It was almost disappointing to finally meet the Master in the flesh. He’d been such a presence in her life for so long, to finally received answers was bit of a let-down. But she also knew she couldn’t really move on with her life fully until this had been dealt with, her questions answer. She gently sat down into a chair opposite him, he’d obviously been expecting her. “I’m Lucy Harker. For a year I’ve called myself Revenant, a name I repurpose from the man that had me killed. I’ve been dead for 85 years, and yet I’ve never felt more alive.†She couldn’t help but give a wry little smile “Now why do think that is?â€

Whilst the crowd didn’t move from their places no more of the guest streamed into the almost full room. Instead something strange seemed to happen, they began to sway with the beat. Not the main beat but the strange discord that seemed to be growing in the tune. Gallia seemed shock and a little surprised by what the crowd was doing. “What… what are doing, stop them stop this at once.†Things were just as weird for the King of Suits who couldn’t see much of what was going on the room, instead all he could see with the figure swaying around him. And there was the sounds of the music within the room added to by the crowd who were now starting to hum along with the discord. And the tune had a vitality like it was almost alive, it was there inside his mind he could feel it’s presence. It didn’t feel like it threatening or try to dominate him; no it just wanted him to join in with the tune.

Marianne’s looked hurt, but even then she couldn't help but look cute. “I have you know I’m old enough, though not as old as you obviously… well yes you are but he can’t hear you.†She perched on one of Rene’s chairs allowing him to getting a better look at her. With a painter’s eye, and the better light of the room, he could get a better read on her age. Here eye beheld ancient wisdom, as did the few of the spirit he had met, but the rest of face told of a young woman in her first blush of adulthood. She seemed a little distracted for a few second, taking in the simple room with it few embellishment apart from Rene’s works, before she remembered why she was there. <†I don’t have the time to do this personally; you’d wouldn’t recognize me anyway. I’m afraid that are plans to return the Ancien Régime, and that mean there after Gallia. I can’t make you but someone has to stop this, Marianne her is the real deal and she’s still has a link with Gallia you can use.â€> She spoke in English and it was obvious she didn’t speak the language, but she managed to deliver the message word perfectly. Marianne's face lit up, proud that she’s delivered the message perfectly. “That was the message the scary lady told me to tell you. And to tell you the she was someone you use to know.†She looked a little confused for a few second “Oh yeah she said she was Constance, but not anymore.†She looked a little confused at this and decided to change tact “The voice in my head say’s we’re going to find Gallia, who like the old me. I remember things about her sometimes, it make me sad.†With that she slipped into silence. -
Gallia gave another laugh which in other circumstance it could have be described as pleasant. “Yes, yes you’re right Rene. Where is my sense of occasion? A little music would be a pleasant way to end a perfect day. Let us see what we have…†There didn’t seem to be any perception change, but Rene could see one of the controlled crowd lift to her chin the violin she still carried and started playing a tune. Soon the scattered remains of the orchestra began to add there instruments to the sound. The music was fairly classical, a long forgotten French tune from Rene’s and Gallia’s original tine. But after a short while little discords began to creep into the tune, it wasn’t unpleasant and suggested another more energetic tune trying to get out.

Maybe you should try finding Nora she’s managed to build herself a new life free from his influence.†She waved toward where the Master was waiting “You may not believe this but I hope you do find a way to be a better person.†She brushed down her dress, which had surprisingly survived the night encounter, and tried to make sure she looks as good as she could. “Why I’m just a wayward daughter visiting. So far I fascinate him more than I frustrate him, and he can’t resist testing what I can achieve. She smiled up at the camera; though she still wasn’t use to them she liked to think of them as tiny movie cameras, and knocked politely on the door.â€

The mere slip of a girl jumped down a look a little confused for a few second. The artisans and there hangers on had many strange habit and this girl would seem to be one of them. She was dressed in a simple shift which thankfully covered everything, though it seemed to be a struggle, and wore the classic Phrygian cap. It would be easy to dismiss her on one of the few models’ that dressed as one of the symbols of France to “inspire†some of the local artists, if not for the faint glow that surrounded her. “Of cause you’re you, otherwise I would have been sent here.†She stood straight and gave her serious face, which just made her look more comical, and stuck out a hand in a more formal greeting. “I’m Marianne. I’ve been sent here to give you a message.†-
I've got no problem with this at all, I ilke to keep these things rather flexible to allow for the kind of crazy stuff i'd try to pull . So yeah feel free to Deadbeat in, though you're going to have to figure the music yourself. Even in Freedom City no band is going to hang around with such craziness going on.

