    Emerald Spider Peri had to remind herself that she'd become a bit of a celebrity in this city, even if the Detective showed that not everyone was a massive fan. It was tough on the day that she had to balance paying the rent against another power cells for her suit. Though even she was a bit of a surprise, something that she wasn't going to miss. "It's a pleasure as well kid, and just Emerald Spider, for now, we're partners after all!" She dropped down gracefully to her feet and padded over the car, sliding into the seat to access the computer. "I'll check the power grid, good catch by the way, see if anyone posted her images up on social media."

    GM Post Detective Kowalski considered her options for a few moments before replying, with just a touch of reluctance. "We'll we're pulling a blank right now, the woman has a talent for keeping out of our sight." whilst she replied to Emerald Spider she wouldn't look her in the eye "And yes she's getting bolder in her robberies." She gave a little sigh before adding with a note of sadness "Unfortunately official I can't offer department resources to assist you in the case. Unofficially I need to organise this investigation and will be leaving that car..." she pointed to the cruiser she'd arrived in "... unattended, which has a computer link to the ECPD systems. Good luck on your hunt!" With a smile, she left the two heroes alone.

    Zhenshchina-voin Klara took a moment to admire Dimitri commitment to the bluff, whilst she'd never underestimated the man in a minute it was somehow comforting that he could still surprise. With a smile still on her face, she made her way further onto the roof looking for a handy skylight. It wasn't particularly nice but it would have to do, and she'd been in worse places during the war anyhow. She could at least see the floor of the warehouse if needed and if she was lucky then the action would happen right below her. She even gently tried to clean the glass a little to get a better view, there wasn't much she do right now until things started happening.

    Miss Grue Daphne jumped up with her hands up in the air before doing a little of dance of joy. "Fashion shoe time... We're going to do a Fashion Show! I'm mean you're going to be amazing obviously!" Daphne carried on for a few minutes before settling down a little, though she still had that excited little look as she carried on explaining. "One of the organisers has things on her laptop, so I can get Mother Unit to add you to the show and maybe add a little profile to make things look more legitimate." she looked a little guilty before adding "If you're cool with all that obviously?"

    Emerald Spider In the last couple of years she'd been active Emerald Spider had seen almost every reaction to the sudden increase of heroes and villains in Emerald City, and she couldn't blame the Detective for her jaded view of things. "Sounds pretty smart, though I guess this is an escalation of there normal methods. Guess we should do something about Electron then!" Still, upside down she offered out a hand out at Pinnacle. "So hi there I'm Emerald Spider." she paused for a moment before adding "Fancy a team up?"

    GM Post Kowalski opinion on the whole thing was a little more neutral if she was upset by the sudden arrival of Emerald Spider she kept it to herself. "She actually, it's probably the only thing witnesses agree about! No costume and a mask and hood, obviously inspired by someone..." she shot a dirty look at Emerald Spider "... and the first thing she does is take out the cameras. If it wasn't for the whole electricity thing she barely counts as a supervillain, really she's an overqualified bank robber" She rubbed her forehead and looked at the two heroes with a resigned look. "Everywhere bank robberies are on the out, but here and Freedom are they still a thing, explains everything really!"

    GM Post The crater was pretty shallow, having bounced a few times on the perfectly green fields, and was filled with a spherical object that was definitely technological in nature. And though scraped and burned, probably from a fall from space and the bouncing on the field a few times, it was still in pretty good shape anything that had been inside was sure to survive pretty intact. That was difficult to tell though as the pod had been opened and was distinctively empty. "There was some kind of weapon in that pod which is now loose somewhere on this planet!"

    The Traveller "Humans you have this habit of turning up in the most unexpected places! It must be why the Lor find you species so infuriating!" There was a chuckle from beneath the mask, as became transparent revealing what looked like a (south) Asian woman. Who was speaking in perfect English. "I'm called Sitara, and I came from Earth and very long ago. I'm now part of a group called the Praetorians. The good news is that I can get you home as soon as you want, though if I remember the Houyhnhnm brew this amazing alcoholic beverage with apples. I just need to check whats in the crater is intact... oh Ya***ti!" he might not understand the last word but the intent was pretty clear.

    So many to choose from but if I had to pick on then Triakosia has the biggest beef with the Terminus.

    White Lioness Luckily Àjàṣorò had her costume under her Elizabeth disguise, just in case things didn't go well, being lightweight but super tough meant she'd hardly noticed that she'd been wearing it. All she needed was to deploy the White Lioness and she was ready to go. As she did she physically adjusted herself mentally and physically so that when she arrived she looked to be as much a seasoned veteran as the other two heroes. "I will try and keep the crowd out of danger whilst you deal with the fire." Striding forward her arms raised she called out in a Dakani accented voice full of her regal bearing. "If you could all move back please, we don't want anyone to get hurt now."

