Dr Archeville Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Doktor Archeville needs a home. And he's got 1pp to spend. Equipment 1 (5 equipment points) Archeville's Home Location: Hanover (North Freedom), halfway between the Hanover Institute of Technology and the Albright Institute. Appearance: On the outside, it appears to be just another one of the new hosing units that spring up all over Hanover. It looks much the same inside, with top-notch pre-fab furniture and fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Laboratory and workshop are both down in a concealed basement level. Stats: Size: Small (House-sized); Toughness: 5; Features: Concealed, Laboratory, Living Space, Security (DC 20). Cost: 5 equipment points. I do plan to be adding more to this later (as pp awards accumulate). Updated by Barnum

nareik123 Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Duel pistols? Pah, I need something a bit bigger. .60mm Death Sender Hell strike Cannon! With the recent destruction of his pistols thanks to Ghost, Kieran resorts to a weapon he didn't even knew he possessed! He only found out that his cloak stored bits that all join to make a 5ft tall Cannon! He requires one of his mechanical hands to help hold it. It fires a mushroom classed round, a round the explodes, sending Debris and shrapnel bursting everywhere. By the looks of things, it has an interchangeable barrel and ammo type. Kieran will drop a rank of every skill he possess and Blind Fight for this power. His power is Blast 7 (Extra: Cloud)

Barnum Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 Are you wanting to replace your current device with this new device? Or are you adding this power to your existing array (inside the device?). Note: If you drop 1 rank from every skill and 1 feat that will net you 2.5 PPs (6 ranks of a skill = 1.5 PPs). The power you want to buy Blast 7 [Extra] = 21 PPs.

nareik123 Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 As in My skills are now 1pp=4 ranks, not 2pp=8 ranks. And I am replacing my lower rank blast with auto fire with this one and knock my Blast with linked dazzle down as an Alternate Power.

Barnum Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 So that would give you 7 PPs to spend. Your new array (if I understand correctly) would look like: Device: Hard to lose: 5 ranks (20pp) (25/25pp spent) Blast 7 (Extra: Area (Cloud)) (21 pp) AP: Strike 7 (Extra: Penetrating) AP: Blast 7 (Linked: Dazzle 3 (sight)) AP: Datalink 8 AP: Suffocate 7 (Extra: Sustained) Since your Device increased in price from 16 PPs to 20 PPs, you still have 3 PPs left to spend (of the 7 you got back from selling down your skills and feat). Is that right?
