After gaining his powers he went on a one man rampage through the criminal underworld, trying to take over the local mob, before being beaten and nearly killed by the Tyranny League as they saw a new superhuman taking control of the Freedom City crime as a threat. He now works under them...and plots their demise think starscream More TBA as I come up with them
