  1. Lucy sighed and followed behind the Detective, she’d never managed to be as intimidating as she wished, at least she find answer’s with this Goodman. “When will people learn that sharing information is a good idea?†she shrugged She poked her head round the door and gave one of her winning smile, this she was good at. “Hello there this is Detective Chase and I’m Revenant, but you can call me Lucy.†She walked into the room and offered the man a hand, making sure to place herself between the man and the detective. “Would me mind telling me what you digging up in the junkyard, and why?â€
  2. Sorry I'm use to YB's bursts of light, here we go 1d20+4+2=11
  3. “Each second the machine gives the banking a machine a number to add to the account, I believe it’s quite large. The money’s not really that important remember I can travel through dimension. There’s a Earth where mankind never evolved where you walk down a beach in South Africa and scoop up diamonds the size of my fist.†She waved her arms and the two Art Deco statue’s silently sprang to life raising to their full height from a crouched position. A murmur began to rumble through the crowd and people began to watch the area, a little uncertain if this was all part of the nights activity. “I think I shall donate some of it to a good cause. Maybe to the FCPD benevolence fund?†she was being whimsical but seemed genuine in her intention “And feel free to try and stop my plans, but I’m afraid I’m one step ahead of you.†she sighed and gave a little frown “As normal it appears.â€
  4. When she had sworn her revenge on this her lover’s killer she had made a pact with something outside of rational science. On her more sober moment’s she wonder if she damned herself in the name of revenge and whether it was worth the cost. Most of the time she knew what eventually it would be worth the price. She had never had to call upon the spirit’s gift’s before but now in mortal danger if felt the time to act. With barely a thought a nimbus of light appeared around Agnes which grew in intensity until t released a bright flash of blinding light in every direction. Agnes didn’t wait to see if the light was successful, she made for cover at the soonest opportunity, discretion here was the better part of valour.
  5. Agnes will unleash her blinding flash that's a DC14 Reflex save for Hatchet et all. Then she's going to make towards what ever handy cover is available.
  6. Rounding the corner the two hero’s were confronted by a strange sight, not unexpected when dealing with Madame Marvelous. The person who drew the eye first was a woman who barely fitted into the corridor being so tall but that wasn’t her most striking feature, that was reserved for her skin which was a bright crimson in color. She was well muscled, even considering her size, and was obviously some form of hired muscle. She was made to look much taller by her companion who must have been only around 4’6†and dressed in same kind of clothes Madame Marvelous chose to wear. When they were spotted the smaller of the two spoke revealing that she appeared to be only a child. “I’m Mini Marvelous and this is my protector Crimson Crush. I’m handling all of Madame marvelous appointment today. Who should I say is visiting?â€
  7. Father Henri look the man up a down for a few moment’s. “I believe I have seen you at a few of my service’s, but not at confessional. It seems to me that you have much to unburden.†he didn’t bother to conceal his contempt for the man. “Alas I have had to sin a little for the good of all, I hope that Our Lord understands my sacrifice when I stand before his glory.†he was still all smiles and charisma as he turned his attention to Rene. “So you are the Rene deSaens I suppose we owe you our thanks for all this, though is much that you don’t understand about the situation. At least join me for some wine whilst I explain the entire situation?â€
  8. One day I really must take some intimidation 1d20+4=9, yeah I'm going to spend my HP on a reroll 1d20+4=5. So close...

  10. Whilst Lucy was inclined to trust the best in people it didn't mean she was a fool, she wouldn't have lasted long as a Lawyer if she was. And the detective was trying to play her as one. She casually stepped in front of Detective Chase and pulled her normal sunglasses to the top of her head fixing the other woman with her cold black eyes. "Okay now's time for the truth. You know exactly what's going on here and now you're going to tell me." She crossed her arms and looked as stern as she could, she defiantly wasn't happy with the other woman.
  11. Sense Motive 1d20+10=26, her lawyer sense is tingling .
  12. Lucy scanned the junkyard as they made their way across to the yards offices. Whilst she hadn't been in many Junkyards in her life she knew enough to spot where they seemed to be digging. The Steam Shovels and such like seemed to be very capable of carrying out their assigned task. She nudged the Detective and pointed toward the vehicles. “It looks like there digging for something. Any idea of what could hidden under this Junkyard?†The last she remembered this part of the city hadn’t even been built up yet, it couldn’t have been anything from back in her own times.
  13. Tech roll 1d20+4=15.
  14. Notice 1d20+14=25 and Streetwise 1d20+10=12
  15. The Aglæc-wif wasn’t a pretty ship or a spacious one, it was built for only purpose the hauling of massive cargo’s through interstellar space and this vessel had been altered for a very special cargo. The ship was crewed by Trine a species of four armed humanoids from the edge of Khanate territory, after an accident in their past they could only survive through cloning there male’s having been completely wiped out. Herja the captain of the vessel and the only warrior Trine on the vessel paced the decked with a nervous energy, her second Róta watch her with concern. “I don’t like this, flying blind through hyperspace, what is that creature doing?†Standing at the front of the ship staring out into the swirling colors of hyperspace was the cause of the Herja’s discomfort a robot. Robot were fairly common but there was something disturbing about this one maybe it was the strange way it moved, like a puppet, or it’s unusual voice. If the stories were true he was ancient, built by a race when the current Population I stars were still forming. He called himself The Probability of a Singular Result, most of the crew referred to him as The Singular. ++Here, stop this vessel++ The helmswoman followed the robot’s instructions and dropped the ship out of Hyperspace. As the two heroes watched the magnificent sight of the Leviathan a rather ugly looking ship, defiantly not a Lor craft, dropped out of Hyperspace near to the herd. No vessel should have been able to react so quickly to the arrival of the space creatures…
