Merge Trois The explosion had done it job reducing the Merge’s to one, and she was slightly shaken at that, but it didn’t stop her from causing trouble. After all trouble was what she the best. Quickly she recovered and with a mere concentration flooded the area with more of here punching kicking and generally being a pain to the baddies in her area. Along with that was a cacophony of insults and teases to those that she was attacking, something else that she was very good at. It might not be more than an irritant to some of them, but it would at least help the other heroes.

White Lioness Àjàṣorò went around and gave everyone that wanted a big friendly hug and a smile, she might have been a little distracted but she was still a gregarious and friendly person. “I hope they’ll come for more than the cakes, as excellent as I’m sure they are! Maybe we should use some to raise some money to donate to a cause? Some keep talking about that show about the bakers, I assume such things are popular?” Cakes she was pretty sure about, attitudes on LGBT+ here she was less sure about. Whilst a few clan had some weird ideas her homeland was fairly open to such things, though like most place there was room to improve. So she wasn’t quite sure what to say in support, she was here to learn as much as anyone here.

Emerald Spider Whilst it wasn’t always a good idea to only focus on one enemy, but it was pretty obvious that the other heroes had everything well in hand. And as much as taking down a dinosaur would be cool she though it best to focus on this Metamind fellow. She manoeuvred around to get a good shot, maybe she was a little to focused on everything else as the shots of tangled quantum she sent towards him wasn’t her best shot by any means. “Guess this isn’t my best day so far, if you want to stick around I’m sure it’ll get better.” If he was focused on her then it gave the other times to take down the other, including alas the dinosaur.

Doctor Rosa Thorne Rosa leant at the edge of the skylight and looked down into the warehouse, watching the vampire and whatever Judex was show off there abilities. She had to admit that they did show some impressive abilities, though she’d never admit as much beyond academic interest. Even whilst she was thinking this the fight was already over. With the problem over she didn’t have to worry much about how she was going to get down. “I’ll just go find a way down that doesn’t cause me any broken bones, I’m sure you’ll be fine without me for a few minutes.” She then looked around to a stairway or fire escape down to the ground, or at least a little closer than right now.

White Lioness Àjàṣorò enjoyed much of American culture but some of there social idea confused her no end, it had been something she’d want to investigate but last years was a blur of responsibility. Luckily things right now was a little more balanced so she’d found time to attend a few club and socialise a little bit more. ”Thank you for the welcome, I hope I’m not too early.” Though she wasn’t hiding her identity as much she still kept the American accent. This should be fascinating, and hopefully not as drama filled as Claremont tended to be.

The Immutable Betsy Brooks Betsy sat with her feet on the table, boots off to let her poor feet breath a little, sipping on a strong black coffee. She was listening to the other explain there powers and reasons to be official or not, it was rare that she was in a group like this so she was enjoying the moment. And the coffee, this place provided some f*** good coffee. “Due to my ancestry, and it not just good breeding and that as far as I go, I can detect supernatural and are generally immune to there influence. As you know this town is rife with such creatures so I act as a neutral third party. If I join this group of super friends it may effect my standing with the supernatural community, being seen to be working for the Man and all.” She sipped the coffee and thought about it for a moment before adding. “Seems to me sweeties that the best solutions to play both side here, our fantastical three over here play the official team and get all the help that Vibora’s finest can offer. Whilst the rest of us are a reserves that can pop in as needed but stay independent.”

VALKYRJA Frárvængr effortlessly kept pace with the car gliding part of the way so not to overtake the vehicle and become to obvious. She gently grumbled at having to do such things, but Valkyrja knew that she was enjoying a chance to stretch her wings. “TIS STRANGE THAT SUCH AN ITEM WOULD BE IN SUCH A PLACE IF IT AS VALUABLE AS RAYA SUGGESTS! WE MUST SHOW SOME CAUTION HERE!” She turned Frárvængr and bought her down in a nearby garden so she could keep an eye on the situation without being viewed, assuming that there opponent was trying to fool them in some way. Luckily Valkyra would be ready for whatever was thrown at them.

Merge Trois The rather bitchy response to Strix was lost as Merge watched the transformation with a raised eyebrow, she’d seen some weirdness back home but this place took the biscuit. When she quickly realized that there had been people she felt a pang of sadness, though she managed to keep it to just her eyes. Especially when the last one was a (as far as knew) an innocent child. She could also be pragmatic when needs be, so she quickly considered there options and formed a possible plan. “So we play crack baby and his mommy to get close to on of them? See if we can get close to them or if not just grab ourself one and we you put the whammy on them!” -
Nicki Dee It wasn’t often that Nicki was without words, she’d lived by controlling as much as she could in her environment. But apparently this city didn't want her to do that, and Merge for once had made a mistake, finding a potential clue as it happened but that was unusual. She considered trying to bluff there way through this, maybe a simple rat knocking over boxes or something. But time was short to follow this lead and she might need help if this was more complicated. “Okay I guess time to come clean, the woman over there is with me we’re looking into what happened to the Padre.” the two spoke in almost unison as if they were somehow the same person.

