I'm using this website to track my calores and such to help me lose. I entered in Casey's order: over 2200 calores. Late night snack indeed! I figure she's probably on the Barry Allen 'I need to eat 10,000 calores a day' diet.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but based on your descriptions, I feel it's safe to say Casey could detect these signs on all the punks. If I am, I will happily edit my post.

I'm not sure how Detect Emotions with accurate and acute works. But Moe will use Detect emotions on the girls and the punks, in that order. Since it's not Subtle, Moe's eyes will shift colors to the emotions she sees. Mood ring colors if you want to play along :D

You can decide on the eyes, but there's a lot of emotions in here.  So, I was originally going with the six emotion model... which after writing out the post the first time, stinks.  It's a six point power it should be more useful than what I gave you.  So I'm going with this model of emotion...

So for her, for free, I'm going to give you the basic named emotions (which, on the intensity chart are the 2nd closest to the center).  If you want intensity, then it's a search check:

The old man has both Anticipation and Disgust

The Blue Punk has Anger and Anticipation

The Red Punk has Joy, Anticipation, and Anger

The group of Punks have Anger, Anticipation, Sadness and Joy

The Girls have a mixture of Joy, Fear, Disgust, and Surprise

Frank has Anticipation, Disgust, and Sadness

If you want some more on that, you'll need checks.

So Moe is going to use the distraction to her advantage. Poking the red haired punk to try to try to overload his emotions (a Will save Stun 10 effect). Now if successful, it'll look like he's flipping out more than usual and disperse the scene. The effect is subtle, so they wont know it came from her, right?

No, she's resisting.

1d20+10=16, unless you add her ranks in Super Strength, in which case it would be 26, but I don't think you do.

Edit: and now we know it's actually a 20 :D

Eh, it happens; I would have rolled in the hopes of getting higher, but that's when you roll crap, and it's not worth blowing an HP on a reroll.

On the plus side, her friends are now terrified of her, which might mean they always save her some milk in the morning.
