So, as some of you know I'm a big fan of Sentinels of the Multiverse. What I'd like to do is to GM a plot or three based on some of the villains from the game. I'm itching to do The Matriarch in particular, but the tags show everyone I'm interested in. I'll do a quick outline for those who don't know who these people are. The Chairman-Master of a vast criminal empire. Hordes of minions and low PL lieutenants, plus his ace in the hole, The Operative. The game can't be won while she remains undefeated. This thread probably wouldn't be that combat-y. This would definitely be Cowl friendly. The Chairman is a foe even the Raven wouldn't dare take on lightly and/or alone, in either incarnation. He is secretly a high level police officer, so it'd be a helluva thing to take him down. The Dreamer (underway, sorry)-Psionic child whose powers have gone totally out of control. In the beginning she's asleep and the heroes only have to deal with her projections. They're fairly powerful, but mostly minions. I'd probably throw in a non-minion or two just to keep things spicy. After you clear them the first time, the girl wakes up. Only she's not running the show in her head. Her power is in charge. The heroes have to defeat a certain amount of projections before the poor girl's nightmare is finally over for good. And she's a fragile one. Knocking her out is NOT an option. In fact, it'd just make things irredeemably worse. Kismet-Pretty simple, actually. Device using Luck Controller gone amok. The hero points would fly in this one. No minions, but tons of complications until she finally goes down. She'll be a low level reality warping trickster, and decidedly a pain in the butt for our heroes. The Matriarch(underway, sorry)-A sheltered and protected rich girl finds a magical artifact and forcefully takes her freedom. A mask, with the power to control birds. Yes, she's another one with hordes of minions. I've got two non-minions in mind for the rest of them. It'd be like Hitchcock's The Birds, only with a person controlling them all. A adult woman tasting power and freedom, taking revenge, and refusing to give any of it up. Plague Rat-He's about as simple as Kismet. Something's gone wrong in the sewers. People are disappearing. Turns out, a poisonous massive rodent has appeared down there, and he's got a grudge against humanity. As much as something without human intelligence can hold a grudge, anyway. There you have it. Let me know if you're interested in any of those.
