The patriarch strongly disapproved of the young mage's presumption, and bound them to an elemental of air. However, the process twisted the soul of the young mage and warped the normally docile air spirit into an incredibly vicious murderer. The wrath of the two beings' involuntary fusion overcame their mutual sanity. The mage family was first to die to the newly hybridized being's violent urges. Now it hunts for... something. Perhaps it wishes to be divided into its constituent parts once more... or perhaps it wishes to return to some form of home. Personality & Motivation: What is there to say of the Razor Wind? It is wrathful in its attacks, but shows mercy at the oddest times. It looks human (when it can be seen at all), but refuses to speak - no one who has survived an encounter with it has ever heard it make a noise, let alone speak a word. To attempt to understand it is more difficult than it ought to be based purely on paucity of available information. In truth, it may well be incapable of expressing itself save through violence. Would that not be a true tragedy? Powers & Tactics: The Razor Wind is fond of turning invisible and insubstantial, whilst lashing out with its signature bursts of cutting gales. It sometimes reveals itself physically, but no one is quite sure why it does so, save to perhaps torment its prey even more than they already are. The few who dare to strike at the Razor Wind find that the winds protect it from physical strikes, blowing bullets away or sending blows spinning off target. Power Descriptions: The Razor Wind's powers are generally subtle, though their effects are anything but. Cutting strikes of air carve its prey to pieces, or tears the very air from their lungs, preventing them from breathing. It soars through the air with ease, leaving no sign of its passing, and the winds that defend it only kick up when it is truly threatened by an attack - namely, when it is in its physical form.
