EternalPhoenix Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 I envision an open thread, with the students cooking something special to them to share with their classmates. Why am I suggesting this, you ask? Because of Queenie. I also envision her as a guest speaker. And if folks want to make it an actual competition instead of merely sharing, a judge. So, is this a good idea? Would people with Claremont students be into this?
Avenger Assembled Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Eira has opinions about meat and murder (she is opposed to both). Judy has opinions about food and can look at it without being too sad now.
Thevshi Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 As mentioned in chat, Veronica has traveled the world and had a chance to try all sorts of exotic foods (and not from a restaurant), so she could potentially cook up something very unusual that she once tried somewhere.
RocketLord Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Pan has strong opinions on wanting to try all the food.
EternalPhoenix Posted April 18, 2020 Author Posted April 18, 2020 So...I know Claremont's a bit bigger than just those three. But if y'all aren't into that's okay too.
Spacefurry Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Leon isn't one to turn down free food. He just knows to watch out for the hook.
Dr Archeville Posted May 1, 2020 Posted May 1, 2020 Davyd's got some Ukrainian recipes from his babusya he could try. Heroditus could try making some Atlantean dishes with Surfacer ingredients.
EternalPhoenix Posted June 27, 2020 Author Posted June 27, 2020 You know, I keep forgetting about this. Y'all still interested?
Heritage Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 Let me add Lulu and her traditional Southern cooking to the mix. I can't remember if she's met Queenie yet, but I don't think so.
