The General gave a little sigh. <“The Lenape are of this land, they use to occupy this land before the Empire came. Whilst there is now an uneasy peace between the two nations, but it is a fragile peace. They aren’t as advanced as us, but they have strength of numbers. We have plentiful resources but not enough to contain an aggressive nation and Rome’s attention is towards threats to the East. If I ask for assistance or try to broker permission from the Lenape I tip off these Nazi that we know of their presence. They are not an opponent to be taken lightly.â€> All the bluster now seemed to have evaporated and the tired and worried woman underneath was revealed. <“For all the power I have at my disposal I can do nothing without harming the citizens under my care. All I can do now is ask for your help.â€>

Whatever they had done to the Doctor obviously made him a target to the two if she they could make it out of this place she hopefully would be able to work out how it was all done. As she watched the two Vampire, working out her next possible attack, she moved around so she could block any attack on Wessex. Then when the opportunity arose she lashed out an arm in the direction of the vampire currently attacking her, unless she concentrated she difficulty telling the two apart. “Sorry the bar is closed right now, if you’d like to make your way outside.“
-
Spend a HP to get Interpose ready for there attack on Wessex. Then an unarmed attack on the Vampire who attacked me 1d20+12=21, not sure if it hits but if it does that would be the normal DC 27 Toughness save.

It was probably the best strike she had ever managed to do in all her years, and he had brushed it aside as if it was nothing. That was right up to the point until the point he paid his complement to her Taid. What did she expect he was a master swordsman. Trying not to seem too buoyant she kept her face and tone neutral, instead lowering her sword and giving a little bow. “I’ll be sure to past on the compliment, he doesn’t travel much but I’m sure he’d make an exception in this case.†She then stood there waiting for what he had planned next for the group.

Before the feast Blodeuwedd had pointed out that she should show a little patience, and pointed out that her time would flow differently and the other should show a little patience. She may have also made a comment about Agents today having no patience, even though she was youngest of them by about 5 years. At the feast she sat they politely made light conversation, but of cause touched none of the food. “You are a generous and gracious host, you’ve put one quiet a banquet for such humble guests. It is such a shame that we are required to fast on this day.†Both of them knew it was a lie, but by being polite and honest it hopefully softened the possible faux pas. If the Queen did find it in herself to be insulted they could be in serious trouble indeed.
-
If Blodeuwedd had one weakness if was her insatiable curiosity. Present her with a mystery and she couldn’t help but feel the need to try and find the answers. So far she had kept it in check, and in current line of work it was quite an asset. And this young man was a quite a mystery. The easiest and best was to follow him back to Claremonts and watch how he dealt with people. Though mainly she just want to help the poor boy out, much like had been done with her when she had first arrived. “If it’s not to much trouble I’d like to travel back with you.â€
-
Whilst the rest of the group where away tracking down food Blodeuwedd was quietly putting together her tent, before moving on to the others. She had learned over many years about using the quiet moments to use them to centre herself and go over things that were gone on in her life. She was happy that Tona and Sam had got it together, though they had clashed past they would be good for each other. She wondered if she should ask Tona how serious it was, and whether she should talk about a room swap. Her main concern was what was going on with her and Subito. It was obvious that the two of them had some kind of attraction for each other, but neither of them seemed able to take the final step. Maybe she should ask him home for Christmas?
-
In most normal circumstances Blodeuwedd would take her time and investigate the incident and the people before striking back at the people involved. But she could see that Tona needed to do something, anything, to regain her balance. Beside this was more like her idea of a fun night out. “Sam could you please go help Tona with the window?†she was already moving a rubbish bin to block the door “Mali you know this city better than any of us here, any idea of where the idiots would have gone for their stuff?†She was comfortable being lead and taking orders, but she also knew how to take command when necessary.

Gallia Falling, part 1 - The Death of Kings (IC)
Tiffany Korta replied to Tiffany Korta's topic in Europe
“Well Mouron is called in English for Pimpernel. I work with him to make sure the innocent don’t suffer the fate of Madame Guillotine. I have no desire to stop this glorious revolution, only blunt its worst excesses.†She gave a friendly smile to Rene “I always knew you suspected me, you an intelligent man after all.†She then gave a sigh “Normally envoys like Gallia would be reabsorbed and transformed by events like this, it isn’t the first time a country had changed it ideals. But in their fear sorcerers from yhr Revolutionary Council, or people in there service, have cut her links and set Gallia free and adrift. If she is cast out of the Countess she will only find another host, maybe the Princess down the hall from us…†-
Right all the Avian are Minions and use the Soldier archtype. There combined Initiative is 1d20+1=17. And Blod's initiative is 1d20+5=7. So we have 21 El Heraldo, unharmed, 5 hp 17 Avians (minions), unharmed 9 Lord steam, unharmed, 3 hp 7 Blodeuwedd, unharmed, 3 hp (oh everyone got a HP for Madame Vapeur's escape) How many round we have to go depend on what everyone does, but for each round it takes the group will have to fend off an Avian attack. EH goes first.
-
Of all the people they had to bump into it had to be the other group. Madam Malaise’s bunch if you would. “So do I Subito, so do I.†she managed a weak smile. She adopted a posture that suggested that she meant them no harm, which was true as she really didn’t really want to start a fight. Then she gave them one of her winning smile, when she was famous she had some media training and knew how to deal with people. “Hello there we’re he to try and broker a peace between all the parties. To use a cliché take me to your leader…â€
-
Right that should bring me everything up to date. I'm using Dazzle on, hopefully, the two guards. As it has selective Asad will be okay.
-
With a burst of photons Agnus flashed into the sky, only to find that those on the roof had already been dealt with. It looked like today was going to be one of those days when she was always behind. Seeing the open entrance she figured that must have been the direction that Asad had gone, and the plan was to back him up, so she dived down towards the door. She couldn’t help but do a little roll as she came out of the dive. As she reached Asad it seems that she’d sprung some kind of trap as doors came crashing down, and out of the corner of her eyes she saw several OVERTHROWN troopers waiting in ambush. “Well that just perfect! This is my day in a nutshell.†She looked towards Asad and gave a friendly smile “Hey there, I suggest you close your eye like right now.†With a rapid build-up of her aura she released a blinding flash of light which filled the tiny space with blinding white light.