  16. Startle check 1d20+8=26, good start, that hit's so the grapple is 1d20+6=24. So she's fine.
  17. Blodeuwedd turned away trying to hold back the tears, she understood entirely his reason but it didn’t make it any easier. With great effort she managed to keep her voice level, even now her training served her well. “Sure make yourself comfortable, I’ll be there soon I just need some air.†Before Subito could react to stop her Blodeuwedd was out the window and up onto the roof of the building, part of the reason she choose this apartment block was that the easy of the climb to the roof. There she sat on the snowy roof considering the night, wondering why she was so ready to rush everything. Maybe it was because she was so aware of her mortality? They say that teenagers think there immortal, but Blodeuwedd knew otherwise a graveyard full of your predecessor would do that for you. Sitting there however her black mood couldn’t last long the evening events could help but bring a smile of memory to her lips. So it was not long before she was looking at the star’s enjoying the clear night air, she wasn’t in a hurry to return indoors. Beside she knew exactly what Subito would do.
  18. Feel free to give me some rolls to talk him round, he's currently unfriendly. I'll give modifier based on your argument's.
  19. A slightly tired voice came from behind the door. “I know you here to kill me you’re Van Helsing’s aren’t you? I’m not stupid enough to come into a room bathed in sun light?†Rene may not be as knowledgeable as some of his colleagues but he did know that many vampires were paranoid’s in some way. He might be a young inexperienced vampire, but like most predators they vampire were dangerous when cornered, especially if they hadn’t feed for a while. “Give me some reason why I should trust you and come out into there?â€
  20. Whilst they discussed the situation Marianne seemed to get agitated, trying to attract there attention. With the sudden torrent of revelation it was easy to miss such a thing, so it wasn’t until the heard the clapping. “The phantasm was an excellent touch I must agree.†The man standing in the doorway looked quite normal he was impeccably dressed with an accent suggesting, if not nobility, at least some breeding. He wasn’t a particularly tall or imposing, but his dark intelligent eyes and neatly trimmed beard gave him an imposing appearance. “I am Roger Délicat the Master of the Priory of Sion. You I know Father Henri, but I’m afraid we haven’t been introduced."
  21. It took a lot to shock Lucy and for a woman out of time she was quite accepting of thing considered risqué back in her own time. So she walked over and calmly looked at what the guard was reading. “No wonder she lying down I’m surprised she can even stand with those.†She stood there with a broad smile, allowing the man to recover his composure. “I was wondering if we could go and take a look around the junkyard? It won’t take long I promise.†Sometime it was worth trying the direct approach, it the modern era it tended to confuse people.
  22. The phone call woke her from far too little sleep, one of the disadvantages of living a transatlantic life. A slightly tired sounding Agnus listened to the call with growing horror, it sounded like the kind of thing they’d encountered in a swamp in the 19th century. “Okay my colleague will be there shortly, I’ll be there as soon as I can.†After making absolutely sure that the Zookeeper was fine she sent a text to Subito telling him as much information as she could. After all it was a much more sensible hour for him. Then on the her other, personal, phone she sent a text to Auntie Lucy that she would probably miss there breakfast. Luckily she would understand, they we’re about equal for missed meetings. After a quick shower, no need to go a heroing dirty, she was ready to go and try help. Having already been to the zoo she decided to teleport directly there appearing not too far from Subito and the zookeeper about five minutes after Subito him arrived. “Hi sorry I was late, bit of a commute, what can I do to help?â€
  23. YB's Fort save 1d20+9=12, yeah let's take a reroll 1d20+9=25, much better
  24. Well it doesn't even have to be a drug, though it could be something she discovered when she dropped out in Goa a traditional Indian secret. The way I think it happened was that Lucy S Diamond came along during the psychedelic age and for a while was the toast of the town having the right powers and comeing from the right town (Liverpool). Then when the psychedelic movement imploded and thing's got rough in the seventies she fell into obscurity. Then in the mid-eighties Geri Powell, Agnus's mum who was a new Age Traveller, came across Lucy Diamond who was all but burned out and helped get her back on her feet and back to being a hero. This all coincided, or she helped cause, the Second Summer of Love. Not long after this Lucy Diamond joined the team and Geri met Winston Stone got married, had Agnus and eventually settled down. Probably when she joined the team she dropped the S from her name and operated as just Lucy Diamond from there on in. The two stayed in touch and Agnus often saw Auntie Diamond, though she probably didn't know that she was a Super until she was much older, maybe helping her out a little when Agnus became YB. Agnus is quite close to her parent's, they know all about her being YB, so they would probably get involved if Lucy Diamond when missing. So yeah I think Geri Stone should go on the map.
  25. Oh I like that idea SC . Agnus mum and dad use to be a hippies back in the day before settling down in London to raise Agnus, they now run a Occult/New Age bookshop. Maybe all of the previous team were all result's of the project who went rouge and formed there own team?
