I'd say drop the Accurate so you don't have to have the Uncontrolled.  You will just need to teleport down to somewhere you are familiar with on the surface.

She has heard a bit about the Justicars, enforcers of Star Khan's will and authority, though she had heard their numbers had been somewhat depleted during the Incursion.  She has never heard of this particular Justicar.

Well, the problem is you do not know the destination.  Without at least a general idea of where you might need to go, you cannot teleport there.
