Zhenshchina-voin Klara had lived long enough that she understood people pretty well, even though Morgan was ancient the same tells still applied down all these years. And something was definitely off with Morgan, more so than her normal grumpiness. “Be careful something off about this,” she whispered to Dreadnaught, though they’d already knew that something weird was going on “We wanted to make sure that you were okay, and you know that in matters like this is something to be done as a tribe, and Dreadnaught here is one of your tribe.” She hoped that they shared some traditions that her own ancient culture followed even now.

The Traveller “Luckily you have one of the best Engineers in the Praetorians!” Sitara wasn’t one to have false modesty about her abilities. After all, she’d spent most of the trip so far getting the ship humming along at the most efficient she could get it “As good as the ship is I don’t suggest getting any closer to the anomaly, something like this will do any kinds of things to subspace. I mean I assume we’re going to take a look inside, rather than sit here and look at the pretty thing?”

Doctor Thorne Rosa understood why they needed to do these things, she had an expert on such things in her head after all, but it didn’t mean she was wasn’t impatient to look into the heart of this mystery. Especially when she could see the books behind Lady Horus on the monitor screen, it said something that when presented with a glowing hero her first instinct was a few books in the background. She wanted to say a few words to “encourage” things along, but she knew he’d need silence to work so she just glared at the guard

Doctor Thorne Rosa generally didn’t generally get directly involved with conflict, she had Liam or other allies to do that for her, but walking out onto the landing and seeing the fighting going on down below she couldn’t help but feel the need to help out a little. “Could we hurry this up please people? We have places to be after all!” Partially in frustration, she recalled a spell causing swirling damaging energies to rise up and form around the thugs just below. She’d not had time to call down more powerful forces but for now, it would help a little.

White Lioness Àjàṣorò had been already been preparing to attempt to reach the giant man, she’d gone to the other side of the roof and was ready for a running leap. She saw no reason to stop so she began her run, hoping that either the suit’s properties or more likely Zenith would help her. As she soared through the air she put out her claws, ready to strike the Krampus when she landed. The claws struck a solid blow and as they did she planted her feet on the shoulder of the monstrous human, the suits molecular cohesion plus her own natural balance helped her get a firm footing on the beast.

White Lioness will go all stabby, stabby Attack Roll: 1d20+14 22, if that hits it's DC 21 Toughness Save.

White Lioness's Reflex Save: 1d20+12 30, the power of ewww compel's us!

Ms Bright “Well I don’t exactly want to be shot, but I can take a hit or two if needs be!” she drew herself up to her full height, feeling that somehow she should be taller “I can also fly and teleport around if needed, but we should be fine if these bozo’s are as straight forward as they seem.” thinking about it she added “We should move quickly before whoever the buyers turn up, not that we shouldn’t deal with them as well!” Whilst she had been working by herself for a little while she was still a good team player. “When you’re ready let's go for it!”

Zhenshchina-voin Klara didn’t know Morgan as well as Dreadnaught, but she’d known her enough to suspect that something was very wrong and that if they rushed in they might make things worse. “I know some pretty ancient gods and spirits, why don’t you enlighten me?” she sounded confident and in control, but dropped down to a whisper when talking to her college “The church might be containing whatever’s trapped in this place, try not to damage anything!”

The Traveller Sitara considered all the options for a moment before finally speaking “The good news is this doesn’t look like the ships AI, in fact, I think the system might be down because of whatever happened to the ship. Unexplained power burst fit with a jump engine discharge.” She checked the information on the holo on her wrist before adding. “Besides I doubt the wall systems work down here, they expect their Engineers to know where everything is on a ship! So feel free, if trouble starts I’ll be here to help.”

GM Post Dana harrumph at the three of them cheerful approach, though she accepted the apple slices without comment. She munched the slices and looked at them all, rolling her eyes as she did so, before finally speaking. “You’re really not going to leave me alone are you?” she didn’t wait for a reply before adding “Look if I show you what's the deal, do you promise to leave it along? Cause I need you to promise not to tell anyone else!” she gave them a serious stare, as if daring them to give her an answer.

