Stronghold gave Foreshadow a thumbs-up, before putting her hands on the wheel. "All right, here goes..." There was a lot to look out for. I mean, this was Wildcard, the name said it all. Be prepared for anything. The plane could turn into a giant robot or something, and then they'd all really be stuffed. Okay, probably not that. Maybe. The Hawaiian superheroine gave the wheel a good yank, boosting her strength a bit with the Orange Ring in order to make sure that the wheel didn't stick.

Timeline 13th August, 2014 - >When the Nothing Shines Upon: Memorial is discovered in the Asteroid Belt by a group of heroes. Unfortunately, something else is also there... 29th September, 2014 - >Metallic Mesozoic Monsters!: Memorial, adjusting to life on Earth, gets thrown into her first major battle on this new world.

Introduction Who are you? Sum yourself up in one sentence. "I'm Kyla, and I'm... a survivor, a celebrant, a rememberer." Do you have any nicknames, street names, titles, or nom de plume? "Just one. Memorial. It's the name I use as a hero on this world, the one that... fits what I am the most." What is your full birth name? "Kyla Han'denor." Where do you live? "Right now, when I'm not doing stuff, I'm in the Freedom League Special Circumstances Housing. I'll look for somewhere of my own... after." How old are you? What year were you born (if applicable)? "Oooof, that's a tough one. I don't actually know, but well before... a lot of other stuff. Possibly pre-dating the Star Knights. I was... asleep for most of it, see." Physical Traits What is your gender? If not applicable, please explain. "Female." How would you describe your heritage? "Belran. Any more... no longer matters." How tall are you? "Not that tall, but not too short, either. I forget what the measurement is in Earth units..." What is your body type? "Fit, kinda... average for my people." Do you have any particular weaknesses, such as allergies or physical disabilities? "Not anymore, given the implants." How do you carry yourself? Are you graceful, or heavy on your feet? Can you be stealthy, do you walk with confidence? "Hmmm... graceful. I rarely trip, especially now." Describe your skin, eye, and hair color. "Light skin, hair the color of the the Forger's light filtering through the fire-trees at stardown... my eyes used to be the grey-steel color of Fateweaver's halls, but now... fire-red as well." How do you wear your hair, if applicable? Do you have facial hair? "Flowing with the breeze. And no, no beard or anything. Come on, I couldn't grow one if I tried." Do you consider yourself attractive? Do others? "...I suppose I am? I haven't really asked." Do you have any scars, tattoos, piercings, or birthmarks? "...actually, no. That's one of the few obvious side-effects of the implants, I used to have a mole right here on my shoulder, but now... unblemished." Do you resemble anyone famous? "Not from back home, but there's an actress... Karen something? Was on a science-fiction show. I'm told I look a bit like her." Do you have a dominant hand? "Nnnnnope." What kind of clothing do you wear? "Comfortable clothing. Right now, I'm not really focusing on that, you know?" Do you wear makeup? "Again, not focusing on that right now. I didn't really even back home, though." What is your vocal range? Is your voice distinctive in some way? "I don't actually know this one. Um. I have a fairly middle-of-the-range singing voice." Do you have any distinctive habits, nervous tics, or mannerisms? Where did they come from, and what causes them? Do other people notice and remark on these habits? Do they annoy you or other people? "I don't know of any in particular I can name... using names of Belran deities, perhaps?" History Where do you come from? "The planet Belran." Have you made any major moves, or do you live in your hometown? "...yes. Yes, I've made a major move." Do you feel loyal to your country of citizenship? Do you consider yourself patriotic? How do you feel about the government of your country? "Not applicable, next!" How do you feel about the place you come from? "I'm the last daughter of Belran. I will remember and honor their memory by living my life. After their killers are gone." Where is your home town? What was/is it like? "Madella, it was a small city near the northern ice cap. It was... cold. Very heavily research-oriented, even for home. It was... a good place to grow up." Growing up, were most of the people you knew similar to you, or were you somehow a minority? How did that affect you? "Nah, I was pretty much in the majority. I'm not really sure what you mean by minority..." Is there something you've always been really good at or really bad at? How has that affected your life? "Hmmmm... I'm not really really good at anything or really bad at anything, I don't think. Bit of an all-trades. I'm not bad at inspiring people, that's why I was chosen for the Paladin implants. More so than skill in combat." Were there any traumatic experiences in your early years (death of a family member, abandonment, orphaned at an early age)? "..." Briefly describe a defining moment in your childhood and how it influenced your life. "In my childhood? Geez. I'd say the moment when I entered the Academy, starting my education, perhaps. Meeting new people... sorry, can we pause for a bit?" What stupid things did you do when you were younger? "Hah! Climbed trees, broke an arm... you know, normal kid stuff." Where did you go to school? How much school did you have, and did you enjoy it? "Well, the Academy in Madella was where I had my schooling. Yes, just the