Triakosia It was true that Dancia had heard somethings, Superhero gossip was almost as efficient as journalists though it involved more rooftops and fewer bars. She didn't have any real problems however, she was a live and let live kind of person. "Strange I was investigating a missing former hero." as she spoke she gently touched down in front of Terrifica "It looks like we might have a collector on our hand!" Collectors of super paraphernalia was a massive thing, especially in Freedom City, she'd done a story on it around Centurion not so long ago. The official Centurion #1 went for an insane amount of money. Some, however, went well beyond that to actually collect items related to the actual heroes. "I think this warehouse is just a cover, I think I see an entrance to the real collection below."

White Lioness It was strange she'd been around bodyguard all her life, her Grandmother had started an all-female guard a tradition that still stood today, and this woman had all the signs of a diligent guardian. In fact, Àjàṣorò had to really fight to stop her Umbheki from coming along, in fact, she couldn't help but think that she was at a nearby cafe keeping an eye on her from a difference. But then again they were sisters, and she looked after her brother (and vice versa though she'd never have admitted it) just as fervently. Maybe Umbheki's paranoia was rubbing off on her. "Greeting both of you, I am Àjàṣorò." her American accent was near flawless and she even broke down her name as many outside her homeland struggled with it. She also gave Judy a large friendly hug, Àjàṣorò was never shy in such things, she paused however and then looked at Ashley with a raised eyebrow. Not sure how the sterner teen would react to a sudden hug.

GM Post "Welcome Facsimile I am Akazavani the AI of the Kavaca." the voice spoke in perfect English "Please step into the airlock so I can run a decontamination sequence, you Terran have a plethora of such interesting diseases" As she nattered away the airlock door cycled open with a slight hiss of air "I promise that the procedure is quick and quite painless, and if you find it relaxing I can continue to talk to you through the event. It has been quite a while since I got to communicate in your language." for an artificial voice she sounded quite enthusiastic.

The Scarab III Kamala did what she normally did when a problem perplexed her, she stood back and looked at a problem going briefly defensive for a moment. The man was powerful but not very skilled, he relied on certain moves at certain points in his attacks. Waiting a few moments more she noticed that he was about to do the move, so at the last minute she struck up catching him a solid blow at just the right minute. And it was a solid blow finally taking the man down. Looking up at the others she put on her intimidating voice "Do you really want to join this man? Drop the weapons an flee and we'll say no more on the subject."

Lucy Harker New heroes were always a fun surprise, even though a tiny part of her wished he'd heard of her. Maybe that super school taught her as part of Superhero History? She should pop down and say hello at some point, for now she'd have to do the educating. "These two looked like there from the Toon Gang, though I've not seen ones like this. We should be careful they operate on toon logic, like that film - which is probably well before your time. If I wasn't ancient I'd feel old!" she gave a broad smile at her own joke
-
GM Post As the golden mist settled across the Gas Station the Toon woman on the counter looked around "Something going on Beth we better be ready." from her tiny purse she pulled out a massive Thompson like machine-gun "Not those pesky super-heroes Vera?" she stood up, barely looking over the cover holding a massive animated shotgun, her accent was more Brooklyn than her fellow "We ain't going to come quietly heroes, you best just let us leave!" There was a comedy loud sound as the two toom women cocked their respective weapons.

Miss Grue It was all strange and this was from someone who lived on strange with the strange. To sum up life was weird, but this took things to another level. There's something out here, something that full of very basic and very bad needs. I don't think we've picked out the best vacation spot! she told everyone psychically, before looking down at those of them out here with this force of nature. "Do we have any clever idea of what to do when it turns up? Whatever it is!" Just because she didn't normally feel fear it didn't mean she wasn't cautious around the unknown.

Emerald Spider "Hi, there I'm your friendly not quite neighbourhood Emerald Spider here to help. If you could extinguish all fires and make your ways to the exits then we'll all be peachy." Stuck at the corner of the room, well away from the flames Emerald Spider made a series of hand gestures that sent another stream of quantum filaments that she hoped to wrap around Sister Blisters feet. Even blinded the flame using villains must have sensed something was up as she managed to dodge the strands. "Well, that could have gone better!" -
Bee "Oh I can use Dyne particles to shrink the couch and mattresses, I totally sure I've got the catastrophic energy discharge under control!" she scrunched up her face in thought before adding "You were kidding weren't you?" she gave a large smile as she finally realised. "I've been good and packed ahead of time, well mostly..." she pointed to a pile of haphazard boxes, with the top one still open She ran into the room, a riot of yellow and disorganised in the extreme, and began to quickly cram more stuff into the last box "Please come in Uncle, I promise it's completely safe!"

White Lioness Àjàṣorò looked at the space where she'd be spending her time at Claremont. It wasn't much, in fact, it was probably small than all the places in her home, but whilst she was here this was her space. For a few moments she just looked at it all and enjoyed the experience of it all, and today was just the first day! She put the large hold all that contained all the clothes and supplies that she thought she'd needed on the bed, even though she could get anything she needed from home within hours this was her chance to try and do things on her own. Packing could come later though! Instead, she stood at the door of her room, or at least half a room, to see who else was on this floor, how exciting to meet real American teenagers, and heroes to boot.

