It's just a really, really dark wine? She doesn't have sleight, so the best I can hope is that it was nonchalant enough that they didn't notice what she was doing. So basically she's screwed .

Blodeuwedd gave a sad little smile and if she was honest even teared up a little bit. “You see that the thing Tona, we are your friends and we all concerned about you as well. We don’t want you to go off on your own to what amounts to a certain death. We care about you too much.†She then crossed her arms but her tone was still soft. “Beside when have you known me rush off somewhere foolishly? If we go, when we go, it will be with some form of plan. And I promise you you’ll always have the final say in what we do or don’t do.â€

Agnus gave an exasperating look. The trick here was to tell the woman the whole truth whilst making thing look palatable. The main thing here was there desire for freedom. “Well if that all you expect for your people, that I think I’ll take the pit. Which way is it?†She took several steps in a random direction before stopping and turning her head back to “Madame Malaiseâ€. “It’s just there an entire country fighting so people like you, people like us, can break there chains of slavery and lie free. I can’t promise you anything, but it’s a chance to start again and make a fresh chance. A chance to live as free men and women.â€

Diplomacy Roll 1d20+9+2=27 :D

Blodeuwedd had been expecting trouble for a while; she’d already had a hand on Dyrnwyn ready to draw the sword. She hadn’t expected Myrmidon to be the first to act. Whilst she had suspected he’d had acquired knowledge about the organization, until now she hadn’t know it was because he’d once been in the organization. But she didn’t have time to react to this information as the other hero decided to take matters into his own hands. As the shot was fired Blodeuwedd sprang into action, she dropped her disguise and as her cloak once again unfurled around her she activated it special cloaking ability fading into the background. “It’s a touching family reunion, but don’t I get a say in all this?â€

I could probably work all of my characters in, one way or another. I could easily see Revenant at the street level, what with her spending time helping the homeless. Blod the type to prowl the streets, or maybe some Claremont related thread? Also if you think I'm up to scratch, and depending on how you've got this plan out, I could probably GM a thread or two.

“You’ve not seen the movies I’ve got planned out, chick flicks all the way. And defiantly no Sandra Bullcock. Remember you owe me big time on this one, you’re not meant to actually enjoy this.†Agnus couldn’t help to smile as something popped into her mind. “Well as a great man once said I don’t see why people need to strap on forty pounds of protective gear just in order to play rugby. I’m descended from Jamaican stock so it’s Cricket all the way I’m afraid. It gets very confusing whenever they play England what side we should support.â€

Well I guess you need my Initiative too 1d20+5=9. Do you want a reaction post first or are we going straight to combat?

Blodeuwedd lent in a whispered back. “Step behind and be ready to hold the other two, tell them that it’s an Tylluan situation. They’ll understand.†She stepped forwards and spoke again to the Queen. “I must say that your Magisty has played an impressive game. And I don’t mean the Angry Birds. It seemed you have bigger aims in mind, I am curious what your aims may be and how you plan to recover an artefact made from magical Iron.†Well here goes, let’s hope Subito is smart enough not to misinterpret her actions. “I here that the Tylwyth Teg can be quite generous to there allies. Maybe if you tell me your plans I can assist you?â€
-
“That’s… that’s very generous of you. What do say?†For her part Merge played the part to its fullest. “This thing it’s based on me own brain patterns?†There guide nodded to agree an offered her a piece of paper. “If you’re happy to do this, I just need you to sign this. It’s a standard contract for the device; it gives you ownership of the recording. This is the basic contract; we won’t be able to use any of the data. One last thing, you don’t process any Metahuman abilities?†Merge managed to keep a straight face and signed the documents, before being led into the chair. The process was quite unremarkable, just a strange hum in the room and the clattering of computers collecting data. After a few minutes an image began to appear in the screen, the face was an almost photorealistic image and to Amir’s eye it look more like Merge herself than his current assistant. Suddendly all sort of alarms seemed to go off in the room, and the few technicians began to rush around the room. “There seems to be some kind of feedback loop, the simulation is somehow communicating with the host. That should be impossible there not even linked.†The Merge in the chair began to jerk around as if in some kind of seizure. Amongst this chaos Amir was, as planned, forgotten. The Merge on the screen gave a little wink at him and mouth for him to Go Now.

