Say I wanted to build a voice recorder into a device, which power would I use?

I wanted to build it into either the watch or the PDA. I guess good as a digital recorder can do.

I'd probably say to just give it Eidetic Memory, it can record both video and audio.

The reason I ask is because in the equipment section, a Digital Audio Recorder is 1 equipment point and a video recorder is 2. I'm sort of trying to figure out what makes them 5 points and 10 points respectively

You're looking at how equipment points work slightly wrong. For one power point which gives you Equipment 1, you get 5 equipment points(ep) With those 5 eps, you can easily buy the digital audio recorder (1ep), video recorder (2ep), and use the last 2 eps for a PDA (1ep) and a laptop (1ep).

So you get four items for Equipment 1. Hope that helps.

And there, the voice recorder costs half as much as the video recorder because the video recorder captures twice as many senses of information. Overall, I'd call that a Feature of your Device, if you weren't just going to purchase it as stand-alone Equipment associated with your Device.