Academy, it was so widely-respected that people just knew what you were talking about. And yeah. I enjoyed it." Do you have any mementos of your childhood? What are they, and why did you keep them? If you have none, why not? "The scarf I'm wearing! It was made by mum, before... well. And I couldn't get rid of it, not after the effort she put into it." When did you decide to become a hero? Why? Did anyone influence you one way or another in the decision? "Apart from using the Paladin implants for what they were made for... it's one of the best ways to ensure that my people are remembered." Is the reason you give people for becoming a hero different than your real reason? If so, why? "Nope!" Do you have any deep, dark secrets in the past that may come back to haunt you? "The Communion are out there, and they're coming. That's not really a secret, though." Do you represent yourself as being different from who you really are? Why? "No,..." If you do have these secrets, what do you fear would happen if the truth became known? How far would you go to protect those secrets? "...I have none,... Do you have any sort of criminal record? If so, is it public knowledge? "...and no." Family What are your biological parents' names? "...Hana and Daren." Were you raised by them? If not, please explain and describe who raised you. "Yes, I was." What was their standing in the community? What did/do they do for a living? "Well... well-respected. They... dad was a researcher in cybernetics, mum in materials sciences." Where are your parents now? *question went unasked* Did your family stay in one area or move around a lot? "They stayed in the same place, mostly." How did you get along with their parents? How do you get along with them now (if applicable). "I got along pretty well with them. Wish they were still here." How do your parents view you now, or how would they? "I hope they'd be proud." Do you have any siblings? If so how many and what are their names? Describe your relationship with them. "No siblings." What was your birth order in the family? "First." Where are your siblings now (if applicable)? Do they have families of their own? What do they do? *not applicable* Do you stay in touch with them or have you become estranged? *question went unasked* Do you love or hate one member of the family in particular? "...I loved them all. Do we really have to do this?" Is any member of the family special to you in any way (perhaps, as a confidant, mentor, or arch-rival)? *question went unasked* Are there any black (or white) sheep in the family (including you)? If so, please explain. "Not... familiar with that term. Let me check... ah. No." Do you have a notorious or celebrated ancestor? If so, please explain, including how it has affected your life. "Founder of my family, Han'denor. One of the great explorers of Belran culture- developed our hyperspace technology, in fact." Do you have a partner and children currently? If so, please describe them. "No, I don't." If you do not have a partner or children, do you want them someday? How firm are you in your opinion on this, and what might change your mind? "...I don't think I want children. I'm not sure I can have them. But a girlfriend... yeah, someday I think." What type of person would be your ideal mate? "Not entirely sure. I'll know when I meet her." Relationships Do you have any close friends? If so, please describe them, and how you came to be close to them. "No, not anymore. I do hope to make some new friends." Do you have a best friend? If so, how did they become your best friend? How close are you to your best friend? "See above." If you were to go missing, who would worry about you? "Yeah... right now, I'm at the stage of building a new life, it isn't built yet." Have you lost any loves? If so, how did it happen, and what did you do? "Too many to count to the Communion. As for what I'm going to do... that's to come. But I will not lose myself in regret." Do you have any bitter enemies? If so, please describe them and their history with you. "The Communion. They destroyed my home, and they might know of me or might not, but I swear they will." If you have enemies, how do you think they might attempt to work against you in the future? "Not sure, really. Straight-up... I don't think there's anything underhanded they could do, but I'm prepared for anything." What is the worst thing someone has done to you? "See, Communion, destroyed home." Where do your loyalties lie? In what order? "Keeping the memory of my home alive... and making sure their sacrifice meant something." Who or what do you trust the most? Why? "Haven't really had the time in this new world to really answer that one." Who or what do you despise? Why? "Again. The Communion. And... quite apart from the fact of what they've done to me, everything about them is a blasphemy, the way I see it. What they do, the goals they have... everything." What qualities do you admire most in other people? Are these qualities you possess? "Loyalty, curiosity, a desire to teach and learn. Apart from the desire to teach... yeah. I've never been too good at teaching." What qualities do you hate most in other people? Do you have any of those qualities? "Wilful ignorance. And the desire to push ignorance on others, for whatever reason. The truth is always better than a lie." Do you have a secret identity? If so, who knows it? Do you hide it from people who are close to you? Why? "Nope. No need, no point. Memorial's a declaration of why I'm here, but I make no secret of the fact that my name's Kyla." Do you work well on teams and in