Blodeuwedd followed Kat as she begun to swim, she didn’t have the strength of the others but her basic technique allowed her to keep up. Between strokes she talked to the two giving the conversation a strange stuttering structure. “It’s possible… to talk, but… you need to… time thing. Just takes… practice… like riding… a bicycle.†She matched her speed with the less experienced Kat, she wasn’t her to show off just encourage the young hero. “We can… discuss… past… adventures… after the… swim. You’re doing… good Kat.â€
-
“That might make thing worse, if I understand all this they seem to revel in all this. Think of it as her equivalent of Gaga’s meat dress. Just be ready if thing start to kick off.†Agnus then went into full Media darling mode. She managed a little curtsy, and gestured for Subito to do the same. “We are neither, we’re diplomats. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but the country is wracked in a civil war. We’re here to try a broker a peace between you and the Serpent people, we don’t want the conflict spilling out and endangering any stability. No one wants to fight a war on more than two fronts.†She took a breath, this next part was a bit of a gamble. “You also have a friend of mine staying as a guest, I wondered whilst we’re here we could catch up on old time.â€

Gallia Falling, part 1 - The Death of Kings (IC)
Tiffany Korta replied to Tiffany Korta's topic in Europe
Edmond looked down at The Countess who hadn’t move from the heap she had collapsed into when she had discovered Constance’s deception. “For now it seems that her will has been broken, in this state she is no danger to anyone. That may change over time so I’d rather have someone around who had some resistance to her persuasion.†He looked a little thoughtful and possibly embarrassed “To be a blunt you were still able to betray her, despite having spent time in her company. Most of her men wouldn’t have the Willpower to do such a thing.†“Don’t get me wrong Robespierre was a great man who helped form the Republic. But unfortunately he has become paranoid with power, and has begun to indulge in many questionable activities.†-
Not panicking she carefully passed the glass to the vampire. As far as the police could tell she was just passing a real dark glass of wine to someone in shock. Without hesitation she thrust the glass into the vampire hands. She then stood up and over the vampire so she could keep an eye on both the vampire and the police officers. She had enough experience with vampire to know a thirsty one could be an unpredictable thing. She raised her hand and gave the officers a friendly smile, she didn’t want to start trouble and they were just doing their jobs. “Hello there officers, I think there has been some kind of misunderstanding. I happy to sort this all out without resorting to violence.†She didn’t dare look around, in case a trigger happy officer got the wrong idea, but she hoped Dr Wessex was smart enough to have gotten out of the way.
-
Lucy couldn’t help but smile at that, her days were far from free of last minute crisis’s and disasters. She suspected that neither of them would even think of giving it up in a minute. “If you can’t reach me there try over at Our Lady of Mercy on Broadway, I help out there most nights. I’m a bit of a insomniac so I tend to be up at all hours, if necessary there are quite a few places that open all night.†She slide another napkin across along with her pen. “But just in case I better get your telephone number as well, I’m afraid I’m not some shrinking violet that will wait around her house for someone to call.â€
-
A bright glowing aura of light surrounded Agnus and she begun to float a few feet above the ground. She then gave a broad smile as she spread her arms out wide. “Why Mr al-Misri I’d be delighted. I better lock up the studio before we go, lucky we’ve got no bookings for the rest of the day.†She floated across the room to the door and begun to throw the bolts on the door. “There’s a set of stair at the back that leads to the first floor. At some point I’m going to create a second studio and maybe a practice room. Anyway from there is rooftop access, quite handy in our occupation.â€

“I know Tona, I’m volunteering. I know the risks, I’m a Foot soldier in a family that is prepared to go toe-to-toe with Gods. One of my favourite spot to just sit and think is the graveyard back home, it’s filled with my ancestors, and not many of them lived to die of old age.†She paused and them gave one of her tight almost smiles. “One thing they drum into you is loyalty to the family. I choose to extend it to my friends. If Sam asked I’d follow her into hell to help her out…†her choices of words were deliberate, they both knew a little about Sam’s past “I’d even jump at the chance to help Mali if I knew what they were all planning.†What she didn’t say was that Tona was a little more than that; she had been her first real friend outside the order. And maybe a little more if it hadn’t been for Sam… or Subito. She turned away for a few second to hide her feeling and gather her thoughts. “And you know me, when the time comes whatever you decide at least let us sit down and come up with some kind of plan.†She managed a real genuine smile “Now come on we’re meant to be having fun. Let’s get back before Subito decides to spice up those squirrels.â€
-
Blodeuwedd continued to read her book whilst she listened to rest of the teenagers chat away. She wasn’t overly bothered by Sam outburst, it was by now a well-rehearsed series of insults and putdowns they playful exchanged between themselves. She was a little more interested in the conversation between Tona and Subito however. “I’ve not had much experience with actual ghosts, I don’t mind the idea of stalking out a burial ground. I find graveyard quite relaxing places of contemplation, though I’d prefer you didn’t share that information with everyone. With everything else it would probably give people the wrong idea.†She then let the crest of the conversation ash over her, until Tona started talking about going home. Putting her book, carefully, aside she walked over and put a hand on her shoulder. “I can’t speak for any of the others, even that lughead there, but you know that if you need I’ll come with you in an instant to help.â€
-
Agnus couldn’t help but smile at Asad defending her, just then she could almost forgive him the whole disappear for Six Months thing. But right now probably wasn’t the time to bring that up, especially with the whole secret identity thing going on. Instead she gathered up all her energies and looked for just the right time to hit the final opponent with her blasts of light, she was mad at Asad but that didn’t mean she wanted to hurt him. “Aw that so sweet, but I’m quite capable of defending my own honour.†At that moment she let lose a massive bolt of pure light.