Or you’ve bought into whatever the master has told you about me.†She looked at him with her coal black eyes, like two dark pits, but the rest of her face still showed her humanity. “On the floor of the High Steak’s up there.†She gestured towards the top of the building “I could have left you to die again, from your wounds or from the Police Officers. And I didn’t need you, your partner was still free and I could have caught her easily. But I risked everything to save you, to give you a chance to change your ways.†She gently put the vampire down, freeing him from her grasp. “But if you really fear him, or me, that much you’re free to go.†Her look darkened and now she did look liked he feared “If I find out you’ve harmed anybody, then I will not hesitate to track you down and end your existence.â€

Concentrating for a few second Marianne scanned the buildings before spotting the one she was after. With a little smile of achievements she bounded towards the building and up the stair more like a small child than the grown woman she was. With a final little check of the flat number she knocked on the door, tapping out La Marseillaise. She waited rather impenitently for the occupant to answer glancing around for something to distract her, admirably tiny, attention span. When the nice man she had been told about answered the door she gave a little squeal of joy and threw her arms him. -
Blodeuwedd as a rule didn’t really like to attack an enemy before assessing its methods. But right now she didn’t have time to consider tactic’s especially against a beast that was pure instinct. It probably helped that she had a few frustrations to work out of her system. Drawing her grapple gun she aimed at a point just being the T-Re’x head, rapidly ascending to the top of the buildings ceiling before the creature could react. As she did she drew Dyrnwyn from its scabbard attempting to catch the creature in its massive eye as she flashed past. For now she was sure she had the monsters attention.

She had suspected that the Master would be involved with such an operation directly, especially when she’d discover the extent of his plans. But more importantly she’d had more important thing to worry about, like ensuring Doctor Wessex’s safely and making sure the guard and police didn’t have to tussle with a wounded vampire. Know him he’d probably be waiting for her, or at least had a surprise planned for her. Of cause the one thing he couldn’t plan for was her ability to improvise, something that he and his kind didn’t seem to process. “What when we’re getting on so well? You must know how to reach the Master inner sanctum, or at least it’s antechamber. And I’m some keen to see him again.â€

“Why do insist on using that name? Jeanne is dead she died a long time ago. The only person her is GALLIA.†Her beams of light, which had been randomly scattered through the room, now seemed to focus on the area where King of Suit was currently being squeezed in by the crowd. It seems that the newly reborn Gallia was still a sensitive about her name. Despite the major disadvantage that the King of Suits was under in her anger Gallia aim seemed to be affected and none of the beams found there intended target.

Blodeuwedd didn’t flinch at Myrmidons actions, even if she didn’t agree with them she did understand his reasons. If she had given her word then it would have been a different matter… “We need to secure or put out of action any mystical artefacts they gathered. And even if there’s the slightest of chance the people are okay we’ve got to try and save them. And we’ll need to find a way of destroy the base without harming the patrons of Red Benny’s.†She tilted her head slightly and her voice softened slightly. “I know you’ve got issue’s with OVERTHROW, and I don’t know all the facts, but you can’t let your hate for these people blind you to all the innocent’s we could hurt if we’re not careful.â€

Blodeuwedd had to keep her nerve and not reveal just how wrong the Queen was in her assertion. Then again there was so many possible way’s for thing wrong that Blodeuwedd could be the deluded about its success. The plan was relying one far too many factor than Blodeuwedd really like, but as she doing things on the fly there wasn’t much she could do. At least the final part relied on her trusty Dyrnwyn, something she could control and rely on. “It looks like things are reaching their conclusion, let’s all go see what the future has in store for your Majesty.â€

Blodeuwedd came alongside and look through the little window at the massive Avian guarding the entrance to the Cressida. For his part the Avian didn’t seem to be aware of their presence for now, he seemed content to stare straight ahead. It was difficult to tell how difficult it would be to fight the warrior, and whether it was more of a challenge than the last warrior they faced. “Unless Lord Steam has a way to bring us to the Airship without going through the airlock, which is not outside the realm of possibility, then we’re going to have to go through him.â€

France 24th May 1814 France was again in flux, Napoleon had surrender and was being sent in exile and King Louis had just left to take control of the country. The people of France tired after years of Napoleons wars were happy for a bit of stability again. Not that it mattered to Marianne as she happily wandered the streets, whistling a rather bawdy tune, no the scary lady had told her to find him and deliver a very important message. She had even made Marianne repeat the message back, it was that important; she was quite pleased that she’d got it correct on the first try. She wasn't sure how the Scary Lady knew about her or where to find this nice helpful man; maybe she had a voice in her head too? Marianne wasn't the kind of person to dwell on the details or worry about things; she had an important mission to finish!