groups? Are you a leader or a follower? "I've lead in the past, and I'd say I'm fair at it. Not one of those 'greatest leaders', but fair." Are you on a super team? If so, how do you get along with your comrades? Do you trust them, or do you have secrets from them? "No, not right now." Are you a member of any church, fraternal organization, club, committee, political party, or other group? How much time do you spend on that? "Need time before this one can really be answered." Personality & Beliefs Who are your heroes? "Han'denor. He was an explorer, one of the legendary figures of our past." Did you ever become disillusioned with former heroes or idols? If so, why and what were the circumstances? "Nope." Do you like being a hero? If so, what is the most rewarding part? If not, what makes you keep doing it? "Helping people, defending against that which threatens the innocent, righting that which is not right... yeah, I like being a hero." Is there anything that would make you give up hero work, or even switch sides? "Switch... sides? No. Never going to turn to the Communion." What are your short term goals (what would you like to be doing within a year)? "The Communion destroyed, and me rebuilding my life." What are your long term goals (what would you like to be doing twenty years from now)? "A new life, a people remembered in history. From there... we'll see." What is your greatest fear? Why? What do you do when something triggers this fear? "...losing in what's to come." Is there anything you would give you life for? "If the defeat of the Communion requires my life, I'll give it. I'd prefer not to end before, at the very least, I know the memory of my people will outlast me... but if I go to Lightbringer's Hall before then, so be it." How do you feel about money and material wealth? Do you desire it or disdain it? Are you miserly with what you have, or do you like to share? Is it a mark of success, or a means to an end? "Means to an end? I don't really have anything right now, so..." How do you generally treat others? "With respect, unless they show themselves unworthy of such." Are you a trusting person? Has your trust ever been abused? "Well, I'm not going to trust my life to someone I just met, but I don't close off either. And no, it has not." Are you introverted (shy and withdrawn) or extroverted (outgoing)? Do you have a lot of self-confidence? "Extroverted. I'm going to live, not shut myself off." How do you act around attractive, available members of your preferred sex? "The... same way I would anyone else? Maybe a compliment, but I'd prefer to get to know someone as a friend before knowing her in... other ways." What are your most annoying habits? "...I don't actually know this one. Sorry. Maybe slipping phrases in that are specific to Belran culture. I sometimes do that and then forget to explain them." Do you feel contempt for any general category of people? Who are they, and why? "The willfully ignorant, or those who outright suppress knowledge. Learning about the universe, how it works, it's one of the greatest gifts sentient people are given, and I just don't get why you'd want to neglect that." What is your favorite food? Do you prefer any particular type of food? Do you take the time to enjoy your food, or do you eat as fast as you can? "Ooooh. Haven't tried enough Earth cuisine to tell, sorry. I generally take the time to enjoy my food."" What is your favorite drink (alcoholic or otherwise)? "See above, sorry." What is your favorite treat (dessert)? "Again, haven't tried enough from here, and Belran... well, a lot of the ingredients I can't actually find. Maybe get a synthesizer set up or something like that..." Are there any specific foodstuffs that you find disgusting or refuse to eat? "Spirits, yes. Some of the stuff they cooked in Anari was just so... gooey. Yick." What is your favorite color? Are there any colors you dislike? "Uh... the closest color you've got a name for is burgundy, I think. Don't really dislike any colors..." What sort of music do you like? Is there any that you hate? "Well, some of the stuff written in the Early Discovery era's quite nice to listen to, it's when we started some encounters with other planets." If you have a favorite scent, what is it? "Not really..." Do you have a favorite animal? "No." What is your most treasured possession? Why? "My scarf. Like I said earlier, it's one of the last things I have left of home." Do you enjoy "roughing it", or do you prefer your creature comforts? "Well, I don't actually need to eat or sleep anymore. So, I don't mind roughing it, no." Is there a job or a task you would absolutely refuse to do? "...don't think so." Do you consider yourself a spiritual person? If so, how do your beliefs affect your life? How important is it to you? "Yeah, I am. I'm a follower of... the word doesn't translate well, it works out to something like 'Followers of the Spirits'. It's why I believe in advancing learning so much, really." Was your faith influenced or molded by anyone special? "My parents, I suppose?" If you belong to a religious organization, how often do you attend? Do you have a specific place of worship, or friends within the organization? How much do you agree with the beliefs of your organization? "I... don't, for obvious reasons. It never was an organized faith of the 'regular church' type anyway." Could you kill? Have you killed? "Yes to both." What circumstances led to you forming that conviction, or taking that action? "Fighting against the Communion. It was a war, and I fought as if it was one." Are there circumstances