears should be.
  5. Going to try and box Gauntlet around his ears, or at least where they should be 1d20+12=21. If that hit's it's a DC 29 Toughness Save.
  6. Madame Marvelous 1d20+7=17 Little Marvelous 1d20+7=15 Crimsom Crush 1d20+0=18 Merge Trois 1d20+7=20 So we have : 60 Velocity, unharmed, 2 hp 20 Merge Trois, unharmed, 2 hp 20 Asad, unharmed, 3 hp 18 Crimson Crush, unharmed, GM 17 >Madame Marvelous, unharmed, GM 15 Little Marvelous, unharmed, GM When Asad enter the room could he make a Notice Roll DC 22 And unsurprisingly Velocity is first.
  7. There was the sound of movement in the darkness suggesting that more of the troops were moving up to in front of the church. They move with an almost eerie silence it was probably thanks to modern technology but with demon’s you could never really tell. “They seemed to waiting for something or someone Missy, maybe there calling up there Big Guns.†As if to answer Axel’s musing there was the flaming glow of one of the Hellhound’s moving up to where the troops were hunkered down. It probably wasn’t Spot but with Hellhound’s you could never quite tell. The Hellhound crouched down on the hindquarters ready to launch itself towards the doors of the church.
  8. Just to be clear Rene hasn't yet sent Agnus back to move the Gallia painting, though of cause Rene remember the event taking place. Time Travel eh .
  9. The Little Angel, a while later After a couple of pointless hour searching it seemed that the girl was nothing to be seen, it didn't help that a number of very similar women were flooding into the town for this weekend's celebrations. At least the wine was presentable and Detective Kapoor was good company. It was just as they were starting to lose hope of finding the woman that Rene had met many, many, years ago no one could forget her very distinctive hair style. She was even wearing the same tartan mini skirt though her top was a rather appropriate Sister’s of Mercy tee. There was a small murmur from the bar at such a distinctive tall woman walking into the establishment and a few whispers and points as if she was someone famous. When she spotted the Rene a small look of pain crossed her face as if something bad had happened to them in the past. Aaliya leaned in a whispered to two French heroes. “That’s Agnus Stone she was a bit of a Pop Star a couple of years ago, though I thought the runner up was much better. The Director even has a file on her though I’m not sure quite why.†As she spoke Agnus spotted the three of them and walked over to them, tottering on rather tall high heeled boots. “Hello there Rene it’s been a rather long time since we last met, though I looked very different back then. I need to speak to you about Gallia.â€
  10. Above the English Channel Agnus hated it when she got the mystical urging to be at a certain place at a certain time. Justice may be blind but it wouldn’t hurt to provide case note’s now and again. She didn’t have to hover above the channel long before a glowing humanoid figure came her way. There was one of those feeling that the two of them had met before, she suspected sometimes that the Spirit of Justice allowed her to remember her past to help deal with this little bump of in the collection of National Spirits. <“Gallia I’d like to say it was a pleasure, but that would be a lie.â€> Gallia came to a stop mere inches from Young Britannia’s face. <â€So the real Briatnnia couldn’t be bothered to show up for me, I must say I’m disappointed.â€> she sneered <â€Wow how original, I managed to stop you well enough in Paris all those years ago.â€> Agnes retorted with a smile <â€So you were Constance, a remeber you from that cave in Rennes-Le-Chateau as well.â€> Well that was something she hadn’t done yet show no surprise she soldier on. <â€So what are you after?â€> <â€I only wish revenge on Marianne who stole my domain from me, she is currently residing in your... sorry your sisters domain.â€> In a one on one fight it could go either way and if Gallia got her hand’s on Marianne bad things could happen. She needed breathing room and allies, luckily that magical intuition was being useful for a change.
  11. Cerys was shook by the sudden appearance from the ground of a hand clawing it way from the ground. Her reaction was almost instant she was up on her feet in a combat stance ready for an attack from this intruder. Part of her wished that she’d bought Dyrnwyn, but she’d have to manage with what she had on her. After a few second her brain caught up her reactions. Caerdathyl and the graveyard in particular were all heavily warded against most type’s of attack, especially from all types of spirits, it shouldn’t be possible for anything to manifest here. Plus this cementary was centuries old, the oldest in the Caerdathyl, there souldn’t be any bodies still down there Welsh soil was conductive to preservation. So it something else, but what? There was only was way to find out for sure and whilst it carreid it own risk it would help answer a number of questions. So stepping fowards she grapped the hand and started to pull to try and help free whoever, or whatever, was down there.
