  1. GM Post Below the three figures were having a heated argument in whispers about the now blaring alarms. All were dressed in black and there face covered making it difficult, but not impossible to tell who was who. “Why did you get us out of there?” hissed the larger of the three at the shortest of them “Can’t you hear the bloody alarm?” retorted the apparently female “Who’d have thought motion alarms, seeing as I’m all motion.” the skinnier one added with no sound of irony. There was a minute of awkward silence before the female one added. “Look the cops aren’t here yet and no supers have shown up we should split whilst we had the chance.” “No!” said the larger one with a touch of anger “this is our chance to make it big, take us back inside now!”
  2. Scarab III Kamala wasn’t expecting all this to kick off, but quickly she began to try and figure out what was going on. The dregree of concern, above and beyond a professional conersn, but right now wasn’t the time to pull on those threads. She was also intensely aware that she was outclassed by all the talent and knowledge she was surrounded by, not that it would stop her helping the best she could. She quickly took off after Dragonfly matching her speed to stay just behind the more experience hero. “I’ll help however I can, I don’t have the medical knowledge but my technical abilities should be enough to assist the rest of you.”
  3. Sense Motive 1d20+10 [24]
  4. Ms Bright Sensing a potential win Agnes surged forwards to smack down the Priest in front of her, a mistake that she quickly regretted as he threw up a burst of blinding light in front of her. With grim humour she appreciated the irony that she was bought low by her own abilities. She thought her aim was true but it was quickly obvious that she’d missed, still she was aware of it now and it was only a matter of time. “This still doesn’t have to end badly, if you give up you’ll be treated fairly.”
  5. Scarab III Kamala watched and listened to everything said, generally agreeing with what was being said, but Terrifica was spiralling down into over engineering the whole thing. Whilst it all sounded nice it was incredible ambitious for something just starting out (again). “Whilst that all sounds very nice and impressive, we should probably start small until we get things settled in. Besides for now its just those of us in the room to start, we don’t have the staff to man what you’re talking about.” Talking about this made her realise something that might be important, important enough to bring up now rather than later. “What are the plan for funding all this? Just one benefactor might sound a little off, considering some of what happened last time.”
  6. Scarab III It was amazing to see and hear about all this history, she’d read up on all this when she decided to become a hero but it was just as interesting to hear it from the source. Proved a few ideas she’d had by reading between the lines as well. “I do have a few ideas I’d like others to look over its true. Are they any conditions we’re thinking off? If for instance people want to keep there identities secret or stay out of the spotlight?”
  7. Scarab III Kamala was a little awe struck with having been invited along with some of the brightest minds in the technologically minded superhero community, but that wouldn’t stop her from speaking her mind about the topic breached. “I think some of you should spend less time in the laboratory and more time in the field. After all it’s the people out there that are why we do this.” Her poor PR people would have a heart attack right now, but apparently the nerves just made her more honest than usual.
  8. Madame Raven Callie stood and watched Centurion fly through the air, the thought that she could be back in her time or at least one of them she had started to think of the 21st century as much her home as the late 80s. “It must be before 1994, maybe even a decade before that considering what happened then.” she had to admit she’d cried when she’d found out what happened, if she understood as much as they wanted they couldn’t warn him not that he’d listen considering. “We need somewhere we can work out what happened without effecting the timeline…” as much as she wanted to see if her mom was still around she needed to stay focused on what had happened “How about we find the tallest building in the city? That should give us a good overview of the city.”
  9. Move action(s) to get up and get a handy dandy air duct open.
  10. Emerald Spider Quickly scanning the walls near the closet she spotted what she’d expected to find. Working as an Air Conditioning Engineer might not be glamorous but it meant she knew where to find all the ducting that linked all the floors together, without anyone knowing they were there until needed. Leaping up she stuck herself, at what for many might seem an odd angle, next to the vent. She had the right tools so it wouldn’t take much effort to open the cover and climb inside the vents. “Think you can fit yourself in here?” she whispered down to Justice “The vent here are vastly over engineered and take our weights easily, I did a little research just in case it became useful at some point.” she wondered if Justice would find it strange that she knew this kind of information. Supers tended to know lots of weird obscure information she had noticed over the years.
  11. GM Post They weaved through the streets going from the more civilian areas to one of the many industrial area, Every now and again a few blocks would get turned into warehouses to use the cheap labour of the area, which generally went badly for many reasons. Helpfully for some though was lots of abandoned properties with plenty of space as needed. The area they were heading to was a small warehouse whose surrounded building created an area where people could gather without being seen. Which would be perfect for a gathering of some kind...
  12. Merge Trois Merge was quiet for a few moments, obviously thinking about the question before answering. “Like Breathing! Or blinking it just something that I just do without thinking about it. And don’t ask me to describe how it feels, its hard to describe without any frame of reference. Illegal drugs might be involved to understand things fully.” with her tone it was hard to tell if she was being completely serious in her description. As they’ve walked out of the diner her clothes had changed to something almost, but not quite, normal looking. Good enough that the pair of them walking down the streets wouldn’t look really out of the place with what women were wearing out and about.

