Dr Archeville
Cool. Oh, would you mind editing your post so it shows he's not hiding in shadows? Link to comment
Dr Archeville
End of Round Recap Characters & Conditions Arrowhawk (Ecalsneerg) -- Full Health -- 0 HP Hub (Heridfel) -- Full Health -- 1 HP Nightrival (Shadowboxer) -- Full Health -- 3 HP Red Star (Geez3r) -- Bruise x1 -- 0 HP Shade (Tahotai) -- Full Health (need grapple check) -- 1 HP The Spartan (Bendisgeidfran ["Bran"]) -- Full Health -- 2 HP Initiative Orders & Locations 22.5 - Hub (behind a movie display in the shoppe, watching) 22 - Nightrival (atop counter) 19 - Arrowhawk (out front, directly in front of shoppe, shooting at Smash) 17 - Red Star (back of shoppe, in melee with Smash) 15 - Shade (just inside shoppe, blasting Grab) 13 - Noodly Woman/Grab (at front of shoppe, grappling clerk & going for Nightrival) 12 - Big McLargeHuge/Smash (bruise x1, staggered, stunned [again!]; in back of shoppe) 10 - Assorted Bystanders (clerk + 2 patrons; Clerk is grappled/pinned by stretchy woman) 9 - The Spartan (back of shoppe, in melee with Smash) Tahotai , don't bother making a Sense Motive roll for Shade, since her failure or success at feinting doesn't matter, seeing as she got a nat 20 on her initial attack roll for the grapple. Dr Archeville
I keep meaning to keep track of knockback. I'll be trying to do better on that. Red Star's crit punch (total damage modifier +13, not 16 as I had put in for some reason) vs. Smash's Knockback of -10 = 3 points of knockback = knocked back 5 feet. Link to comment
Ecalsneerg
I'm upset that I rolled a 2. Link to comment
Geez3r
Aww, I was hoping my fluke would last. Quick, someone show Red Star how to grapple ;) Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Grab would be more than happy to show you how to grapple  Link to comment
Geez3r
Yeah, I figured that might happen. Then again, Red Star's got a shot against her, hopefully, and it'll at least distract her long enough for the clerk to potentially get away. Link to comment
Heridfel
Bendigeidfran, watch your language please. I bleeped it out, but we are keeping this family-friendly. Link to comment
Bendigeidfran
Sorry. Didn't know that. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
We do shoot for a PG-13 rating. And Spartan may not have missed, not if Smash remains stunned. Herid, Shadowboxer, Tahotai, whatchy'all doin'? Link to comment
Shadowboxer
I just realized that Hub's Boost should start wearing off since roughly one minute has passed. Nightrival's grapple check should be 39 rather than 40. Link to comment
Heridfel
And to be clear on my part, Hub isn't able to look with his Super-Senses and heal someone in the same round. He had to change to the AP containing the Super-Senses from the Boost AP. Preparing means that he'll be switching to the Healing AP next turn. Until then, he still has use of the Super-Senses if someone should get injured more severely than Red Star. Link to comment
Shadowboxer
I gotcha. Then my grapple check should be 37? Still, a decent roll. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Looks like everyone buy Tahotai's replied; in the interests of not letting this get (too) stale, I'll be making a new IC post this evening. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Geez3r, I need a grapple check for Red Star. DC is 26. Bran, I need a Toughness save for the Spartan. DC is 28. Also, you only made one roll with your attack, but you didn't say if that roll was for the Acrobatics check or his attack. Also be aware that doing an Acrobatic Bluff is a standard action, unless you take a -5 on the roll, in which case it's a Move Action. You can make your rolls here. Link to comment
Geez3r
Here's my Grapple check. And yes that is a natural 20. Apparently red Star will always get a critical on copying anyone, ever. First fail at punching, Spartan shows me how to punch, next attack I get a critical. Fail at grappling, then Grab would be more than happy to show you how to grapple , and then I get another critical. I think Red Star has the power to make statisticians cringe. EDIT: Grapple check is a 36 in total. Link to comment
Bendigeidfran
Bran, I need a Toughness save for the Spartan. DC is 28. Also, you only made one roll with your attack, but you didn't say if that roll was for the Acrobatics check or his attack. Also be aware that doing an Acrobatic Bluff is a standard action, unless you take a -5 on the roll, in which case it's a Move Action. I don't know if I can do a reroll on my attack, so I'm putting it as a Move Action. That means 4+12-5 equals 11. It's a miss. Toughness save is here. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
That's going to knock Spartan unconscious, and knock him back 500 feet (barring some intervening obstacle). Would you like to use a Hero Point to re-roll? Link to comment
Bendigeidfran
There goes another HP. This is better. Btw, Why do I need to do a Toughness roll in the first place? Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Because Smash has hit you, and since I needed you to correct your attack roll before I could make the "recap" post, I went ahead and had you make your toughness save now, too. Link to comment

Sorry for the very long delays in getting this done, I've been very busy with fires & renovations to my house. Link to comment
Shadowboxer
No worries about the delay. Is the clerk free? In the IC thread he's free and in the OOC thread he's still pinned. Also, is the front window completely smashed? Are people able to run out of it? Or, perhaps, a dashing superhero can swing through it with a bystander in tow? Link to comment
Heridfel
In terms of Hub, I'm not able to heal Red Star yet. I was using the wrong part of my AP to be able to do that. It'll work this coming turn... and then I would have to switch back and forth to see Spartan's injury... though if I saw the punch, I think I'd figure it out without Chi Sight. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Yes, Clerk is free; I neglected yo update that part of the OOC recap. Front window is more-or-less completely smashed out (a few shards around the edges); folks can exit through it but they'd need to be careful to avoid cutting themselves. Un-doing Red-Star's healing.