  12. Blodeuwedd appeared from the shadow’s right behind the Roman, unarmed but ready if the man decided to fight his way out. She spoke in a loud whisper in the man’s ear’s. “The Serpent Person are a proud and for the most part a paranoid people. Do you think they’ll allow anyone capable of deception to survive in there new world?†In fact the Serpent people were a good fit for the Roman method of politicians, from what she had been taught they made the Roman’s here look like amateurs. Maybe not Roman itself at it height, but there the Serpent people hadn’t dared to plot their downfall. “All they want is docile sheep of act as slave and possibly food. You won’t last if they do succeed, and the Roman don’t lie traitors, we’re your best chance your only chance to survive this whole thing.â€
  13. Whilst keeping an eye out on everything going on around her she spent time watching the movement’s of the chocolate monsters. Whilst it might be made of chocolate it was still roughly humanoid and might have some of the same weaknesses. Dancing around the creature bouncing from car to car, to keep some height to be able to reach the possibly more vulnerable part of the beast. Seeing a open opportunity she spun round and delivered a blow to the creature's face with her booted foot contacting it with what at least to her felt like a solid blow, though it was hard to tell with a creature made of chocolate.
  14. Carry on attacking the Choc-O-Monster 1d20+10=30. Yay! Can I have her critical attack somehow reveal the controller of the monster? If so it's Toughness DC is 19.
  15. Obvious she was distracted by everything going on, Initiative's 1d20+9=10. Also her toughness save is 1d20+9=18, so she might be missing out this round anyhow .
  16. Lucy still had a little thrill whenever she entered a courthouse it was the one place where she felt completely at home.Even though she enjoyed being a hero she wished she could spend more time here, doing the job that got her here on the first place. She had represented people here, but nowhere near enough or the kind of cases she’d always wanted to do. And she looked in some way’s like a lawyer, her suit’s cut might be a little out of date but it fitted in quite well with everyone else here. In fact the only thing that marked her out as in anyway unusual were the dark pit’s of her eyes. She gave Cannonade a bright smile of recognition as she took her seat.
  17. Lucy wasn’t really very good at the whole hiding in the shadows. So instead she found a convenient spot near the gym where she could watch the comings and goings of the people involved whilst not being too obvious. To look less conspicuous she’d thrown on an over sized sweatshirt and a pair of trainers, they may not get many of those people who ran around but it looked less conspicuous than her normal clothes. She just hoped that she wouldn’t attract any trouble which if she wasn’t careful could ruin the whole plan.
  18. Blodeuwedd >Blod> Diamond (2) >Chipping> In (1) >Red> Sky at Night (2) >Rhyddid para Todos! Victory and Guile for all! (2) Merge Trois Revenant >Junk> and Scrap (1) >Rough> and Tumble (5) Young Britannia GM Posts >The> Desert Call’s It Own (1) >Gallia> Falling, part 2 - Rene-le-Chateau (2)
  19. You're welcome to try any plan you wish, including trying to talk you way our. And because I'm not mean you'll get a free action before we go to initiatives.
  20. Blod's Reflex roll 1d20+8+5=22, just made it...
  21. He sighed and lowered his head, giving it a little shake, he seemed genuinely upset at something. “It is a shame that you are so opposed to our idea’s Rene and keen mind like your would have been such an asset to the Priory.†he waved to two guard’s who took the painting from him. “Take this masterpiece to the carriage I will join you shortly.†he then turned to Marianne, crouching down to her level. “Unlike poor Gallia you will not be cast adrift instead you will be made part of Gallia. Maybe she will allow you to carry one your good work.†Marianne didn’t answer only glared at the Grand Master. “Guard her until the deed is done, after that she should not be a threat to us anymore.†He turned back to Rene and looked rather stern. “I’m afraid you’re too dangerous to be allowed to live.†he gestured to two guard’s behind Rene who pushed him to the ground “Shoot him once I’m gone make it quick and painless, remember we’re not barbarians.†He then walked away not bothering to look back on them all.
  22. Lucy couldn’t help but smile at the pair’s comments, they never failed to amuse her with their antics. And a hero dropping from the ceiling part of everyday life for her. “If you patched up the hole you wouldn’t get such wonderful guests.†she nodded to Crimson Tiger “I’m glad you could make it.†With the niceties out of the way she considered the investigators words. “Probably best if we travel separately, at least for part of the way. We don’t know if anyone from last night go word out about what happened. If we split up at least one of us should get through. And besides...†she beamed a smile “I’m quite quick on my feet.â€
  23. Rene was thrown a rope and was quickly hauled up to the surface the soldier were happier with something to do, and someone to guard. After a few minutes the Master of the Priory strolled out looking for all the world like he owned the place, which to a certain extent he actually did. Behind him two guards escorted Marianne she looked to be dejected but catching Rene eye she gave a little smile and a wink. He took charge straight away, dispatching one of his soldier to go and recover the painting when it was bought up he look intently at the picture admiring it form. “Look at it how the color’s are so bold. And the Gallia herself such a noble face one who was born to rule us all!â€
  24. Spent a couple of day battling with my internet, only to finally find it couldn't deal with the heat . I'll start catching up with everything but it probably won't be until the weekend for most of it.
  25. I was thinking your standard wrap up with people and cop turning up, so feel three to throw Old Archie into the mix. And I alway's though Madame Vapeur would be a good foil for Lord Steam feel free to use her as you wish.