For easy we're keeping the Initiatives from the last go around. 24 Starlight, 4HP, unharmed 22 Synth, 1HP, unharmed 12 Grue, unharmed We have 5 Grue troopers, plus the ships pilot. I'm using the Grue Drones from Freedom City and they are all Minions. Let's start with Starlight.
-
After the sound of the subtle sound of the bump of the hulls of the two ships there was silence in the ships. It was rapidly broken by the sound of a cutting device from the other side of the Airlock. Within seconds the whole airlock door clattered to the deck with a resounding clang. Again there was silence, before after a few seconds a lone Grue appeared at the airlock, blaster in hand. Being one Grue the rest of the squad would know what they faced, even if it meant sacrificing this lone Grue. There was probably another four or so Grue safely hidden awaiting their first move.

“How can you read that at the breakfast table?†her mum was always the more serious of the two “Say’s here that playboy superhero, what his name Asad is talking of bringing his team over to the Uk on a goodwill mission. If half of what the tabloids say about of him is true I don’t trust him to set foot on British soil.†Wait no he wasn’t quite like that was he? Agnus had the feeling that she actual knew him quite well, very well indeed. She felt herself blush. “Are you okay pumpkin? You seem a little flushed?†“What no I’m find Dad, just remembering someone.†“Well he must have been good the colour you’ve gone.†Her mum might be more serious but she still had a wicked sense of humour. To distract everyone she turned up the telly that was playing silently in the corner. Something about it had caught her eye anyhow. “…only a few years ago Carmen Yeh was a winner on a talent show now she’s back with a new album called Compassion she’s her in the studio…†Wait no Carmen had come second, she had won that contest and had a pop career. The pieces of the puzzle were beginning to come together…

Pulling on a dressing gown over her oversized Back to the Future T-Shirt she thumped down the stairs her head still full of fluff. Had she been drinking again last night? The radio on the Kitchen was on blaring out Voodoo Childs “Here come the Drumsâ€. Her dad was reading some old paperback book whilst her mum was reading today’s paper. “What you reading Dad?†she gave him a kiss on the cheeks. “Oh some old franchise Sci-Fi novel I picked up cheap. Seems the hero’s been killed in his pass, causing a paradox that some shadowy cult…†“Dad spoilers!†She didn’t know how he managed to be some geeky and some cool at the same time. She went to pick up a mug of coffee and seemed surprised that it was so hot. Shouldn’t it be, it was though she wouldn’t normally bothered by the heat?
-
“Well Wales is small country…†she waved her finger around in a little circle “…and to be honest most of the wise one were able to listen to reason…†she pointed to her ear “…Most of the clan were quite willing to speak to us about potential trouble makers.†Finally she pointed to her mouth. She hoped he was cleaver enough to figure out she couldn’t say exactly what was going on, as the Queen was most likely spying on them as they spoke. “You remember the trouble with had with Madame Vapeur? How she managed to escape us the first time? Well the situation is just like that for us.†She gave one of her rare smiles “I’m afraid you’re just going to have to show some patience.â€

London, England, United Kingdom, Earth 7:30 GMT, 23rd November 2012, a Thursday “Bad Wolf!†There were many bad ways to be woken up in the morning, but being slobbered on by dog must be one of the worst. Agnus pushed herself up and gently guided Wolf, her parent’s dog, off of the bed. Whilst she did that she tried to work out exactly where she was, well she knew she must be at her parents’ house, but how exactly had she ended up here? Getting out of bed the first unusually thing was that the room seemed much bigger than the last time she had visited, either she had shrunk or the room had grown. “Agnus breakfast.†Oh well the first think was to get coffee, she could try and work out what had happened later.
-
“I’m just saying that if you do need to talk there is someone who sort of understands what you're going through. Oh and you can read the book if you want, but it wouldn't hurt to buy a copy I think the author deserves the money. I know I’m planning to pick up a copy.†She sipped at her coffee carefully watching his reactions, trying to work out her next move. Finally she decided to just go for it, what was there to lose? “So what now? Where do we go from here? What do you need right now a girlfriends or just a friend?â€
-
She took her coffee extra strong and black and still it tasted like slightly flavored water, it was one of the downsides of her resurrection. But at least she could appreciate the company she was with. As a former lawyer she had a talent for reading people and he was radiating nerves. “Oh don’t worry I’ve got enough small talk for both of us, and if not well sometimes it’s nice to spend time in someone else’s company, no conversation is necessary.†She gave a reassuring smile “But why don’t we start with the basics, where’s home?â€
-
“We made the offer so we get to choose the location, either back home or that of our allies. So you can eat all you want.†She gave a guilty little smile “The Fae may have all there rules, and with it are a little fickle, but they won’t hurt you in any way. Unlike other Fae the Tylwyth Teg have no Unseelie, that all thanks to all our hard work.†There was a note of pride in her voice. “Normally they’d try to trick humans to stick around for a while, but I suspect the Queen’s enjoying playing with us to much to try that, but keep your wits about you.â€
