@Dariusprime - the birds are definitely talking to each other by radio; but you don't speak pigeon, so it sounds like the pigeon cooing is happening both out loud and on the radio. 

 

Doktor Archeville - the birds don't like you, or at least you seem to make them agitated. But you get the feeling that they are distinctly cooing at _you_, as if expecting a response....

EDIT: Since Benny actually asked Mia to help with scattering them, Mia's going to change what she's going to do instead. To scatter the birds and distract them, she's actually going to conjure up 130 cubic feet of loaves of bread in the hopes of either bonking them or sending them into a feeding frenzy. DC 20 Reflex to avoid.
