  1. Agnus’s managed to hide her surprise, apart from a slight raise of the eyebrow, but managed to sound like it was an everything thing. “Well I never, this city never manages to surprise me. Why don’t you contact them whilst I take Mr Willis here to hospital so he can deal with the sick.†She walked over to the recovering Zookeeper and touched him gently on the shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. “Do you have any problem with being teleported? I promise you that it only tickles, it takes a second so you won’t feel a thing.â€
  2. There was only a moment’s triumph before the realization of Agnes had truly done struck her. The pent up grief of the lost of her love finally had a vent over the drive of revenge. Her face looked as stunned as she felt and no longer needed the gun slipped from her hand as she slid down the wall onto the sidewalk. Then she began to sob a loud wail of pain and grief that she had built up over the last few month’s, a sound that didn’t seem to end for quite some time. Her tear’s, as copious as they were, were lost in the rain the city grieving for it’s many dead.
  3. “You’d be surprised she’s a much a threat now than she was back then, even more so. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was already aware of something, unless he’s off on some kind of mystical jaunt. I’m just not sure if Master Mage’s compare notes, or if they can...†She looked thoughtful for a few second. “Besides all we need is someone who could track Malaise back to her source. I don’t know anybody of such a mystical bent in Freedom City. Iit’s not like they all live in one house like some sort of modern Addams family...â€
  4. Agnes will take another pop at Hatchet, if you didn't gather she has a thing for this guy . To hit roll 1d20+6=26, told yah I'm take the extra 5 damage for a DC of 24.
  5. With Joi providing Agnes with some degree of protection she could focus all her attention on killing the man that help destroy her life. Setting her mouth in a grim visage she spoke for the first time since the fight began. “I only need a few more second’s if you can try and keep them away from me.†She held the revolver steady in both hand’s and drew a bead on the killer’s head, taking the time to get her aim absolutely perfect. When she thought she had everything perfect she let off the shot towards Hatchet.
  6. Well she had total concelament and Skill Mastery for stealth of 30, so I think she's fine . She doesn't have quick-draw so that will have to do for now...
  7. Blodeuwedd rapidly caught up with Giang, she admired the other woman’s enthusiasm but there was a time and a place to show a little caution. “I’m just as keen as you to stop this whole plot, but the three of us alone won’t be able to stop a horde of Serpent People. Let’s at least go get John and put a call in for Subito to go meet us.†She turned back towards Kazra and gave her a not unkind look. “We could still do with your help if you want to come along, this involves your world as much, or even more, than ours.â€
  8. “There’s a malicious entity that some idiot called Madame Malaise, she’s sort of a spirit of swamp and disease. We’ve met her before but only delayed her activities.†She concentrated for a few second’s and produced a little globe of glowing light a comforting little light that reminded her of a night light. it wasn’t often she projected her power’s out like this but it seemed the best way to get everything done. “This is a portion of my healing gift, in a handy portable form, take it round to everyone and it should cure the disease.†she turned to El Heraldo “We need to track down Malaise again, I don’t suppose you know the current Master Mage do you?â€
  9. Spending a HP for a little portable bundle of healing . Same as normal healing by ditached from YB and couple of hour's life. Do you wnat me to stat it up or can we handball it?
  10. Blodeuwedd going to draw Dyrnwyn, but keep it under cover and move up to beside the Captain, hopefully undetected. Survival Roll 1d20+1=11, so yeah no...
  11. Blodeuwedd swore to herself in Welsh, something that shouldn’t be repeated in polite company, she put her finger in her ear and broadcast to her two friends. “The control our out and there’s no way I can stop this ship from moving to sea. Is anyone in a position to go down to the engine room and turn this thing off?†What was it with Freedom City and her getting stuck out at sea? She took grim satisfaction that she managed to win out with that one, not often you got to take down a major spirit. She drew Dyrnwyn, keeping it’s light hidden under her cloak, and made her way silently across the bridge to beside the Captain. Now was the time to take him down for good.
  12. Both in and out of her current day-job Lucy had had a lot of experience of dealing with the police, she wasn’t a famous as some of the superheroes running around but she recognized one of the office’s in the raid and she was sure that some must remember her. “Hello Officer’s I’m Revenant and I’ve also been investigating the same thing as Crimson Tiger here, as I’m sure you’ve been doing. Maybe we could all compare notes?†She hoped all this would be enough time for her companions to get away and hopefully find some useful information.