Miss Grue Daphne had set it up that any sign of an alien craft would set off an alert, it helped she had a super advanced AI to help keep and analyse the results. So she wasn’t far behind the others, and helpfully a short distance away, as she came crashing into the park in her giant fifteen feet tall Grue form. “Oh wow neat looking ship!” she couldn’t help but feeling enthused by this new arrival Looking around she spotted the other hero and gave a little friendly wave toward them “Oh hi there, do you know anything about this ship? I could probably get us onboard if needed.”

White Lioness “Well, then I think I’ll go have a dance before I turn into a pumpkin or something!” Smiling she made her way to the dance floor and found herself a little space for her to have a little dance. She wasn’t a natural dancer, despite the best efforts of her past tutors to teach her the traditional dances of Dakana, but she possessed a natural grace and rhythm that came through her attempts. Never one to be self-conscious she embraced the moment enjoying the music, tomorrow there might be gossip about her dancing alone but that was something to worry about tomorrow.

GM Post The drone quickly returned the necessary data about the occupant of the warehouse right now. There were about half a dozen men, relatively normal looking people, all armed in some way, the four on the perimeter had automatic rifles of some kind and were obviously on the lookout for potential trouble. Whilst the other two only had pistols on their person and were in the centre of the room obviously waiting for whoever was going to buy this alien artefact. Said artefact looked like it was in some sort of case at the feet of the two waiting men. It would be difficult for a normal squad to defeat such odd, but luckily they weren’t ordinary people!

Rosa will cast Obscuring Darkness but spend a HP so all her allies can see through the darkness. It'll reduce it to 70ft but I think I can live with that!

Doctor Thorne “Actually I can do something about that!” Rosa actually gave a little smile as she said that, which was actually a little unnerving in some ways. Rewriting a spell on the fly wasn’t something that just anyone could do, but Rosa wasn’t just anyone she was one of the most knowledgeable experts on the Occult science on the continent. Just a few minor alterations here and there and she put in a few exceptions to the spell, it took a little longer to cast but it was worth it in the end. Supernatural darkness descended about here hiding her from anyone that she’d excluded from the spell, they could see through the darkness with no difficulty what so ever.

For now, White Lioness will change into her costume and make her way onto the roof. If the opportunity presents itself she'll actually try to leap onto the Krampus!

White Lioness Watching the giant creature move through the ground Àjàṣorò quickly deployed the White Lioness suit that enhanced her abilities. One thing that it didn’t alas do was allow her to fly or attack at a distance, ironic considering just how big this creature was but right now he (or maybe she?) was from her reach. Not that a little detail like what would put her off, swinging out of her room she quickly made her way to the roof of the building. Looking for an opportunity to either leap onto the creature or more likely get a lift from a fellow student over to the beast.

The Scarab III Kamala didn’t feel quite so self-consciousness now that she wasn’t the only one in a costume, not that she was embarrassed by the whole superhero gig but she still wasn’t quite used to how the whole thing functioned. Still, she’d learned not to show such concerns as she played the part of the consummate superhero. “I can take to the air and scout around if you want, I can cross reference with maps of the area to help us figure out where everyone is located.” Her suits HUD already show the maps of the location, as much as she and SAFIYA could piece together on such short notice.

GM Post The hand made some very disturbing crumbling like noises as the paper was gently taken from its grip. It was a piece ripped off a bill of sale, from a rather upscale auction house, whatever had been sold was missing below the rip and lost elsewhere but it did carry the address of who had bought the item. At the address, the estate of Lady Henry, someone was working the case from the other end, examining the resonance of the ring. The complicated interlinked magic’s of the ring showed it was most definitely magical in some way, and that it was acting like some siren call to something or someone...