Another Burst of Light at Mr Shadow 1d20+8=28, ha no one touches my sorta, kinda boyfriend . I'll take the +5 so he has a DC 28 Toughness Save.

Blodeuwedd gave one of her tight little smiles at Tona. “It’s no problem, I hope everyone appreciates the way I’ve laid out the camp.†After quite a bit of thought she had subtly laid out the camp, placing Tona and Sam’s tents close together and leaving a subtle bit of room of them from everyone else. She could tell from her subtle body language that Sam really didn’t want to be here and was making an effort for the sake of Tona. That gave her a bit of a free pass for such a sweet gesture, but it only went so far. Without looking up from her book she added in normal deadpan voice. “There are no registered sites, archaeological or otherwise, in this area neither are there any myth, legends or traveller tails associated with this area. And there are no magical aura within the immediate area.†She tapped the goggles she on her head, which most of them knew allowed her to see magic “And yes I did do the research, these things seemed to happen to us even at a simple picnic.†She then carried on with the same deadpan voice “I’d be more worried about the Bear-that-Walks-like-a-Man. Let’s hope he likes Squirrel Stir Fry if he turns up…â€

As the heroes considered there option through the forest traveled a lone military vehicle of the Nazi invaders. This Mehrzweck-Radfahrzeug contained ten hand Waffen SS soldiers, picked more for there combat abilities than there loyalty to the party, they were focus on the mission in hand and were pointedly ignoring the stern woman in the rear of the vehicle. She was a Gewachsenmensch, the product of the finest genetic engineers from the land. As a perfect German she held power beyond her lowly rank and her word could spell doom for the men and women in the vehicle. There mission was simple instigate the lost of contact of there transfer base and reclaim the facility for hostiles if necessary. At the there main forward base they also took precautions in case there presence has been discovered. A number of large armed drone’s, Raubitiere, were silently released to take protective positions in the forest around the base.
-
Okay I've let this drift a little, sorry about that, this should help get things back on track. If everyone at staying at the base give me a post about what they're doing, then I give suitable rolls about what's going on. The Base is quite small consisting of a main room with the portal, communication and research equipment. One side of the base is a store room with supplies and a small Armory with suitable small arms. The otherside is a mess room/kitchen and a small bunk room for about a dozen people. If the two flyer could decide between then how they're approachy the base as well, for suitable rolls. Then you all get a chance to finally fight Nazi's . (Also sorry for my Gratuitous use of German, hopefully it isn't to bad)

Sorry it's a bit of an info dump, but I thought it was about time I get this thread going. As we're a person short I'm afraid that Rene will have to delay his heart attack for now . If you could both give me reaction posts and initiatives.
-
Rene was surrounded by a glow, an aura of light that seemed to infuse him. Everyone in the room, to Rene eye, were also surrounded by this aura. Except Beatrice it seemed her fate was had been decided. “I’ve provided you all with protection against her control, I’ve also leant you a tiny bit of life force, enough to hopefully halt her plans.†She gave a smile “I’ve got to go, I wish you luck and if you mean the current bearer of the host be kind, and remember me.†Time seemed to shift and thing returned to some kind of normal. “…nne.†There wasn’t any perceivable change in the room, no flashes of light, strange sound or the smell of tin. But it was obvious to all that the woman who stood up was no longer Beatrice. “Hello Rene, it’s been a while.†Her voice had a strange reverb effect as if two voices were talking at once.