  13. YB's Initiative 1d20+1=13
  14. Studio Two Merge and Velocity were gently herded into the Studio by Crimson Crush, the room was in complete darkness and all they could make out was some kind of chair on the stage in front of them. Little Marvelous stepped round them into the room to be illuminated by a single spotlight. “Ladies may I introduce our most gracious and talented of hosts for today’s gathering of like minded individuals. The one and only Madame Marvelous.†Another spotlight illuminated the throne on the chair which slowly span round to reveal Madame Marvelous dressed as the tackiest most sparkling medieval royal you could ever imagine. “Why Merge Trois what a pleasure to finally meet you...†she waved her hand vaguely “Oh and your little friend as well.â€
  15. Iniative's Blodeuwedd 1d20+9=28 Oscar and Oswald Bot 1d20=16, 1d20=1 Madame Vapeur 1d20+2=4 So we have 28 Blodeuwedd, unharmed, 3 hp 21 Lord Steam, unharmed, 2 hp 16 Oscar Bot, unharmed, GM 13 El Heraldo, unharmed, 5 hp 4 Madame Vapeur, unharmed, GM 3 Oswald Bot, unharmed, GM But wait you say aren't everyone HP's to high? well read on. Blodeuwedd Attack roll 1d20+10=22, it hit's but Mme Vapeur is a hologram  . So extra HP to everyone (see I told you ) and Lord Steam get's his go.
  16. Blodeuwedd gave one of her tight little smile, the kind she normally reserved for causing trouble. “I’ll take great pleasure in do so.†She took a few steps forward and swung a solid blow that would normally would have connected a solid blow. Instead the blow went straight through Madame Vapeur momentarily putting Blodeuwedd off balance. “Whilst I have a fondness for technology of old I’m not blind to the technology of the future. This is thank’s to the world I left first a solid hologram. I’m afraid I can’t assist my mechanical defender, but i can at least offer you the wisdom of all my years.â€
  17. k, sorry for any delay anything that mentioned in the last post about the Trine Sentinel will know
  18. The flawless dome of matter, at least down to the foaminess at quantum level, formed without incident. Then mere seconds after it finished there was a pounding on the material, sending shockwaves through the steam tunnel. “Ah quantum matter held together by the fundamental force’s of the universe. As long as the Heisenberg factor is not taken into effect nothing can effect it.†his voice sounded sarcastic, with a hint of his normal lecturing tone. “Of cause the rest of this structure isn’t composed of such matter.†The banging began to increase and the tunnel started to shake with the blow’s.
  19. Marianne pulled herself up to her full height she look more like her true age, on the cusp of adulthood, she smiled gently at Rene. “Don’t worry I have a good idea where to look, but I think he’s counting on that.†even her voice sounded more mature somehow. The light around her began to increase until it was almost unbearable to look at the door as thick as it was began to smoke around the lock. “Go find the Mademoiselle de Rennes she mention the place in her tale, I’ll go distract the Order for a little while.†With a clunk the lock fell from the door Marianne having somehow cut them completely away.
  20. Whilst the imp Tazel went off to cause mischief, something he excelled at, Nikki spent a few more second’s studying the guard’s on the church. “I have a good idea how we can get into the church. Hold still this may tickle a little.†She stood, revealing scratching in the dirt around her, and closing her eye’s began to chant in her infernal tongue. Mystical energies began to shift and flow around everyone filling the air with colours and giving the air a strange smell of tin. Axel raised and cocked his shotgun and began to say something, though it was lost to her voice filling the air. Then something implausibly changed, everyone feature’s subtly shifted they looked similar but then again slightly different. And everyone clothes seemed to alter and change become much more formal, more military type. They looked just like the troops below. “Sorry to spring that on you bit once I have the formula in mind I had to rattle it off quick.†Nikki featured blurred and altered until she was similarly attired to the rest of them. “Right now we can walk right through the front door, though I suggest we take the back entrance.â€
  21. Okay hope you don't mind but I'm going to cheat a little, in the name of PLOT! Nikki has ritualist so she's going to do the following So that's a DC 31 and Nikki rolls 1d20+14=32. So for the next scene everyone look's like guards.
  22. Well i thinking a psychic origin's maybe some kind of accidentally created psyhic virus. The obvious would be to link it to the Power's Projects.
  23. Lucy smiled and gave a little nod to the new comer, it seemed that she wasn’t the only one interested with what was being dug up in this junkyard. She stood beside the new comer and crossed her arms, it was a long shot but a united front might help gain some answers. “I believe that the young gentleman asked you a question as did I, so we’d like some kind of answer if you please.†she smiled she could never get the hang of intimidation but bluffing was more her strong point. “It shouldn’t take me more that a few second’s to bury what you’ve found, I’m more efficient than any Steamshovel.â€
  24. Blod will (finally ) throw a brace of dagger's toward's the Captain 1d20+8=11, yeah that probably ain't going to hit...
  25. Blodeuwedd carried on moving around the bridge the noise of the storm and the dark would make it difficult for the Captain to keep track of her in normal circumstances. And these weren't normal circumstances. For an extra touch she dived and rolled only to throw some of the throwing dagger’s towards the man. Unfortunately the rolling of the ship seemed to put off her aim the knives thudded harmlessly into the glass. “I think we’re beyond discussing the fine points of the Rules of the Sea, especially when you’re relying on a know Super Criminal to provide protection.â€
