The Traveller After her time out of the frontier Sitara felt the need for some normality, and she had to spend some time working for the Praetorian. She was after all officially serving so she should help out, so when news came down about a potential VIP arriving on the station, she sauntered on down to greet the newcomer. Starloks arrival really didn’t fill her with confidence, she’d dealt with a wide range of people who acted much like herself or worse over the centuries. “I’m Sitara, welcome to the station! I’m afraid we weren’t informed of your arrival, just who would you be?”

Miss Grue Bluffin' the Grue: 34 -
So I'm going through my if I want to play my character I better just run something phases, so I'd like to do something with Betsy. So I thought I'd do something properly Southern GOthic and have Betsy, and one or two other, face off with some vampires, maybe the big cheese himself.... Anyone interesting in join in with her little excursion?

Miss Grue If the Grue had god and spirits of there own Mother Unit had lost the information from there firey birth, but Daphne had a good idea about those of the Deep Ones from the various (sometime ominous) things Aquaria sometime made. Unlike the other gods that seem bound by some sort of pact to stay away the Deep Ones gods seemed more… tangible. It was a risk but maybe she could use that to her advantage? “I’m going to try something, not sure if it’ll work but it should at least distract them for a bit.” she whispered to Wraith “And we should hurry I think things are getting hairy outside.” Keeping her Deep One form, adding just a few more tentacles for effect she grew as she stepped into the room looming as much as the space would allow her. Now all she had to do was wait to see how the guards would react. -
Right time to use some of Trakosia's toys! She'll use her superbreath on Kronk to knock him on his butt.

The Traveller “Let’s make this very clear this is all my own deal, I’m here as a private citizen and not a Praetorian. As such I’ll cover anyone fee and expense's, very generously I might add, I have interest on this rock but for now you’ll have to trust me. And these are raiders, so we’ll do what needs to be done to stop there threats.” Touching a panel on her wrist guard and hologram appeared on the table’s unit, it showed an impressive mountain from which a series of what must be ancient walls jutted out to form an enclosure. The walls looked like they could handle anything up to orbital assault and whilst there were no doors it would be difficult to assault directly. In the rough middle of the enclosure there was a ship parked with a series of small shelters set up around it, it was difficult to make out numbers but there was apparently quite a few of them “The raiders have secured this area and set up some defenses around the entrance, so a direct assault would be near suicide. There have numbers but few enough we might be able to sneak in another way, though the wall will offer some difficulty.” Sitara gave everyone a moment to consider the task that was before them, this was when she found out then everyone was in or out of this gargantuan task before them.

CLAREMONT ACADEMY, FREEDOM CITY, NEW JERSEY, VINLAND, MIDGARD* FREYA’S DAY, MONTH OF THORRI Bobbi day had been fairly normal when she got up, but now she was walking down the drive of a prep school that probably cost more than her town made in a year to meet the daughter of a god. At least she hadn’t had to fly here, and a flying horse was just par for the course in a city like Freedom, and she could stop for a coffee without, many, eyes brows being raised. But just in case she came to Claremont in a taxi as Bobbi. It had been many centuries since Sanngriðr had met any other Asgardians so Bobbi wondered what this young woman would be like, and how pleased to see her as the whole idea that she would be taking her for a visit had been covered with the regular Asgardian bombast. *Earth

VALKYRJA “WELL MET DVERGAR I AM SANNGRIOR VALKYRIE OF ASGARD.” If she felt any confusion over her misunderstanding she felt no need to dwell on it, instead focusing on what she could understand at this moment of time. She also didn’t show concern over the difference in time, she with Frárvængr’s help had travelled to many dimension. She wondered how her companion would deal with the passage of time however, mortals were always more sensitive to the passage of time than Asgardians. “IF YOU WOULD BE SO KIND TO GUIDE ME TO ME FRIEND THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED DVERGAR.”
-
Triakosia “It’s a little more complicated than that stranger.” she didn’t need to shout though her voice carried well enough Triakosia floated down from the sky, cape flowing out behind her as she dropped down to a few meters above the newcomer, giving a little smile and nod to the two heroes she’d met before. “We fought off the forces of Omega a few years ago, this is just a remnant of the fight that we’ve not been able to destroy. Let’s stop with the fighting and talk this out, or we’ll have to stop you from causing further trouble.”

Out of interest महाज or mahAja is Sankrit for Large (He) Goat or High Born/Noble which I think is suitably appropriate!