The tips of her hair are often dyed in a different color with each copy having a different shade. Tacky yet stylish may be a way to describe her look. Personality & Motivation: Merge Trois acts loud, brash and eccentric and comes across as a little bit dumb, but this is just an act to throw people off what really going on. Eyes: Brown Hair: Black Nicki is an unremarkable looking woman, an image she works hard to maintain. Her clothes are fashionable, but off the peg, her hair cut helps hide her features and she taken to wearing glasses, though she doesn’t need them. Power Descriptions: With a few moments concentration Nicki can call up her alter ego, Merge Trois, who can create copies of herself. Despite her name Merge Trois can produce an almost unlimited number or copies, though she often limits herself to three initially to confuse her foes. Whilst the Nicki and Merge are mentally linked, and Merge is driven by Nicki’s desires, Merge can carry on independently of Nicki for an almost indefinite period. History: Growing up was often hard for the Dee family with her parents struggling to make end meets, this tension often led to heated arguments between Nicki parents. To escape this she created imaginary friends who she would spend hour happily playing with, her brother however escaped into alluring world of gangster rap and gang culture in general. Whilst Nicki studied hard to try and make a better life for herself and her family Dwayne fell into a life of petty crime and violence. Despite this Nicki care deeply for her brother who in his own way was always trying to look after and protect his little sister. For a while however things were okay the gang Dwayne ran with were pretty minor, happy to commit relatively low key crimes staying out of the way of the more powerful and violent gang and the notice of Lincoln resident supers. Then one day this all changed when a strange man offered the gang a chance for one big score. Nicki has never been sure exactly what happened as Dwayne came back changed. All of the gang were granted powers of some sort but Dwayne, who had volunteered to be lookout, came off the worst. As well as gaining the power to conceal him from all senses, he also gained the power to monitor and control all electronic devices as well as receive and transmit all broadcast frequencies. The problem was he can’t turn the signals off and is constantly bombarded with the chatter of the electronic devices that fill our world. Whilst he can look after himself and following simple instructions, apart from occasional flash of his old self, Dwayne has been lost in the constant electronic noise. Her parents couldn’t cope with what happened to their little boy and it fell on Nicki to take care of her big brother. Whilst doing that, and trying to complete her studies, she also started to make subtle inquiries about a cure for her brothers condition. Eventually she found somebody who was willing to help, but he warned her it would take massive amounts of money to achieve a cure. Luckily for her he could offer her powers, safe ones at that, which would allow her to gather this necessary money, for only a tiny addition to the total. Having exhausted all other options for a cure she reluctantly agreed asking for the type of power that would allow her to be in several places at the same time. Then she carefully began planning ways to earn the money necessary for his cure. Her short criminal career was successful and she managed to put by quite a bit of money for herself, her brother and her family. But it was with the help of the cities heroes that she managed to fine the help that her brother needed. Whilst her brother was recovering she retired from her brief criminal career, she even stopped being Merge for a while. But she missed the thrill of being Merge Trois and when the Freedom City was in crisis she decide to come out of her brief retirement and help her community. She hadn’t consciously made the decision but now Merge is going to try to help Freedom City. Personality & Motivation: Whilst Nicki can come over as introverted she anything but shy and has, over the hard years of high school, learned to stay in the background and subtly manipulate people to get what she wants. Though Nicki is still inclined to use her abilities to just be left in peace she does now try to use them to help other people. Nicki has always had a strong moral code, she could never harm or kill anyone, and her career as a criminal hasn’t changed her attitudes. She does however have a dim view of large corporations and banks, something her criminal career has only helped but be reinforce (though there are rare exceptions), she’ll make sure that people aren’t harmed but wouldn’t attempt to reduce property damage or the loss of earnings. Powers & Tactics: Whilst Merge prefers to use guile and cunning to avoid conflict if trouble starts she tend to rely in sheer strength of numbers to defeat her foes flooding the area with as many duplicates as she can. She also tend to avoid bringing Nicki into direct contact with the plan in hand, if possible she will remain a safe distance away and allow Merge to handle the situation herself. Complications: Secret Identity: No one knows that Nicki is Merge Trois, something that she works very hard to maintains. As far as possible they’ve try to maintain that they don’t know each other, or at least only vaguely aware of each other. Brotherly Love: Nicki feel responsible for her brother and will try to keep him safe and out of danger. Whilst she sometime uses him in her plans, if he’s put into immediate danger she will put all her energies into protecting him. If made to choose between helping her brother and helping other’s she naturally inclined to protect him first. Recovering Con: As far as law enforcement is concerned Merge Trois is still a wanted criminal, as well as a few of the Superhero community. Here choice of target’s means she has little hassle for most beat cop’s and detectives, but there always a few… Enemies: Merge’s method of using other villains of for her own gain, as well her habit of getting revenge on those who tried to burn her, means that she has made quite a few enemies. The foundry in particular wish to get revenge on her for ruining one of their operations.
