For ceremony encounter, would @Thevshi Squire Kath'Lana roll Sense Motive to check for suspicious activity in the crowd, Max DC20, @Tiffany Korta Traveller roll Diplomacy to get a good spot and additional allies for a potential fight, Max DC25, @Dr Archeville Horrorshow roll Stealth to blend in as a very small Li or similarly-innocuous entity or object, Max DC20, @Heritage Crystal-Gazer roll Knowledge(Civics) to guage the most important non-obvious figures present, Max DC15.
