Heritage Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 I'm using this website to track my calores and such to help me lose. I entered in Casey's order: over 2200 calores. Late night snack indeed! I figure she's probably on the Barry Allen 'I need to eat 10,000 calores a day' diet.
Cool Homosapien Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 (edited) That's nothing. Michael Phelps (olympic gold medal swimmer) allegedly eats 12,000 calories a day while training. Edited December 5, 2017 by Cool Homosapien
Cool Homosapien Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Heritage, I'm not trying to make fun of Casey in character or out of character. Though I feel like I'm doing so! Please have an apology if I offended you.
Heritage Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 Forgive me if I'm wrong, but based on your descriptions, I feel it's safe to say Casey could detect these signs on all the punks. If I am, I will happily edit my post.
Cool Homosapien Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 I'm not sure how Detect Emotions with accurate and acute works. But Moe will use Detect emotions on the girls and the punks, in that order. Since it's not Subtle, Moe's eyes will shift colors to the emotions she sees. Mood ring colors if you want to play along
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) You can decide on the eyes, but there's a lot of emotions in here. So, I was originally going with the six emotion model... which after writing out the post the first time, stinks. It's a six point power it should be more useful than what I gave you. So I'm going with this model of emotion... So for her, for free, I'm going to give you the basic named emotions (which, on the intensity chart are the 2nd closest to the center). If you want intensity, then it's a search check: The old man has both Anticipation and Disgust The Blue Punk has Anger and Anticipation The Red Punk has Joy, Anticipation, and Anger The group of Punks have Anger, Anticipation, Sadness and Joy The Girls have a mixture of Joy, Fear, Disgust, and Surprise Frank has Anticipation, Disgust, and Sadness If you want some more on that, you'll need checks. Edited December 7, 2017 by BlazingCoconut Changed my mind!
Cool Homosapien Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) Sleight of Hand on Rooster: 1d20+2 17 Bluff on Rooster: 1d20+10 27 DC 20 Will Save if it hits him. Edited December 7, 2017 by Cool Homosapien
Cool Homosapien Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 So Moe is going to use the distraction to her advantage. Poking the red haired punk to try to try to overload his emotions (a Will save Stun 10 effect). Now if successful, it'll look like he's flipping out more than usual and disperse the scene. The effect is subtle, so they wont know it came from her, right?
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 Thug is touched. Really touched! It's a touching moment even! He fails the save by 12 and falls unconscious. He'll be a heap in front of the table when you post. The thugs do not resist the bluff and will buy whatever explanation you put in the post as to why she touched him Post away.
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 Heritage, you can resist the push or not. If you decide too it's an opposed strength check. Failure would just mean pushed back a few feet, he's not trying for a slam or damage or anything like that. A half hearted push [14]
Heritage Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) No, she's resisting. 1d20+10=16, unless you add her ranks in Super Strength, in which case it would be 26, but I don't think you do. Edit: and now we know it's actually a 20 Edited December 7, 2017 by Heritage
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 Okay, your call on what you want to happen. You beat him.
Heritage Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Casey's goung to use Skill Mastered Intimidate; DC 20.
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 Thugs gotta thug. Resist Intimidation: [22] So that'll be in my reaction post, but he is not impressed with sorority girl telling him what to do. Which is a shame, because I liked the post
Cool Homosapien Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) Mind Reading the old guy doctor. She won't deep dive. Surface thoughts. Edited December 7, 2017 by Cool Homosapien
Heritage Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Eh, it happens; I would have rolled in the hopes of getting higher, but that's when you roll crap, and it's not worth blowing an HP on a reroll. On the plus side, her friends are now terrified of her, which might mean they always save her some milk in the morning.
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 If it helps, I was intimidated!
Heritage Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 That punks probably all hopped up on Jingle Jangle! He's not afraid of anything!
BlazingCoconut Posted December 7, 2017 Author Posted December 7, 2017 The Doctor is not in... nor is it the Hero's time apparently. Get out of my head! [35]
