Its in a proposal stage, and everyone wants it up, but of course everyone is also arguing about the small print. As for North, he is a medical doctor and biochemical researcher by trade, a smart man with decades of experience in the W.H.O. His blend of diplomatic and scientific skills are believed to make him perfect for the job. And he clearly is very comptent at both. Link to comment
