Comprehend AP

What I'm looking to do is something like this:

AP: Comprehend 6 (speak to machines, understand machines, speak any language, understand any language, speak and understand all languages, read any language)

When I activate this AP, will they all come on at once, or can I choose which ones that come on?

Yes.

Which is to say, unless you take the Full Power drawback on it, you can always choose to use less than the full number of ranks in a power.

However, unless it's a Dynamic AP, you can't have anything else in the Array active simultaneously even if using only "part" of the power.
