Dr Archeville Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 Ecal, does your attack roll include your bonus from aiming?
Geez3r Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Dynamic Array has 5 in Flight, 0 in Strength.
Dr Archeville Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 Red Star has no problem seeing her, but the link for your attack roll appears to be the same as the link for the Notice check.
Geez3r Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Sorry about that, invisiblecastle is being a little finicky. The correct link should be up now.
Bendigeidfran Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 My attack was a Power Attack level 4. Just an ordinary kick you can find anywhere. I included the +12.
Dr Archeville Posted December 24, 2008 Author Posted December 24, 2008 So it should be a +8 to hit, but do +12 damage (DC 27), yes?
Bendigeidfran Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 I forgot to include the +8 for a hit. It's here.
Shadowboxer Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 I'll spend a Hero Point to take that move action. I rolled a 21 for the Acrobatics check so NR is going nowhere. :)
Shadowboxer Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 I'm using the Move-by Action feat this round to move after NR's attack.
Heridfel Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 I'm not doing too much this round unless something drastically changes. Otherwise, this is my first chance to see what was done to people who were affected by the DNA manipulations. This might also lead Kevin to try to figure out a way to reverse the bad effects - poor Smash being dumber than a box of rocks, for example.
Dr Archeville Posted January 12, 2009 Author Posted January 12, 2009 Gimme a Notice check, a Know/Life Sciences, and a Medicine check, Herid, I'll tell you what Hubs sees. Shadowboxer, I just realized that the links in your IC post are off: both the flipping and the ramming links lead to the Acrobatics check; there' no attack roll! (Nightrival can only miss Smash is you roll a 2 or less, though.)
Dr Archeville Posted January 22, 2009 Author Posted January 22, 2009 End of Round Recap Characters & Conditions Arrowhawk (Ecalsneerg) -- Full Health -- 0 HP Hub (Heridfel) -- Full Health -- 1 HP Nightrival (Shadowboxer) -- Full Health -- 3 HP Red Star (Geez3r) -- Full Health -- 0 HP Shade (Tahotai) -- Full Health (need grapple check) -- 1 HP The Spartan (Bendisgeidfran ["Bran"]) -- Bruise x1 -- 1 HP Initiative Orders & Locations 22.5 - Hub (behind a movie display in the shoppe, watching) 22 - Nightrival (near Smash) 19 - Arrowhawk (out front, directly in front of shoppe, aiming at Smash) 17 - Red Star (back of shoppe) 15 - Shade (---) 13 - Grab (bouncing away down the street) 10 - Assorted Bystanders (clerk + 2 patrons; Clerk is next to Grab, patrons near front window) 9 - The Spartan (back of shoppe, in melee with Smash) 8 - Smash (bruise x2, staggered, fatigued; in back of shoppe) In the interests of not having this stagnate any longer than it already has, I'm moving it along. Since Shadowboxer didn't provide a correct link to Nightrival's attack, I'm treating it as a miss.
Moira Morley Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Greetings! Dr Archeville said I could join your lovely little crime-stopping spree. Glad to join you guys Initiative (1d20=4)
Moira Morley Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Also, what would Well Informed (taking 10, so Gather Information result of 40) tell me about Grab?
Dr Archeville Posted January 22, 2009 Author Posted January 22, 2009 Also, what would Well Informed (taking 10, so Gather Information result of 40) tell me about Grab? I've PMed you an answer.
Toptomcat Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Hey, all. I've been starving for a thread or two to get in on, and Shadowboxer informs me that this superhuman throwdown is the embryonic stages of a team he's forming. Got room for one more? I could give Red Star a help with Grab.
Moira Morley Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Yes! Anything to get this thread thumping, then again, I'm not the GM :P
Dr Archeville Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Do you have an idea for how Shinken could be introduced? How/why he'd be responding to this?
Toptomcat Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Well, that's why I thought of helping with Grab. She's bouncing off of cars, buildings, sidewalks and streets at 200 mph- obvious and loud. All it takes is a pair of eyes and ears.
Dr Archeville Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Okay, but what was Shinken doing when he saw his? Patrolling the city in his armored suit, or just walking down the street on the way to buy a cd (with his suit in a Tony Stark-esque suitcase), or....?
Dr Archeville Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Alrighty. Roll initiative, and make a post.