  14. You awake on what should be a new day of a New Year to find that everything is somehow wrong. It doesn’t take you long to discover that you have been cast adrift in time, some by only a few years some by decades and even centuries. Where you’ve ended up depends on you, some to consider however are: Somewhere in your own timeline, in the past possibly before or at the point of gaining your power, or even a potential future you. Meet a legacy version of your superhero identity, maybe one from the past or even from the future. One of the vital events of the history of superheroes. One of many events from the site, though obviously ask if you want to involve other players characters. Miss an earlier vignette? Nows your chance to take part! As time is unstuck you can change history as you wish, though as is the norm you can choose to have something have changed when things return to normal. Remember to be respectful if your dealing with real world effects, and to keep things to the normal PC-13. Your time travel shenanigans should be posted no later than the 28th Februrary 2021. (As a reminder, vignettes follow the same general rules as posts in terms of content, player character limits, and so on. You may have only one vignette per player character. Each vignette should be at least one page (~500 words) in length; if posted in your thread counts at the end of the month, it is worth 1pp for the associated character. An especially long vignette, 1000 words or more, may be worth up to 2pp. Multiple players can collaborate on a single vignette - we recommend Google Docs for this, it's very useful - but the vignette should be about one page per participating player.)

  16. When you submit an edit request, please do not just submit a new code-blocked sheet for us to copy & paste. You must tell us specifically what you're adding/editing. For only the odd one or two minor edits a sheet isn't required, otherwise you should include one to make our job easier. So not to clutter things up too much if you do include the sheet please stick it within spoiler tags. When submitting edits for multiple characters, please make one post per character - it helps with the bookkeeping and make sure that an issue with one character edit doesn't affect anothers, also please try to limit the number of characters you post. Whilst we endeavor to do these as quickly as possible we're only human, so don't be afraid to contact us if we've not gotten to your edit's in a while.
  17. Emerald Spiders Initiative: 1d20+7=24
  18. Emerald Spider Emerald Spider looked over at her duplicate, thinking how weird it was to see herself like that. But weird was her business now, went with being a super hero really. “At least it should be marginally better than myself then! If we need to start a Tussauds EC we know who to call!” she looked again before turning away, not able to resist a final comment “And I’d thought I was taller, why didn’t no one tell me?” Another pause before saying, as confidently as she could manage. “Well then lets do this thing shall we?”
  19. Madame Raven Callie wasn’t particularity bothered by the darkness, she’d spend enough time in the darkness to be comfortable. Plus she had her red light torch to so she wouldn’t stumble on anything. Now the expected light that was a different story, and she took a few moments to recover from the sudden blinding. She tensed a little for any possible attack, but quickly relaxed when nothing came at them. “We’re all in this together…” she looked around to quickly get a feel of the place “.. wherever this place may be. Luckily this isn’t the first time something like this happened to me!”

  21. Emerald Spider For a few seconds Peri watched Justice takes to the skies, she guessed that was the end of there planning stage. Team ups were always so much more frustrating than solo work, but everything considered she knew she couldn’t handle all this along. Still she could at least enjoy a moment of being irked before getting on with getting the job done. She raised her hand to prepare to release a cord of quantum web, before she fired off the line she looked over at her other team mates. “Lets move out then! Anyone needs a lift?”
  22. Doctor Rosa Thorne Rosa wasn’t the greatest driver of the two but she was fascinated enough by the lycrathrope she kept control to learn what she could about the beast, besides with the sudden appearance of the werewolf another person appearing in the drivers seat may not go down well. She’d pick up enough however to release what they were going to do next, that and Liam screaming in her mind. “I suggest people buckle up things are probably going to get a little uncomfortable.” With that she threw the wheel to avoid a potentially collision, the old car complaining loudly that it really wasn’t build for this kind of manoeuvrer.
  23. GM Post There was five guys plus a leader all dressed in tactically aromor with there faces covered. They were holding rifles and looked very much like they knew what they were doing. Normally not a problem for The Raven, but the whole setup added complications. “Your our now hostages, as soon as the FCPD arrive e’ll let them and you know our demands.” he had a slight unidentifiable accent “But just so you know we mean business.” He drew his pistol and picked one of the other businessmen, ironically the arms dealer. Calmly walking over to the man he put a single round through his knee, not a fatal round but it would be deliberation for some time. Over the man’s howls of pain h turned to the others with a grim smile “Hopefully none of you will give us any trouble.”
  24. The Scarab III Now sat on the desk with the guts of several PSU’s Kamala gave a little sight and gestured with the screwdriver towards a large storage cupboard. “Fine before trouble starts hide in there, I suggest you stay low in case there are any stray shots. Or you can go a join the other hostages, hopefully they don’t have any real malicious intentions towards then.” She would after all be try to release the hostages as soon as she could, even if at least one of the was a scum bag, it was the heroic thing to do and she was most definitely the hero. But more people meant more variable to take care of and she was smart but there was limits after all.
  25. I'm still getting back into posting, but if you'll put up with me I'll happily join in.
