Nightshade
About the 'last demon', is that something Jessica knew about? Either way I can work with it. Link to comment
Ari
This is the first Jessica has ever heard of a prior demonic visitor and it's the kind of thing she's pretty sure she'd know about. Link to comment
Nightshade
Sense Motive: 1d20+2 9 Oblivious! Bluff: 1d20+11 14 Getting the low rolls out. 22 if Attractive plays in to it. Link to comment
Ari
Now she gets a closer look at them, these guys don't look like police, not even the shabby, shady kind of police officers the other ones don't like to be seen with. She's almost certain one of these guys was at her next-door neighbor's last week getting all loom-y and enunciative over something. And yeah, that works, they're pretty distracted. Jay is taking notes. Link to comment
Nightshade
The incident? Also, a minor question, how tall is everyone around here? Jessica is 5'10"/1.78m. I just want to know if she's looking up or down at some of these people Link to comment
Ari
Shortest one there is Carson, at 6'5". It's entirely possible whoever their boss is sent out his largest and most loom-y operatives for some reason but the possible whys are unclear. Link to comment
Ari
Crimson, a Knowledge(Arcane Lore) check of DC15 will get Witchblood a handle on what Lady Tarot is doing with these cards. Spoiler The Five of Swords and the Three of Coins are in reverse, among the rest of the cards these are most important as they portend disaster from something done sloppily thanks to unearned confidence.