under which you believe it is permissible to kill? What are they? "In the defense of innocents. Any drones or servants of the Communion, unless you know they can be saved- either they're beyond any point I care about redemption, or better off dead." How would you react to watching someone kill another person? Would your reaction be different if the killer was a friend or an enemy of yours? "Depends on why the killing happened. I would, at the very least, find out why, but I wouldn't just let it stand." How would you react if something important was stolen from you? "Try and get it back, and make very sure the thief knew what he did was not acceptable." How would you react to public humiliation? "...depends on what sort of humiliation we're talking about. I'd be pretty angry, though." How would you react if a good friend or relative were purposely or accidentally killed? Has it happened to you? "Moving right along!" What do you consider to be the worst crime someone could commit and why? "Destroying a culture. People live on, even if not in the same way, but destroying knowledge, destroying what makes a people unique... that can't be regained." If your life were to end in 24 hours, what five things would you do in those remaining hours? "Geez. That's a hard ask. I mean, the list ends with 'go out fighting', especially right now, but... I don't really have the experience here to come up with 1-4." Career & Training Do you have any special training in your hero skills? If so, where and how did you get it? "Some, yeah. I did get training in how to use the Paladin implants." Who taught you the most about your heroing abilities? What was your relationship with that person? "Not really one person, more a team. And fairly professional, there wasn't really the time to... yeah." Do you have any particularly unusual skills? How did you acquire them? "Well, no. I did have a few escapeology tricks my uncle taught me, but... some of my 'skill' memories are currently... unpowered. I know about the events, the emotional connection's there, but the specifics are locked away. Shouldn't last for too long, though." Do you do something besides hero work for a living? Have you ever done anything else, or do you plan to? "Nope. I was a researcher, and I'd like to do that again, but right now..." What is your preferred combat style? "Shift things up between close-up and long-ranged as needed, basically get in there and do damage. Go for weak points if there are any." Have you ever received any awards or honours? "No." What skill areas would you like most to improve in? Is there anything you can't do that you wish desperately you could? "Hmmm... I'd like to learn more about the world I'm living in now." How do you act around people who are more skilled than you in areas you'd like to improve? Are you jealous, or do you try and learn? "If I was jealous, how could I learn?" Lifestyle & Hobbies What is a normal day for you? How do you feel when something interrupts this routine? "Uh. Haven't really established a routine yet. I've always been pretty good at adapting to changes, though." Do you have any hobbies, or interests outside hero work? What are they, and where did you pick them up? "Well, I did develop an interest in... it's a creative game, hard to describe, sort of collaborative storytelling. If there's an equivalent to that here, I'd have to see." What do you do for fun? "Learn about Earth, right now." Do you have a costume? What does it look like? "Bodysuit, jacket, and the scarf over it all. Well, clothing over the bodysuit, it's just that the suit's resistant to damage that clothes might not be. Then again, so is my scarf. So, not exactly a costume anyway." How do you normally dress when not in costume? "Pretty much the same." What do you wear to bed most nights? "Trick question. I don't need to sleep." Do you wear any special jewelry? What is it, and what does it look like? "Nope." Do you have a special place where you keep your valuables? "If I picked up any valuables apart from the scarf, I'd keep them at wherever I end up living." What's your preferred means of local travel? How about long distance? "Flying and flying. I don't really need to keep my identity secret, and I can fly fast enough to get around the world pretty quickly. Heck, interstellar journeys don't take very long for me, so I just need to rely on in-flight entertainment." Miscellaneous Have you ever made a will, or tried to make arrangements for your death? What provisions did you make? "No, I have not. Not enough time, not enough that's really mine to be worth it." If your features were to be destroyed beyond recognition, is there any other way of identifying your body? "My remains would be... pretty distinctive, trust me. That, or I've sent my reactors critical, in which case the surrounding area probably isn't recognizable either." What would you like to be remembered for after your death? "I'd prefer my people to be remembered, not just me." Do you believe you pose a threat to the public? Why or why not? "Of course not! Seriously, what kind of question is that?" What do you perceive as your greatest strength? "The gifts I carry from my people." What do you perceive as your greatest weakness? "What I no longer have." As a player, if you could, what advice would you give your character? Speak as if he/she were sitting right here in front of you. Use proper tone so they might heed your advice... Don't forget what you've lost, but don't become lost in it. And given what's coming, don't throw your life away unless you absolutely have to. Good luck.

