GM Night, January 23rd North Bay, Freedom City For some time, there has been rumors of a new vigilante operating out of North Bay, dealing harshly with an would-be criminals in the part of the city. So far, the vigilante has crippled several criminals, mainly for situations that would never that degree of punishment. Purse thieves and pickpockets with broken arms. A sneak thief that would never walk again. Perhaps equally troubling, the criminal victims have been marked with a raven-like bird mark, branded into their flesh. With the Raven otherwise occupied, Callie Summers, headmistress of Claremont Academy, has reached out to Stormcrow and Madame Raven to track down the vigilante and handle the situation... And on dark and stormy night, a scream cuts through the the silence in North Bay, bringing the attention of the two young heroes...