The Traveller In her travels in the Khanate she’d come across the sad tale of the Fryxus and how desperate their situation was, this boisterous warrior could be one of the last of his kind and that was always sad. She’d seen enough of over the centuries and it never became any better, all she could do was remember the lost and try to make sure it happened less often. Whilst he was making his speech Sitara leaned in a whispered into the ear of the androgynous Dotrae barkeep, reminding her just what Sitara had done on arrival. Quickly the alien agreed with her suggestion. “Drinks for our brave protectors, on the house of cause!” looking at Sitara they added “And a meal after such long journeys.” With a smile Sitara picked up the jewels and offered them back to Kanemu. “Come on mahAja I have a booth in the corner, the rest of you as well, once we have something to eat and drink I fill you in on what I know.”

Triakosia Dancia floated above the literal scar that was Kingston, a memory that cut to her core. It represented something that she failed to stop, though she helped save the world, the very thing that destroyed her own world. When she could she spent her time doing what she could to help often, floating above the place listening for potential problems and looking after the few that choose to stay in this part of the city. Being able to pick up and more importantly filter sounds from orbit it wasn’t difficult to pick up the sounds of battle that had suddenly broken out in Kingston, and quickly she flew towards the sounds of the struggle ready to help out as needed.

The Traveller “I guess that where I come in!” Sitara had been on the planet for a little while now, uncovering some of its more hidden secrets. One of the reasons she’d put the call out for whatever help she could get. To fit in a little better, she’d put on the flowing robes that the locals tended to prefer for when the wind blew up a storm, that helpfully also hid her blasters which were useful for when trouble happened. As she spoke, she pulled down the cloth covering her mouth, revealing her features underneath with a smile. “Ser’s, Bliss, it’s good to see you both again. For everyone else, I’m Sitara Shanshikala, pleased to meet you, and I’m a member of the Praetorians, though I’m not here in an official capacity. Which is why I put out the call that you all followed here, no one officially cares enough about this little planet to help its people. Which is why we are going to have to be the ones that care!” She gave a little shrug before continuing. “But fancy speeches always make me thirsty, let’s hit the Cantina and I’ll lay out what I know about these raiders.”

Miss Grue Daphne must have been getting rusty she’d never considered the currents and flows of the water would affect her concealment, she was after all not really one that lived in such a medium. Thinking quickly she shifted as she dropped her concealment becoming a version of herself with her features suitably altered to be a Deep One. <” I’m sorry for the deception but Lady Aquaria thought it wise fo us to act in haste.”> as she spoke Deep One she provided an instant translation for Wraith <” Alas we must act with some haste, if you wish to assist us in this task we’d be grateful. I have been away from the glorious sea for far to long.”> -
White Lioness “Please call me Àjàṣorò I’m here to work alongside you after all.” Despite feeling tired, it was still around 1am back at Claremont, she managed a friendly smile. A few days ago the Kenyan government had contacted Dakana to ask for there aid, apparently, poacher had been kidnapping animals by driving them across the border into her country. Why she wasn’t quite sure yet apart from the obvious that the Rangers here couldn’t or more likely wouldn't risk crossing the border. Things might be getting more open between Dakana and the rest of the world, but they weren’t quite at that level yet. “I hope you don’t mind but I asked some friends of mine to come and help us out, they have some unique experience in these matters.”

Ranger Station 5 Tsavo National Park, Kenya 27th January 2020, 9am EAT It was rainy and overcast over the Savannah but it was still going to be a hot, humid day. As the animals and tourists began there days. Most of the Ranger Stations, that were being used, were still opening up but not Station Five which was active even this early in the day. Which was weird because it wasn’t usually used for the reason that trouble very rarely came from the border it was close to, probably one of the safest borders in the entire region. This was the reason that Chief Ranger was nervous because someone very import from that very country had arrived, to help them with there problem. “I’ve never met a real princess before!”

I will happily give a small bonus for the Squire, and as Sitara spent a months in the Khanate I'm going to give myself the DC 20. Knowledge (Galactic Lore): 1d20+15 21

If you need someone to make up the numbers I'll throw in someone, Triakosia is probably the most suitable but whoever works best for you.

Merge Trois Merge listened to the plots and plan being made as she though about herself, well not Merge but Nicki who might be the smartest person in the room right now. Besides even Merge knew a frontal assault was a pretty risky, best to be a little on the sneaky side. “If I could suggest something?” she didn’t pause to check anyway just ploughing on “Why don’t some of use more squishy ones get dropped off some distance and try and sneak out way in. Y’know whilst the tough ones create a distraction out front.”

Miss Grue Watching the Deep One interacts made her think of one those show about primitive humans, normally with a title about the culture they were from. Though at least she could more or less understand, and appreciate the drama of the whole thing. Though as interesting it would be to watch it all play out like the ultimate interactive play they had people to help rescue right now. “So how do you want to play this? Should be do a stealth mission or try and shapeshift and bluff out way in?” She knew Wraith had more experience than her in these kind of circumstances, maybe she should have gone to superhero school rather than current studies in film and media.