EVER REMEMBERING by Thevshi Memorial Doing a bit of reshuffling here. Mainly dropping the Dynamic part of the Array, using the extra points to get her in a more comfortable position, and making her a Paragon, not just a blaster. And while I'm at it, adding that DC block like Rav suggested.

Downstairs "Emily... Stamford... ah. Edgar's..." Daisuke paused for a long, awkward moment. Then continued as if nothing had happened. "I remember you were good friends with Haruko when you were... younger." He cleared his throat, before continuing. "In any case... we were both woken up by a loud noise in the middle of the night. We... did not know where it came from, until the second noise. Like a car backfiring, and it came from Haruko's room." He paused, and Hinata took up the tale. "We called the police as soon as we realised that our daughter was gone. She had just developed her powers, and..." The woman sighed. "I don't know why this happened." Upstairs Mikala stood at the top of the stairs. "Terrifica. The Princess saw what she needed to see, I assume?" He looked at the door. "I assume she's just finishing up in there. Does she have any idea where the kidnapper- or kidnappers- might be?"
-
Actually, my plan is for Memorial to work both in space and on Earth.
-
Haruko giggled. "It is 'a thing', mostly due to a difference in culture- my cousin visited Paris last year, which is why I know about it. I was more commenting on the fact that a job like that might be... high in stress, perhaps?" She blinked at the menu, tilting her head quizzically at Casey's diet request. "I must admit, I am not entirely sure what to have... a hamburger with some vegtables might work best. Unless you have any suggestions? And a vanilla milkshake."
-
The latter is probably the best option- any person who took her up as a PC would probably want to put their own spin on the character.
-
Let's see... I like the idea... Red Ninja's a kinda obvious name for a Japanese superhero in some ways, although I'm blatantly nitpicking here. Also, if you intend for her to be a recurring ally, it might be a good idea to take her as Sidekick. Actually, given the way you're taking her backstory (Diane fighting alongside Natalie), definitely take her as a Sidekick. I know, technically Diane's the sidekick, but site rules are that the more powerful character is the 'primary' even if the relationship goes the other way around. Unless Natalie's going to suffer First Issue Death Syndrome. :V (Or get someone else to play her, if you can manage it. *shrugs* I'd actually put my hand up if I had a free slot/was on Silver, I've got plans to make a PL8 Cowl/Martial Artist)

Haruko smiled. "Hmmm... most of my interests are artistic. I like drawing... and I have developed a recent interest in designing clothes. Some musical interests as well, but I'm more interested in visual arts. I might end up turning one of those things into a career, I think." She looked at the American girl. Having a pilot's license required one to be quite smart, if Haruko recalled correctly, so it seemed like Casey had a lot more than it seemed to her. Then again, everyone did. "Of course, that would likely take me to Paris at some point, given the reputation it has as fashion capital. Given the rate of repatriation from that particular city among my countrymen..." She shuddered, although obviously in a rather overblown way. "Hmmmm... what to have..."

And while Vector's currently wheelchair-bound, that doesn't mean she can't be a threat to the villains. :D
-
Why's her residence Claremont? :P
-
souffle, you're up.
-
Haruko relaxed as Casey picked her up, placing her arms around the other girl's neck to keep herself secure. She had been telling the truth about whether she could develop feelings for Casey- in truth, the other girl reminded her too much of her cousin to really develop feelings for her. Except American. And right down to the... infectious sense of joy that Casey gave off. Haruko found herself laughing, the pure laugh of delight that Casey had heard earlier, and grinned, enjoying the ride. As her roommate set her back on the ground, she smiled radiantly. "Indeed, Casey-san, let's eat." She walked in, a slight bounce to her step. "Say... what hobbies do you have?"