Merge Trois Sneaking around the pantry Merge looked fo a good position to make sure neither were caught, having eye outside made it easy to know what was going on and not rely on peaking outside. However then one of her platforms made a hollower and rather loud clunk as she stood on it. “I think there something down here! Maybe stairs downwards?” she looked at her companion before she realized what she’d done. Even with a perfect shared mind like Merge you could still do things without thinking, it was just that she had more brains to realized what they’d done. “Okay I guess time to come clean, the woman out there is with me we’re looking into what happened to the Padre.”

GM Post Valeria had been keeping track of the whole situation, she took in a little breath to calm her nerves after all she was barely older than most of the students here. “Please everyone settle down. My name is Valeria and I’m here to keep an eye and help out where I can, I promise you that I have some technical knowledge. Mostly I’m here to make sure you don't cause to much trouble, we don’t want anyone making a death ray on the first day after all!” she laughed at her own little joke. “What you do is up to you, the facilities here are at your disposal. Within limits obviously. I suggest you split into groups a discuss between yourselves to decide what you want to do.”

The Immutable Betsy Brooks Betsy woke with a start and gently peeled herself off of the table, a late stressful night hadn’t helped nor the bottle she’d finished off whilst working. Maybe it was her supernatural condition but her fuzzy sleep addled brain quickly woke up, and realised that she should been somewhere very, very soon. Rushing around her office she freshened up as quickly as she could throwing on clean clothes, this had happened often enough that she kept a couple of spare sets just in case. Finally she threw on her jacket, the one she normally wore when she was about to f*** stuff up. Then she was out of the door swearing softly at how late she was going to be. Finally arriving she slipped into the back taking a pose like she’d just been here all along, leaning in to whisper into the ear of the closest of this little team. “Did I miss anything exciting?” -
Claremont’s Tech Laboratories, After Classes New intern, and former student, Valeria Velásquez looked around on of the very tech labs that she studied in only a few years ago. Considering some of the stuff she got up to she was pretty surprised that Summers had given her chance to become a teacher here. With a deep breath she open the door to allowed any of the students who wanted to do after school studies, wondering if anyone would actually show up. Not looking just in case she called to anyone outside. “Everybody come in and find yourself a seat.”

Miss Grue Miss Grue faded back into reality after made sure that the man couldn’t do any harm to himself until they’d sorted it all out. She was a little disappointed that she’d missed the whole thing with the Tiger God, but she’d caught enough through the telepathic link. “If we want I can summon Baby to drop the man off home, mke him think it’s one of those abduction thingies.” She paused and looked at the other potential Leaguers, a little unsure if things had sorted themselves out. “That’s if we have something else to do? Did we pass of is there more we need to sort out?”

Doctor Rosa Thorne “Deductive reasoning, very good nice to see that you’ve already developed some useful skills. This school might have something going for it after all! Would explain why it seems to have such strong memories.” If she felt any guilt over what Abby had figured out she didn’t show it carrying on her explanations. “If such a thing would happen then obviously a geas would stop me from mentioning there name or mention that I was to lead you to a final dimension.” She help up the bracelet she’d been wearing the whole time. “I have to make the journey now anyway, though I never planned on taking you to the final destination.”

Ms Bright Agnes got right into her face her eyes blazing with an angry light, she was beyond being nice to the idiot. “If you were a real hero then you’d care about everyone regardless of they status in the world. And those at the bottom need the most.” She blazed with light all around her now as bright as it ever got, sizzling with power. “If no one else will then I’ll defend them, and if that involves beating your arse to stop more people going missing then I’ll be more than happy to do so.” She smiled at the thought, it was going to be fun to try.

Emerald Spider “Maybe I should do something like that someday, a spider tracker or some such! But no I’ve not got anything like that one me.” there was a cheer in her voice, this was the kind of thing she enjoyed “We’ll just have to use our intelligence to work this out, and I don’t know about you but I’m pretty smart.” As she spoke she examined the costume of this villain, looking for any clues that might give them some idea of where he’d been and what he’d been up to. There might be something about his identity, but that was the last thing they’d need to try after all she probably wouldn’t know who his was without some research.