Lucy Harker After a few seconds of staring at the strange toon robbers go through there actions through the glass, a voice beside him spoke up. "They say that it's rude to stare, but I think it’s completely understandable in this situation." the voice came from a rather pale look woman dressed in a suit and wearing sunglasses, even though it was dark. "I'm Lucy Harker lawyer and superhero, pleased to meet you." she offered a smile and a friendly hand to the young hero "Should we go stop this robbery in progress?"

ic Freedom City's Finest: The Summer of Sixty... Eight
Tiffany Korta replied to Tiffany Korta's topic in Americas
GM Post Lucy took a seat and offered one to her guest, pulling out a bunch of paper that she placed in front of her on the table. "After I recovered from some... issues I decided to pull together all my photo's into one of those coffee table books, when it's done I'll send you a free copy love, looking through some of them were quite a few shocks I can tell you. You know what they say about the 60's..." She rummaged around and took out a photograph from the file, but for now kept it to herself. "I was particularly surprised when I came across this image, I'm not sure if I don't remember or that it's something still happening." She showed the other Lucy a black and white photo that showed a field that could have been almost anywhere in the world, in the front of the shot stood the two of them. The photograph was helpfully labelled Woodstock, New York 1968. "The strange thing is the festival wasn't until the next year!"- 9 replies

Bee The door opened and a bleary-eyed Melissa looked out, her hair all piled up on one side. She was quiet for a moment, as quiet as she ever got, as her brain woke up. Then she gave a little yelp and slammed the door. There were general sounds of crashing and bashing that always resulted in Melissa doing anything in a hurry. The door then open and a more composed Melissa poked her head back around, looking a lot more composed. "Good morning Uncle!" she gave Baxter a little peck on the cheek "How would you like to do things today?"

Wading Station, North End, Freedom City 7:30 pm 4th September 2018 It had taken a year to arrange everyone schedules, mostly it's was true Lucy's schedule, but finally, they were free to take there road trip across the country. The place that she'd chosen to meet up with Nicole was Wadling station and old Art Deco station that she remembered from her breathing life, the contrast between that and the modern building just reminded her how her life was now. With her standard sunglasses, she lent on the body of the car that they'd be using for this road trip, a '63 soft top Corvette in black, obvious her assistances idea of a joke. It was probably lucky that she couldn't find a Model T-Ford car or this trip would have taken so much longer.

The Scarab III Trusting her force field to be able to protect her from the blows she instead focused on the largest of the three thugs, she treated fights like complicated science problems and split them into easily solvable problems. She kept the others in her sights, but for now, they were a secondary problem. That was the idea anyhow, but despite a couple of solid blows she just couldn't take the man down. It was very perplexing, but it just made her more determined to finish the job at hand.

Scarab's Toughness Save: 1d20+12 24, and this time I'll Take 10 for another hit!

The Scarab III Kamala was enjoying the moment as she finally cast off her robes showing the red and yellow of her Scarab costume. Quickly pulling down her goggles she took up a defensive stance. When she decided on this path she studied many of the martial arts working out which would work for her frame, the vambraces could also act as a way to deflect blows. Though she favoured the reinforced modern replica that housed her sonic weapon, though the other was remarkably resilient for a piece of decorative jewellery of its age.

I thought "well I could take ten, but you know it might be a little low so I'll roll..." Attack Roll: 1d20+6 16. ? So a punch from Scarab!

Triakosia With her x-ray vision, Dancia could see the same as Terrifica inside, that the warehouse was just what it appeared full of boxes of fairly innocuous stuff. But her vision could beyond that at the true places hidden within, but first, she had a meeting with the interloper. The first that Terrifica knew about this was a shape hovering above her a cape flapping around the figure, her torch glinting off her bronzed breastplate. "Hello, there I'm Triakosia! I think we can help each other here if you're happy to talk."

GM Post The Kavaca was parked a short distance from where they'd originally met in a forest clearing, a bona fide starship in this rather innocuous place. It was all sweeping lines and smooth surfaces as much a work of art than a ship of war, the Delaztri created works of art that happened to be weapons of war. Two of the local aliens, in what looked like some form of military uniform, looked at the ship and they were far from happy. "Looks like I'm going to have to smooth things with the local. There's an entrance around the side, I've told Akazavani to let you in." With that Sitara was off all smiles and charm.

The Scarab III <"If you don't believe me then you better fire then!"> even she knew that it was a pretty weak response and that conflict was very likely. For now, she kept on her disguise, better not to reveal her true abilities until they learned that their weapons were ineffective, for a maximum disheartening effect. She was 100% confident that the device would work so was fine to wait for them to make the first move. <"But please do what you feel is right, and God willing the truth will shine out!">

GM Post Over the rise of the next hill was the device they were here to destroy, an unremarkable box-like machine it's only distinguishing figure was a strange lighting bolt like symbol that glowed with a baleful inner light. Around the device crackled a strange energy that flowed around the device. The device didn't seem to be guarded and if they were lucky the strange hum of the crystal was just as harmful to the Omegadrones than other people. There were a few people moving around, however, in ways that seemed slightly off, like there limbs didn't quite work like normal peoples.
