Okay, Tsunami will use her Cone of Water to catch Hornet and as many of his men in the blast as possible.  It is selective, so she can avoid hitting Frost and everything else that she does not want to hit.  Only got a 16 on the attack roll, so unless she gets the benefit of catching them flat footed, she might miss some.

As Tsunami has the benefit of stealth and positioning, combined with selective, that will hit the lot of them!

 

That will hit the minions, but not the Hornet himself. It is also a toughness save they cannot make, so they are all knocked out / washed up! 

 

Feel free to post that IC @Thevshi and then Ill respond with the Hornet.

The Hornet is up, and will:

 

Move Action: Jump to the ceiling (30' above) and stick to it, with his wall crawling power. 

 

Standard Action: Flood the floor of the building with poison gas!

 

The bottom of the warehouse is now (from 10' and below) full of Paralyse 10, Fort Save, Poison extra effect. As I see it, that does hit Frost, Tsunami, and the Scarab. 

 

The gas is an area effect so you get the standard DC 20 Reflex save to evade. As the gas is leaking slowly this round, its a +5 situational bonus, so DC 15 Reflex to cut the Fort save to DC 15 (or whatever!). However, on subsequent rounds there is no evasion. If you enter that area, have a lungful!

Comrade Frost points upward with his AP: Damage 12 (thermovorous storm, Extras: Alternate Save [Fortitude], Area [General, Cylinder], Flaw: Action [Full]) {24/24}! If I recall correctly, that's a DC 22 Reflex save and DC 27 Fort save, depending.

Reflex Save: 1d20+12 28 makes his reflex save, so down to a DC 21 Fort Save

Well, seeing as there is lots of water nearby, she will pull some to her and activate her flight and fly up above the gas.  Then she will shoot her regular water blast at Hornet, but misses with a 17.

Tsunami is up, @Thevshi, and I believe you get the advantage of that homing water bolt too! (The Hornet has a defence of +12 incidentally)

Tsunami will pull a water spout from the nearby water and fly up outside after Green Hornet (her platform flight).  The first water blast will arch back around to try to hit him again (a free action), this time hitting with a 29 for a DC 27 toughness save.

 

At the same time she fires a new water blast at him as her normal attack action, but this one misses with a 13

Ok, sorry for delay! Work and health...

 

The new blast misses, and the homing blast hits!

 

Tough Save vs Water Blast: 1d20+12 28 He gets a bruise. 

 

The hornet will respond with his own homing dart!

 

Homing Dart: 1d20+12 23 which I think hits, and is a Fort Based DC 22 Paralyse effect. 

 

(Thats a Tsunami!)

 

And then leap 50' Away behind a building. Now you cant see him but of course you can move to do so!
