RocketLord Posted November 11, 2019 Posted November 11, 2019 (edited) Shooting a Strobe Light Arrow with the Increased Payload add-on into the middle of the group, meaning this effect with General Area added: AP: Paralyze 6 ("Strobe Light Arrow"; Feats: Improved Range 2; Extras: Alternate Save [Will], Range [Ranged]; Flaws: Sense-Dependent [Visual]) {14/14DP} (Light, Hypnotic Pattern) So, DC16 reflex save for area, then DC16 Will Save vs. Paralyze, or DC13 Will if they make the reflex save. Blaster sets his device to the Area Protection AP, sets it down to shield the Southside C's and hurries off into the alleyways next to Archer's vantage point. The C's lose their turn. Archer is up again.

Ari Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 They were all clustered in one very small 10ft-wide area around the truck. The shield covers all of them. However, if he can get past the shield(and these energy barriers always have their quirks) then he could get all of the downed kids at once. However, if he does that, he will leave himself Flat-footed to an attack from the elder gangster...