    Bedlam City 1st June 2018, 06:30 am Life was cheap in Bedlam but every now and again something would happen across that would disturb even the jaded citizens of the blight of Wisconsin. The corpse in question appeared ancient, even though several witnesses saw them mere hours before going to a hotel that charged by the hour. Normally Bedlam Cities "Finest" would sweep this desiccated corpse into the gutter and forget about it. But Merryn Blundell was a person of some influence being an auctioneer of some repute. Mostly there was high value, and dubious origins, that meant some very important Bedlamites wanted whoever had done this caught right away.

    Zhenshchina-voin After waiting a few moments to make sure there attention was elsewhere Klara made one the last check on the distance, the keen eye she'd developed over several decades of practice. Before she left she turned towards Sonny to add. "Like Dreadnought said if trouble starts, and it probably will don't wait for us if it looks bads. Myself and Dimitri have gotten out of tighter spots before, and the kid looks to be on the tough side." With a finally reassuring smile, she raised her vanguards above her head and struck them together and with a flash of multicoloured light she was transported to the roof of the warehouse.

    GM Post The detective gave a little sigh, with meta-crimes still being fairly new in Emerald City not everyone was used to dealing with the weirdness supers bought. Any concerns, however, were quickly swept aside by Pinnacle's pleasant demeanor. "We're not quite sure as all the cameras have been fried, but we think it's a villain called Electron. They've been done robberies for the last few weeks, but this is the biggest so far. Oh great...!" Descending down on a rope of quantum filament was someone very familiar to the residents of Emerald City, the masked features of Emerald Spider. “Was it something I said?"

    Emerald Spider For a few minutes, Emerald Spider followed the trail of chaos caused by the fleeing villain, though as they went along it died down until there was nothing to show where they had gone, apart from the traffic snarl caused by the everything else. Even from her elevated view, she couldn't spot any clue as to where the villain had gone, to all intents it looked like they laid a false trail when fleeing. With no other options right now, she wasn't the detective type really, she followed the trail back towards where the crime had probably came from, back towards the First National bank.

    GM Post The little alien showed no real fear as they gently, but firmly, guided Facsimile along it quickly becoming apparent that they were going towards the plume of smoke. As they got closed it was apparent that something had crashed into the planet leaving a large gash in the perfect green grass before landing in a now smoking crater. Through the smoke was a figure that was most definitely not one of the aliens. Shining brightly in the sunlight was a humanoid figure, possibly a robot with it's incredibly enabled white ceramic skin standing with a long pole like weapon.

    The Traveller Sitara's memories off Eh'Qui 9 were a little out of date, the last time she was here the Houyhnhnm were a warlike people constantly fighting among themselves. The clean skies and thriving cities made it look like they'd sorted themselves out, it made the smoking impact sight stand out among the flawless vista below her. Whilst the Houyhnhnm were alright she didn't want to draw their attention to the crash site until she invested the type of weapon the smugglers had abandoned. So she gently put the Kavaca down out of sight before deploying her armour to go out and look at the impact site.

    White Lioness "I plan to cause someone some trouble!" there was a twinkle in her eye and a cheeky grin as spoke. The effect was to make her seem as far as her previous act than was possible, it was difficult to believe she was pretending to be Elizabeth earlier. "If I'm not grounded forever I am planning to come to Freedom City to study for a couple of years. As you can see I've been practicing the accent, what do you think?" she again dropped into her more than passable East Coast American accent.

    Frostbyte Cathy had stood and let others sort things out, after all, they had more experience than any of them. She also wasn't quite sure what she could say about the whole thing, having really only come in at the end of the battle and not really understanding everything that had gone on. But she couldn't let the idea of all those people suffer such a fate, even if it would be long after there time. "Is there nothing we could do for them at all? Its seems a bit brutal to condemn them all to such a fate."

    GM Post Even though the ECPD were still new to all this they rapidly got up to speed and those on the scene quickly pushed everyone back creating a safe area around the sparking van. The sparks seemed to be dying down, but it still sparked rather dramatically as Pinnacle ripped off the door and it still hurt as it sparked across him. The paramedics were quickly there to check on the guard and thankful they weren't more than slightly scorched, even with all this chaos luckily no one had been hurt by the bank-raid. Whoever had done this needed to be stopped before that luck run out.

    Emerald Spider Across town, there was a potential disaster as the fleeing villain had taken out the lights on an intersection, most of the car had managed to stop but one had managed to miss the danger and was about to collide with other vehicles when it was caught in a twisting web of quantum filaments. Then there was thump on the roof and a face appeared on the driver's side, that of Emerald Spider. "You may want to slow a little on those junctions buster, never know who you'll run into! The web should go in about an hour and I'm sure they'll be no lasting damage to the paintwork." With the emergency services rapidly arriving Emerald Spider took to the air on her quantum web, looking for the villain who had caused all this damage.

    GM Post After a minute the braver of the aliens darted forward and grabbed the candy making their way proudly to the other, who all examined this prize with some interest. After a few moments, the alien tried the mint and seemed to enjoy the experience, talking excitedly to the others aliens. After a few more minutes of conversation, they all agreed on something. The braver of them stepped through again and offered a hand to Facsimile whilst pointing towards a plume of smoke that ruined the perfectly blue sky.
