As of this post, Justice is currently at DEF+5/TOU-5

Her Evasion 2 is somehow missing from her Enhanced feats list, but its listed under her powers, so let's roll: 18

Really?

Gonna reroll that with a HP: 17+10 = 27, pass.

 

Not quite sure about the HP left, btw.

Hmmm I seem to have forgotten to buy up his reflex save oh no!  Lets see how this goes.

 

Reflex: 1d20+3=11  Not worth rerolling that lets see about the soak, Toughness: 1d20+12=25 so a bruise I'll take it.

 

Free Action:  Set Magic array to Blast 12 (Eldritch Blast; Feats: Accurate 2, Affects insubstantial 2, Variable Descriptor 2 [Any Magic]) [30PP] (Magic, Variable)  Variable descriptor will be Electricity.

Move Action:  Make sure to stay out of melee range.

Standard Action:  Fire the Blast at Vhokas avatar.  Attack:  1d20+12=17  HP to Reroll:  1d20+12=18 +10 for being below 10 means 28  DC 27 if it hits.

Toughness Reroll: 1d20+15 = 31

Free Action: Change Justice's M.O.D. System power to Protection 10, giving her a total TOU+17/DEF+7

Move Action: Moving at super speed to get in close and attack from behind.

Standard Action: Attack with Justice's Hero Strikes power: 27

 

BPDamage 10 (Extras: Autofire [1] 12, Penetrating 3; Feats: Accurate 3, Affects Insubstantial 2, Improved Critical 2, Mighty) {33/33DP} (DescriptorsHero Strikes, Bludgeoning Damage Type, Super Speed)

 

That's DC27+ up to +5DC from Autofire, and with Penetrating 3 and Affects Insubstantial 2, in case there's any of these powers protecting it!
