Using a Thermite Arrow with the Triggered Arrows add-on, placing it in the middle of the crowd using the Subtle 2 and Ricochet from the Triggered Arrows add-on. The trigger is set to remote control.

 

Blast 6 (Feats: Improved Range 2; Extras: Area [General Burst];  Flaws: Action [Full Round]) {14/14DP} (Descriptors: Thermite Arrow, Ballistic Damage Type, Explosive, Thermite)

 

Triggered Arrows 6 Adds (Feats: Triggered 2, Ricochet 2, Subtle 2) to Arrows array {6/6DP} (Descriptors: Setup Add-Ons, Timer, Proximity sensor, Remote trigger)

Alright, if it's Archer's show, then he's gonna look around to see if there's anyone held in reserve.

Alright, then.

 

Gonna shoot a Stun Arrow with Penetrating add-on at leather gal, still staying hidden: 16

Well, that was bad, but she's probably flat-footed?

DC16 Fort Save vs. Stun if it hits, and Archer's ready to blow the arrow set up in the middle of the show.

pft details! :D Sister Blister is know as a freelance supervillain, basically going where the money is best. She's normally West Coast so the money being offered here must be very good! Whole range of flame based powers and the standard stuff.

Alright, while waiting for initiative order, I'm gonna go ahead and activate the first of the two Thermite Arrows I fired into the crowds!

DC16 Ref Save, followed by DC21/DC18 TOU!

As I said, blowing up one of the two Thermite Arrows as a free action. Should be in the crowd and catch at least a bunch of goons, if not Sister Blister and Dama Maravilla too. 

 

I'd like to see the effects of that before I decide on the rest of Archer's actions.

Alright, Sister Blister seems to be the big issue right now.

 

Gonna fire some Autofire Strobe Light Arrow at her: 

AP: Paralyze 6 (Feats: Improved Range 2; Extras: Alternate Save [Will], Range [Ranged]; Flaws: Sense-Dependent [Visual]) {14/14DP} (DescriptorsStrobe Light Arrow, Light, Hypnotic Pattern)

 

Attack: 25

DC16 + Autofire Will Save vs. Paralyze if that hits.

 

Gonna move to the side after, doing his best to stay out of sight.
