Ari Posted February 2, 2018 Author Posted February 2, 2018 (edited) Yes, that works. Dr. Saunders makes an attack on him due to the mystic power flaring up: 28.(EDIT: sorry, -2 Attack, result should be 26) A Critical hit. DC32 Toughness save, Supercape. You're up, @Zeitgeist Blue! Edited February 3, 2018 by Ari
Ari Posted February 3, 2018 Author Posted February 3, 2018 @Supercape This kind of situation is common when dreams come to life, either through a powerful psychic or else by intersections of the Dream Dimension and Prime. It's not real, per se, but it's almost impossible not to accept it as real even when you know.
Supercape Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Tough Save: 1d20+6 12 lets go for a complete knockout, staggered, and an HP?
Ari Posted February 3, 2018 Author Posted February 3, 2018 Done. Changed conditions so far: Dr. Saunders: Unharmed, Entangled -GM Emerald Spider: Unharmed, 1HP Mr. Murk: Staggered, Unconscious, 2HP Salvo: Unharmed, 1HP
Zeitgeist Blue Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) Right. So Salvo's going to use her Flamethrowers in the general direction of Dr. Saunders. Reflex Save: DC 20 Toughness Save: DC 25 Edited February 3, 2018 by Zeitgeist Blue
Ari Posted February 3, 2018 Author Posted February 3, 2018 DC20 Reflex save: 9. DC25 Toughness save: 16. Failed by 9, Bruised and Daze. Is this Lethal or non-lethal, Zeitgeist? As well, do you want to do anything else in your turn?
Zeitgeist Blue Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 It's lethal and I'm just going to stand with Murk for this turn.
Ari Posted February 3, 2018 Author Posted February 3, 2018 Got it. Thanks, Zeitgeist. Round 2 Dr. Saunders: Bruised(x1), Injured(x1), Dazed, Entangled -GM Emerald Spider: Unharmed, 1HP Mr. Murk: Staggered, Unconscious, 2HP Salvo: Unharmed, 1HP @Tiffany Korta Tiff, Emerald Spider is up.
Tiffany Korta Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Emerald Spider Attack Roll: 1d20+8 16
Ari Posted March 3, 2018 Author Posted March 3, 2018 Bah sorry Tiff that hits: DC22 Toughness save: 19. Bruised again. Salvo is up.
Zeitgeist Blue Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 And here's another Flamethrower attack. Lethal still. Reflex Save: DC 20 Toughness Save: DC 25
Ari Posted March 3, 2018 Author Posted March 3, 2018 DC20 Reflex: 14. Failed. DC25 Toughness save(had to reroll this one because I forgot the Bruises): 17. Failed by 8 so Dazed, Injured and Bruised. Round 3. Dr. Saunders: Bruised(x3), Injured(x2), Dazed, Entangled -GM Emerald Spider: Unharmed, 1HP Mr. Murk: Staggered, Unconscious, 2HP Salvo: Unharmed, 1HP @Tiffany KortaEmerald Spider is up once more.
Ari Posted March 30, 2018 Author Posted March 30, 2018 @Tiff Sorry, but you forgot to actually put down your Attack.
Tiffany Korta Posted April 1, 2018 Posted April 1, 2018 Hmmm I though I'd roll this, sorry, here we go Attack Roll: 1d20+8 13. Nothing to see move along!
Zeitgeist Blue Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 So is Mr. Murk still out of it? Is it Salvo's turn then?
Zeitgeist Blue Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 Right. I'm going to stomp forward and try and punch him. Melee Attack Roll: 1d20+3 = 14
Ari Posted April 2, 2018 Author Posted April 2, 2018 That works! Tiff's too. Entangled and all, -2 to Defence and not much to start with. Resolving the two attacks: Spider's first, DC22, 10. Staggered and Dazed, +1 Bruise. Salvo's DC19: 9. Two 1's in a row? Huh. Anyway, two Staggered's means Unconscious! Dr, Saunders is defeated! Mark down 12,000XP. We are out of rounds. Now, you have a hole into a nothing full of things coming to eat you, an unconscious caveman and an unconscious giant monster. What's the plan?
Zeitgeist Blue Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Well, we should probably wake up Murk. He's the only one who isn't blind to the magical things here.
Ari Posted May 5, 2018 Author Posted May 5, 2018 @Tiffany Korta Tiff what do you think would make the most sense for getting out of the room? @Zeitgeist Blue Want to stunt something from Salvo's armor to wake him up?
Ari Posted May 7, 2018 Author Posted May 7, 2018 @Tiffany KortaWell there's some pictures, there's the computer monitor obviously, there's a pile of dead bodies, there's a hole in the floor that things seem to be coming towards from a void, and there's a big monster that just got beat up.
Tiffany Korta Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 Well the hole is the obvious point of exit, can we see anything through the hole?
Ari Posted May 7, 2018 Author Posted May 7, 2018 No, it just looks like it goes into an empty void. But you can feel the approach of horrible things through it.
Zeitgeist Blue Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 (edited) Well, a good 'ol ice cold water blast might help wake him up. If that doesn't work a low voltage zap might do the trick but I'm saving that for last. Would any of these be enough? Edited May 7, 2018 by Zeitgeist Blue