-
"Oh... if you wish." Shranui grinned. "It will be a new experience for me. Are the offerings at the staff restaurant different from the student cafeteria?"
-
…I'd be tempted to offer up Vector as a guest-star… and a guest, not running the thing. Partially because at this point in time, I'd say she's still in a wheelchair after No More Good Days.
-
Haruko started laughing again. "The term is not ten million kami for nothing, no. And I am assuming it is not related to the Kami for that last reason, Casey-san. Besides, if she were to place her blessing on anyone, it would be someone wiser, older, with more experience... most likely someone connected to Tenno Heika by blood." She cleared her throat, slightly uncomfortable. "The main reason I have discounted her is that... I cannot believe she would not make it known. That it was her, I mean. It would be... more obvious." With a sigh, she looked over the zen garden... before blushing as a growl came from her stomach. "Perhaps we might continue this conversation over dinner, however?"

"Um, Foreshadow, sir?" Haukea drifted down, settling near the other hero. And then her voice was completely lost in the rushing wind. Right. Of course, High up, all that. Between the wind and the speed the plane was flying at, odds were she wouldn't get a word heard at all even if she tried yelling. After a few tries, Stronghold sighed, and her ring glowed, before orange letters appeared in the air. Foreshadow, sir, it's an honor to meet you. Um. The pilot's Wildcard, I'm not sure where he got the plane from. Do you have any ideas how to get him off without destroying the jet? I mean, I'm strong enough- the Ring makes me strong enough that I could do it, but I don't think I could without destroying the plane.

"No, not that I can think of. I mean, we visit shrines rather regularly, yes, but..." Haruko frowned. "The list of kami that would fit are rather small, and the one I can think of... it would be far less uncertain, believe me." She shook her head. "Besides, this happened in America, not Japan. So, Amaterasu deciding to grant some of her power to someone here is even less likely. It might not be a kami at all." The Japanese girl looked at Casey, smiling. "That being said, I appreciate the offer of assistance, Casey-san. Right now, I am mostly doing research into mystical areas- a lot of the books you saw are like that, but if I find out anything that I need to investigate, I will be sure to let you know."

Memorial winced as she saw the strike. "Ooooh. I'll try some more long-ranged support..." Her laser cycled up again, and fired... this time missing the beast. "Okay, need a better angle here..." The cyborg heroine drifted slowly around, trying to place herself at a better angle. And wishing she had her muscle boosters working, this was... annoying to say the least. This thing was well-made, whatever it was, and it was a shame to damage it like this... but since it was well-made, they couldn't really deal with it entirely safely.

Upstairs Glamazon and Terrifica rapidly saw what Mikala meant- the room was glowing, arcane sigils almost floating through the air, and a heavy scent on the air that seemed... almost familiar, like the smell of rotted fish- although mixed with a smell that almost brought a car backfiring to mind. The way the spell was layered, the precise placing of the arcane sigils, and the smell made something quite clear. Whoever enacted this kidnapping was an idiot. A complete amateur. Probably hadn't cast more than two or three spells before in his (or her) life. Both heroes could identify that this was probably the residual of two spells, a teleportation spell and some kind of spell to animate an object, but the way the sigils were wavering unsteadily and the smell- this had to be one of the most sloppy pairs of spells cast with so much power. That was why the spells were so easy to identify, in fact. Of course... the issue was that someone so unskilled at magic should not be able to actually call up so much power. It was a minor miracle the teleportation spell hadn't done something nasty. Terrifica, furthermore, could see traces of energy from the spell seeming to move in a certain direction- almost as if the tail end of the spell was still trying to move to the destination. If the heroes could work out where it was pointing, it could lead to, at least, the approximate destination of the spell. And it was entirely possible that there was a similar... marker... at the destination, as well. In fact, it would not be surprising at all. Downstairs As Emily walked into the living room, the Miyamotos looked up, their hands clutched together as they waited for news. Daisuke stood, bowing formally to Emily. "You are one of the superheroes who have come to help find out daughter? Thank you..." Ah. It didn't seem as if the Miyamotos actually recognised Emily. Which was slightly to be expected, given how long it had been since she last saw them. And the changes she had undergone since then.
